I need a 10.5, not a 10 and not an 11. Went with the 10 and they feel a little small. I had to send a pair of 11 back in the past.

I have had a pair for several years.
The glue has constantly come apart between the shoe and tread.
Hot glue gun repairs last some time to none at all.
Does the a have a recommendation for a glue to use for diy repair?

My foot swam in this particular sandal. I either got an incorrect size or the Hurricane runs large. I'm exchanging for a size 11 and we'll see how the fit is.

Bought for trip to Belize for husband. Working out great functionally but have gotten very smelly after just a couple of wears. Clearly an issue with the shoe because he does not have this problem with other shoes. So if I can't get the stink out, we are going to have to pitch them. Ugh. And he is a 12 - needed an 11 in the one.

I've had numerous pairs of Tevas and I thought these were the worst ones I've had. The straps are not as hefty as past models. It appears that Teva is trying to save some money by using more inferior materials than past models. They are still Ok, but seemed to have taken a step down from models a couple of years ago.

I've always loved these sandals. I bought the latest pair in May 2014 and now (2 months after the warranty expires) the front of the sole is separating. My last pair lasted years. The only difference is that these got wet more often. I hope they're not trying maintain shareholder value by skimping on quality.

After owning these for less than one month, and not wearing very much during that month, on of the straps broke for no apparent reason. So for quality of the shoe, I give a one star rating from my experience. Zappos customer service was fantastic in correcting the situation. I give Zappos five stars.

The Velcor fasteners had sharp corners which I had to cut off using a fingernail cutter That worked, but Teva should have done this for me. Otherwise, they seem fine.

I decided to buy these because I got a pair for my mom for mother's day. She picked them out, and I ordered them for her. After she got them, she said they were the most comfortable pair of shoes she'd ever had. So I thought I might as well try them because I already loved my Original Universals and thought these might be even better.
When I got them, I didn't think they looked as nice as they did in the picture. Very old-man style. But they were pretty comfortable at first. Nice cushioning. Although I didn't think the ankle strap worked that well for me. I ordered a size 11, which is good for me in my Universals, but the Hurricanes were a bit larger.
I wore them around for a few days to break them in for a beach hike.
On the hike, they were pretty comfortable and offered good support for the first hour or so. After that, it was pretty bad. MAJOR plantar fasciitis. I wish I had taken my Universals instead.
I still wear them sometimes, but I prefer my Universals. I will not buy another pair of these. My mom might, though.

Well, product looks fine but nothing like the last pair that lasted nine years! The new one is much thinner, and I doubt that I will get a year out of it.

I have had three pairs of these shoes and wear them every day during the summer. I have very flat feet and these shoes work well at the beach, in and out of the water. My issue is that all three pairs, after only one summer season each, have the soles separating from the shoe bottom. At such a high price I think they should last a bit longer. Why should I try to glue them back together? I plan to return them.

Not for wide feet. The stitching where the toe straps meet the soles was really rough and rubbed my little toes. I could not loosen the straps enough to be comfortable. Too bad, because I liked the footbed.

A good product for the money that you are spending on it, but I'm working a summer camp out in East Texas, which means I do about 13+ miles a day in these sandals. They can start to rub the out side of your big toe raw after awhile, I recommend that they be made out of a softer fabric.

After reading the reviews, I got a size down from my son's usual size. They fit and still have a little room to spare (he's normally an 8 but I got a 7). I would've thought these would be thicker soles and more sturdy feeling. They're none of the above. Honestly, these are very overpriced for what they are. Plus the dinsosaur prints look like The loch ness monster rather than dinosaurs. My daughter actually thought they were snakes. I think these are going to have to go back.

I wore these while on vacation in Mexico. At first they felt comfortable. The foot pad has great arch support and they are easy to get on and off. I like the style. However, after a brief while, the front strap began to chafe the top of each foot making it difficult to wear them without discomfort.
I had an old pair of Teva sandals that had some kind of soft material sewn on the inside of the straps. I had them for twelve years! Perhaps Teva could do something to make this otherwise nice pair of sandals more ready to wear.

I can not rate this pair. I have one pair I wore for twenty years or so. I sent these back and requested a 9 1/2 or 9 but have yet to get them.

Main ankle strap on one side needed the upper and lower layers to be glued together. Same problem with previous pair.

It was a mistake to change the design and remove the comfort pads under the straps.

Shoe is very comfortable. I would be very satisfied but after wearing the shoe for just 3 weeks the velcro has started to seperate from the top strap. The shoe looks good and wears great but after seeing that I am going to have durability issues I dont know if I would buy these or anything else from Teva. This was my first Teva brand shoe.
