I gave it 1 star because I received 3 of these jackets before I finally just returned it all together. First one of the wrist;s elastic was very stretched out like it was worn before, and then when I got a new one the zipper broke, it would open up from the bottom, so again I returned it and received a new one, and it did the same thing the first time I wore it. I have numerous North Face jackets and have never had this problem. So I was very disappointed with the result of this jacket because I really liked it and needed it especially for the rainy season it has been for where I live.

I wear a size 16 everywhere and the North Face XXL is too small for me. I am 5'9" and weight 160 pounds and can't figure out what size chart North Face is using for women's sizes. I don't like the colors in the men's sizes, but do I need to get a men's XL?
I'd also recommend:
I have no idea - if North Face is that far off-base.

These run smaller than the Small/Petite from two years ago! Come on, North Face - make your sizing consistent. Did I receive a second at first quality pricing? I am very disappointed in this purchase.
