I received this as a Christmas gift and I ADORE it! It's an adorable rain coat! I usually wear a small (I'm 5'1, 120) and I got this in a medium and this fits PERFECTLY! I wore a warm hoodie and a fleece under it and no issues! I only wore this twice but I have received a ton of compliments on it already! Get it in purple, it really makes it super cute and girlie!

Just what I expected from North Face! Perfect outer layer for rainy Seattle days. True to size with enough room for a base layer. No soft lining, so you'll need something under it to stay warm. The purple is a nice shade -- not too purple, but cute and unique enough to brighten up a grey day!

I first bought this jacket in a size L (which is what I normally wear in TNF jackets) and it was really small. So I returned it for an XL and it fits perfectly. It's super comfortable and lightweight. It has lots of room so I can wear layers, which I love. It is very breathable. The cuffs are very rough and really do hurt my palms like a lot of the reviews said. So I would recommend wearing a longer shirt underneath to prevent chaffing. But overall I absolutely love this jacket. I love TNF and Zappos.

The North Face Womens' Resolve Jacket is an Outstanding Rain jacket. I have several North Face Jackets and they never disappoint. This rain jacket is well made and includes a hood that folds nicely into the collar with a small velcro closure. Wind flaps that cover the front zipper repel the wind and rain. Nice zipper side pockets adds to the jacket. This jacket really repels water. I was out in a rainstorm and the water just flies off the jacket with a quick flip. I like my jackets loose and always size up one size and the fit is perfect. I love The North Face products...a bit costly but well worth it in quality and functionality.

The resolve jacket was for my lil sister. I purchased it as a Christmas present for her n she had the opportunity Christmas Day to try it out. She absolutely her jacket. Thanks North Face in Zappos!

If you are looking for a NON-TRASH bag looking rain coat this is it! I was lucky enough to get it on sale in Premiere Purple, but even full price is worth it not to look trashbaggy!!! It is fitted, but still roomy and comfortable. I ordered both a small and Xsmall to compare. I stuck with the extra small, looks cute. I work outside year round in New England and need quality outerwear to keep me dry and this does. I've gone tried on and purchased so many rain coats( some double the price) and this kicks their butts.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She says it is the only one that fits like a girl fit. It is very lightweight.

This jacket is great! It has just the right amount of warmth but more importantly it keeps out the wind and rain! I got it in purple and its great. I usually wear a large (I have a bigger mid section) but ordered this in an xlarge and it's perfect. I can wear a heavier sweater underneath and when I'm not the draw strings at the bottom cinch it up. I love this jacket!

This is one of the few rain coats that doesn't look, feel or sound like a trash bag. It has the very flattering cut, more like a fitted parka. I've worn this with a fleece in windy, rainy 35*F weather and been fine. I vary between XS and S in TNF and ordered both sizes. I could wear both, but the XS looked more fitted so less rain coat like. I got the purple on sale, great color! Oh, hood works well in downpours and wind.

Love North Face and this jacket is great! The Kodiak blue is a beautiful color! Fist time buying at Zappos but will be back again soon! Great service!

Love this Jacket. 100% waterproof. Light enough to wear a sweater underneath if it's cold out and love the zipper pockets. I thought not having the option to unzip the underarm area would make it too hot, but it's perfect and would buy another.

Beautiful, light and comfy rain jacket. I usually order a small in shirts and jackets. However, after reading previous reviews I went with a medium, and it fits perfectly with room underneath for a sweater, if needed. Very nice fit, not boxy like most rain jackets.

I love this jacket, it is warmer then you would think, and is great for a rain jacket, living in Portland, Oregon, you need a good jacket for the rain and it is great for layering.

This jacket is amazing. I bought it for a trip to the northeast during November, and it kept me warm. It has a very nice shape, not bulky, and there is enough room to wear a sweater underneath. runs true size.

This is a great all around jacket. Fits nicely. Well designed. Well made. Sizes run slightly large. I almost returned for smaller size but decided to keep it in case I want to layer.

Great jacket! Started snowing and raining while I was at school and it was able to withstand the wind and rain. Only suggestion I wear a fleece under my jacket and I stay warm & toasty even in below freezing weather.

I absolutely love this jacket and this is my second one! The jacket is very versatile, black is a great color to go with almost anything. And my favorite aspect is the hood! I live in Ohio and you never know when the rain is coming so it is nice to be prepared. I also have the salmon colored jacket too - for when a pop of color is needed! :) Love them both, definitely recommend!

Great, lightweight jacket. Not too many distracting pockets but 2 nice exterior ones. Works well on a windy day and rainy day. Nice looking and sophisticated.

The color is so great and the fit is amazing too. I am 5'9 so it is a little shorter on the body but it doesn't look or feel too short. The length of the sleeves are perfect and it definitely keeps you dry in the rain. I strongly recommend this jacket.

Great wind jacket. I ordered a size up for layering options and it still looks good. This has a nice line and doesn't look as boxy as some jackets. Very pleased and of course Zappos is great! Ordered yesterday and had today!
