I have multiple issues with my feet including neuroma, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs. I put my custom orthotic devices in both shoes after removing the stock insole. I wore these for more than 12 hours with no issues. The fit is perfect for my wide foot. I highly recommend these, especially if you have issues.

I bought these shoes, the NB 577 on the recommendation of the Podiatrist I visit. I appreciate these shoes as they are comfortable for diabetic feet that sometimes are swollen. I would definitely recommend these shoes to someone who wants a comfortable walking shoe.

I love this shoe. First the style in black leather will pass for casual office shoes with pants. Yes, as one other reviewer stated, they are a bit stiff, but they give plenty of support. The fit is perfect for my 10.5 AA foot. Toe box has plenty of room and shoe is snug enough that my foot doesn't slide down and bang my toes into the end of the shoe. Mine are the lace up version. I would probably like the Velcro version just as well once I get past the idea of wearing shoes with fasteners favored by the very young and the aging. Just my vanity talking, I guess.

These shoes are exactly what I expected- true to size all the way around. They did not require breaking in. The toe box is roomy without being nerdy. My job requires "all black and able to be polished"- they can be polished but won't need it for a while. The reflective stripe on the heel is modest yet effective.

I was surprised about the fit of these shoes with my inserts I need to fit a very narrow heel and wide toe box and these shoes stayed on my feet when I walk. I usually try to get ASIC GT 1000 but they have not been available in my size in total black. Glad I tried these.

I have bone spurs and when I went to foot Dr he suggested that I use New Balance and he made me insoles to put in them. I've been wearing New Balance for about the last 14 yrs. We lived in Fort Atkinson, WI at the time- just 1 1/2 yrs ago we moved to TN and we'll be moving back to WI by the end of May this year.

My New Balance WW577 shoes are great. I have ordered these shoes several times and they work really well with my problem feet. I can insert my orthotics into the shoe with no problem once I add an extra half size to my order. Great shoe!

These are good looking shoes, and I hoped they would fit; however, they were too short and too tight. Zappos is a super company though, and I like their return policy which is why I chose them. I'm just sorry that I finally found a pair of white shoes that would go with everything but had to return them.

I neede to replace my previous shoe and could not remember the length. the size and had been worn off. so I ordered the 10.5 AA. I have had purchased this style 2 times before. They have a seem on the left that pulled apart both times at the top of the box. However I wear them daily and they lasted about 10 months. I have problems with my knees and hips that are aggrevated by other shoes. i returned the 10.5 and have ordered the 11 AA however they might be too wide. I can't find 11 AAA any longer.

I have trouble with my feet and my knees due to arthritis and these shoes are the best I have found to keep me from aching as I go about my day.. For the first few days they squeak as I walk but that just makes me smile and it goes away after the first couple of days.
