Got these for our trip to Key West as I was told that the beach near our accomodations is quite rocky. These are perfect for the water and also comfortable for everyday walking. I do agree with other reviewers who said that the sizing is a bit off; the fit is a little larger than normal. But not so much that I felt it necessary to exchange them.

I bought this shoe for my 4 year old because I wanted something easy enough for him to put on by him self and something that could be rinsed off and dried quickly! This fit the bill and my son loves them!

My 3 year old son loves these sandals. The only issue we had was that they took a little while to get worn in. They were stiff and hurt his feet for about 3 solid days. If that's the price you pay to have them last, it's worth it, though.

My daughter can't wear flip-flops, and this sandal worked perfectly for her!

Let me start by saying I love these sandals. They are great for activities that involve being in and out of the water. The only complaint I have about them is that after less than 2months of use the nylon that covers the foam at the ankle area wore off. As a result the foam started to deteriorate. This was frustrating for me as I'd like them to last multiple seasons since I'm an adult with a size 2 shoe.

They seem to run big, I could have gotten by with a size smaller. Next time I will order a size smaller.

Very durable shoe. Great for walking long distances. I have NEVER gotten a blister and I wear these sandals all the time. You don't even need to break them in; they're good to go.

Not sure whether Teva outdoor sold to China like Keen did. Crocs seemed to have gotten into trouble because they lost their way. Crocs started offering way to many products and forgot the products that originally made them a success. So many people this summer inquired as to where we bought or found a store that sold just basic Tevas....river sandals, I think they were first called. Every store that we visited in the greater Detroit area didnt carry your basic sandal. Many that used to carry Teva didnt even have Teva on there shelves. Those that did and there were few, carried only your extremely ugly Anime Pecachu Japaneese footwear looking sandals. The same people that inquired about my daughters hurricanes shared similar views about lack of Teva offerings and ugly ugly selections. Iam sure however that you spent serious money on market research, but the people we spoke with in Michigan, Canada, Maine (LL Bean store)and New Hampshire felt that your company or that your company reps really missed the target.Despite these marketing faux pas, I did share my love and support of your product, by directing them to your web site. I ended the conversation with them by saying how easy it was to see and order the products. I do know that two of these people went on to make purchases. You should hire me as your Michigan rep. I'll knock your socks off. Thanks, Teva Freak (Darryl McIntyre)

These are great if you like a very lightweight, flexible sandal with a basic design. The tabs adjust well. I wear them everywhere. They do run 1/2 size big. A little pricey for what you get -- hope they wear well.

These shoes are great for 2 year daughter. She can run & play with a good solid shoe that can get wet or whatever. I don't ever have to worry about them.

Love, love love Teva sandals :) I've been wearing them for years. I bought a pair for me and my husband to take with us on our honeymoon. I was really quite bummed when we got them though, and they were each a bit too big. It was too late to return them though, as we needed to use them that week :( other than that, great sandals! They'll last for years! The only problem is if you've been wearing them on a hot day for an extended period of time, expect for people to smell your feet if you don't wash them!

Other than the holes in liner that really made my feet hurt, the shoe would be perfect. I've had these before without the holes and they were great! Really comfortable.

I use these all spring and summer long around the house and on the boat and kayaks. Also wear them while walking the dog along the paved county road. The uppers are very sturdy; I've never had a strap pull out. However, the soles wear out very quickly walking on the pavement. For the price, I expected the soles to last much longer. Am looking for a comparable sandal with a more durable sole for my next purchase.

Not as good as they were ten or fifteen years ago. My original pair lasted 3 or 4 times as long as the more recent ones. I wore through the thin center part of the sole of two pair in as many years. These new ones look good, but I'll judge by durability. I am actively looking. Those originals had it.

The price point was attractive so I purchased these as a replacement to my Hurricane (# 6677) which I've had from about 2002. While the originals had a much heavier molded sole and neoprene padded straps, the new XLT model does not. The unpadded straps were rough and uncomfortable. For now I'll just reinforce my old Hurricanes with more shoegoo. I'll keep looking for a model that is as comfortable as the old Hurricane at a good price.

Love the product. Paid extra for two day shipping because we were leaving on a trip. Showed up four days later after we had already left. Not impressed.

I'm sure they're a fine sandal, but as soon as I saw them and then put them on, I knew they weren't on par with my current older pair (#6575). The straps weren't as wide and there wasn't any cushioning under them to prevent chaffing. I was looking for something equal or as close to my current pair. I exchanged them for a pair of Terra Fi 4's. More expensive, but very sturdy.

Teva size charts match nothing else in the known world. It took three tries to get a size that is closest to my actual shoe size. Velcro stretches and comes loose when wet. I have a 13 year old pair of Tevas that are finally starting to wear out after years of hiking and creeking, yet the straps and velcro on those holds up better than these brand new Hurricane XLT. Not impressed with Teva's quality anymore.

Men's size: I had these in size 11 for about a year (my size is 11 1/2), but they were just so large I had to try a smaller pair. I just got a size 10 and they fit perfectly. In my case they fit 1 1/2 sizes too large.
