Disappointed that the 2 Velcro straps is shorter Than on my older pairs.

I use this product daily (and I mean everyday of the year ) on a 2 to3 mile walk. They have held up very well. I really like the Velcro feature which is much faster than a tie sneaker. My other wish is that the heel had a little more support. I am inclined to heel spurs and a cushion under the heel is important. I have bought a heel support that is rather comfortable but not perfect for the job.

I walk a lot and these shoes are comfortable but the back is a little high and until they get warn in it rubs. But otherwise the shoes are great.

These shoes were a birthday gift for my mother. She loves the shoes and doesn't have to mess with tying her older new balance shoes. the shoes 9.5 and wide were a perfect fit.

The shoes fit well but I wish they had not designed the tongue to come so far up. I can't wear low cut socks with them.

I have bunions so am finding it difficult to find a comfortable and supportive shoe. Although this particular shoe didn't work for me I found a different NB style that fit perfectly.

On my left foot while walking I could feel like something is pressing in just under the ankle bone. It seems to be getting better the more I walk.

These are not the same as the sneakers I purchased a while ago. They are the same style and model but the straps are much shorter and I have a high arch which makes it hard to close. The short straps also allows my slacks to catch on the Velcro that is nit covered.

My only complaint is they don't attach the loops to the shoe with elastic as my New Balance #813 do.

I bought this pair as work shoes on my property. The fit is good but the left foot is a wee bit narrow. I loosened the velcro strap a bit more on that shoe. We'll see how this pair holds up.

I thought I purchased men's hook and loop? In addition , the Velcro strap is thinner and not as long and when crossing feet when sitting - the Velcro on one shoe catches on the opposite shoe and holds together- aggravating!!!!

Great fit very comfortable. I wear an AFO (ankle foot orthotic) on my left foot. I am right BKA (below knee amputee). I have trouble finding shoes to fit but these work very well for me. I had "Black Tie " wedding to go to & wore them under a long black dress. They worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

I'm only 5' tall and weigh 112 lbs. Family and friends were laughing and claiming I look like Minnie Mouse in these bulky shoes, and if I bought them in black I could surely get a job at Disney World. Taller and/or larger women than me probably look perfectly fine wearing these shoes, and they are awesomely comfortable!

I choose this style for everyday ware, although not the lightest since they are leather, very comfortable, i can walk all day at work with no back pain.

They are comfortable! Needs more arch support.....

Super comfortable shoe right off the bat....but the Velcro straps were too short to reach across the shoe, leaving the rough edges of exposed Velcro exposed on one side of the shoe. That section would both collect fuz, etc. and snag on the fabric of my clothing. So I did not buy them. But this seems like a simple fix. I would definitely buy them if this issue were fixed.

This is a great shoe, and we are most happy with the product! The problem was the shopping experience. The shoe showed a visual of a Velcro (hook and loop) closure. There were several color choices by clicking on a box. What I did not realize was that as I clicked a color box, some showed as a laced closure instead. In my view, the laced version and the Velcro version should have 2 separate pages. Unfortunately we had to go through the hassle of returning one when it arrived as it was not the closure we believed we had ordered.

I wear these every day when I take my two mile walks to sttrenghten the muscles in my bad knee. My doctor thinks they help.

The shoe was comfortable but the strap was to short. I have a high instep so it didn't work for me.
