Customer Reviews New Balance WW577 Hook and Loop

Love New Balance. But these were not true to size. Too short. Had to send back and get the next size up. The second pair had serious problems with the seams on the inside of the shoe. The seams were rough and scratched my feet. The rest of the shoe was lined with soft padding, but not the seams. Sorry, back they went.

The shoe itself seemed to fit nicely but the top velcro strap was too short & could not connect with the other strap so I could not really tell how the shoe fit or how comfortable it is. I bought these with the help of a customer service person & he highly recommended it because I am diabetic. I ordered the same size as my other New Balance shoes so I can't say that the width was too small because my other 2 New Balance are both medium width. I'm very disappointed but based on this I do think it was a velcro issue & not a size issue.

The sneakers run terribly short. I usually wear a size 8 but after reading the comments from former people that order them, they said these run short so I ordered up a 1/2 size still to short. I'll try a size 9 to see if this will work.

THEY HELP SUPPORT MY LEFT KNEE WHICH HAS A BONE SPUR....it doesn't hurt when I walk. Like they are made in the USA!

I need high arch, deep toe and narrow heel. First few days of wearing this shoe it was great, then my foot seemed to push forward and now they seem to short. If I get the next 1/2 size the arch won't feel right.

These are my go to walking shoes for my daily walks. Orthopedic inserts fit comfortably inside. No pain in feet, ankles or knees.

Very Disappointed... wide enough shoe but the velcro strap was too short... Poorly designed

Sizing is off by a half size and tongue is too stiff. Will have to see about cutting it down by a shoe repair. Like it otherwise.

Love most New Balance shoes. They are so comfortable & I can take the inserts out to put in my orthodixs.

Great for comfort and stable for support all around good fit

Works great for my wife and daughter. My wife has difficulty walking and balancing so the velcro makes putting them on quick and easy. My daughter uses them at work as she is on her feet all day and finds them very comfortable. (yes, they both wear the same size)

I find these shoes both comfortable and durable. I have been buying this and similar products for several years and have not had any problems with sizing. Walking is my only form of exercise and these shoes enable me to do this without any problems. Glad to be able to support US workers.

I bought these new shoes, today walking on a bit of an incline, after a rain, I went down!! Extremely slippery on wet pavement! Be careful! Good thing this 61 year old body bounced!
