Runs smaller than New Balance usually runs both length and width. Very stiff leather. I was considering these for gardening shoes but absolutely no give in thick, stiff leather. Also white glue showing on seam.

Lovely shoe but runs narrow, uncomfortable in the "toe box" area

I bought these in a double wide hoping I would have no problem with the width. However I struggle to get my foot in which could be due to the fact I have a high-instep. However after getting my foot in the shoe it still is not wide enough. I am on my feet 8-9 hours a day so this was not even a close option

Used to wear a 8AA. For over 25 years but my last shoes fit except the toe area length was too short and my nail on my toe had a blood blister underneath so i went up a size and it was too big . Nike shoes N was the only pair of shoes i could find . Now because of them shortening the toe box length i have no shoes that fit even an 8.5 N is too wide . The walking shoe support is non existent either no support at all and a very thing insert thinner than the cheapest insert worthless in the shoe with no support at all and thinner than a dr sholls one .

They are the correct length and width but I do not like the looks of them. SORRY! I love Zappos

Insole felt supportive but leather was too stiff and the tongue kept needing to be pulled up like it was too short and felt uncomfortable .Felt like my foot sat too deep in shoe and this caused discomfort where my foot joined top of my ankle Returning them today

For a 7 1/2 wide New Balance shoe, these seemed strangely narrow, especially in the toe box. I was pretty sure I should just return them and work on finding something else. Thanks to Zappos!

New Balance continues to disappoint my difficult to fit feet. This shoe was heavy and clunky looking. My toes were jammed up against the toe box which in the past has caused damage to my big toenails. I really want to wear New Balance, but this brand still is not for me.

The toe box is much, much too narrow. I have a pair of NB walking shoes (WW1350) that have the nice wide toe box I prefer, and I assumed the WW577 in the same size would be similar. Nope. If I'd gone up a half size, the heel would have been too roomy. This model just isn't as designed as well as the 1350.

I thought these New Balance sneakers were very heavy. I returned them.

This shoe was advertised as leather but it is not. The shoe I got was all vinyl. They are being returned.

Stiff sneaker, Rubbed my toe-both left & right sneaker... Although this has Lots of room inside it, the Toe Box still didn't accommodate my big toes enough... Heel height too high... Why would they make a sneaker that has kind of a heel? - It should be pretty flat... Clunky, not comfortable, stiff to walk in, & the Last is just not right... Nothing like my New Balance hiking boots from probably 15 yrs ago, which are still comfy & I Still wear, & they had plenty of Toe room... Continuing to look for comfy sneakers. : ( .... It's nice that they have an all-white style with No Other Colors on it... It's hard to find plain** one-solid-color sneakers, without splashes of Other colors on them, hence, the 3 for style.

I am a regular size 8 & even sometimes a 7 1/2. NB shoes must run small. All 4 pair in my order were 1/2 size too short. I also hoped that something would have changed. I have narrow feet & a very narrow heel. As in the past, this heel is too wide for me. :(.
