I bought these shoes to where for my new job. I work for a nursery and am outside all day long. My feet are always getting wet because of watering the plants. I needed something that I could wear without socks and that could get wet and just generally work better than tennis shoes. These are pretty good for this task. I do have blisters on the inside of my arch and sometimes on my heels but I think that that's hard to avoid in the work that I do in them. I also wore them to the beach and they are perfect and dry quickly! (Be prepared for a ridiculous tan line from all of the open holes.) I look forward to wearing them hiking/camping/canoeing/kayaking/etc! They are great!

Love this shoe! Fits great. I actually wear a 4 1/2. So the 5 with the drawstring is good. Is good to work in all day. Great for hiking. Have found it to be slick on wet floors & in mud. Haven't gotten to try it in water yet.

Love these shoes! They are so very comfortable, fit perfectly, and look so good.

My daughter usually has a hard time finding shoes, but this was the 1st sandal she tried on this year. Very comfortable shoe. We followed the fit recommendation on the Keen website and ordered a 1/2 size larger than she normally wears.

This is my third pair of Keens and I love them. I've always worn socks with my previous Keens but I wore these the first time without socks for a 3 mile walk and they were oh so comfortable. I always order a half size bigger than usual and these fit perfectly.

Style is what attracted me to the sandal. It was exactly what I have been looking for my trip. Very comfortable on & love the protected toe piece. I feel happy I will be able to wear this sandal for a very long time. This is a quality well-made sandal. It is worth every penny!

This shoe is very light weight and comfortable. I love the two tone gray color since I wear a lot of gray. I did order a half size larger which I usually do with Keens and they fit perfectly. Another satisfied Keen customer!

Shoe: Fit was perfect, I ordered my usual size. It could use a little more arch support but otherwise comfortable so far. The style is cute and I can see them going with many different outfits. Zappos: I have to give them an A+ rating for customer service. After ordering too late to get them for a trip my friend suggested that I could have had them shipped to our hotel. Well, I called Zappos to see if the shipping address could be changed. The package had already gone out to be shipped but the service rep canceled my order, gave me a Zappos VIP membership that includes free overnight shipping, ordered a new pair (transferring my payment to this new order), and shipped the shoes to my hotel across the country from my home. They were waiting for me when I checked in the next day. That service rep went out of her way to make this work for me and I felt great to be treated with such kindness. I can't say enough and will continue to order from Zappos.

These shoes are great -- with a little help. I took them on a trip to France and England, where I walked lots! I tested them out at home, of course, and found they didn't have quite enough arch support for me. I tend to suffer from plantar fasciitis and usually wear Earth shoes but wanted some all-day great walking shoes. With the right arch brace, this Keen shoe was wonderful. The closed toe and heel were great for keeping out rocks and dust, and the open webbing was great for keeping my feet cool.

Wear pretty well, but by the end of the day, the texture on the bottom of the shoes drives my fett crazy! I do like they cover the heel better than most of their styles.

Cute, comfy, and light but not as much support as I had hoped for with a Keen. Had to return them. Thanks Zappos for making it so easy.

Try this style if you have narrow feet! The footbed was the best of the Keen styles I tried. However, the one-piece strap that goes over the top of my very low instep was too big for me.

This fit okay, but it was very unattractive in person. It sort of looks like a Keen knockoff to me.

This shoe gave me blisters on the back of my heel after only a couple hours wearing them indoors.

I got these to replace Tevas that I wore out. They are nice looking shoes that at first felt good, cushioning my feet. But after standing in them a few hours, I could tell the sole was not thick or comfortable enough to make it through an entire day. I returned them to Zappos, who gets an A+ for service!

I ordered Newport H2 and Owyhee and didn't like the Owyhee at all! They were made cheaply compared to the Newport, the stitching was unraveling, and I returned them. They didn't look like they would last very long. I find the Newports indestructible! They were nice looking but that's about all, in my opinion.

Ouch, my little toes stuck right thru those openings and tried to break off. Bummer, returning.

I absolutely... love-my-Owyhee's! Out of the box, they are comfortable, airy and lightweight, AND cute! I read comments about them looking 'cheap' I disagree. I love the color and the style! They are Keen quality shoes. This is my second pair of Keen's. Yet, my first enclosed pair. I actually wear these during work for 8-10 hours with ... no problem! I noticed that my 8.5 size looks ... small in these shoes. Cute small but small. One of the reviewers stated that in the Bay area these shoes are referred to as 'Lesbian Mommy shoes.' I got a laugh out of that. I am not a Lesbian... not that there is anything wrong with that. My order came FAST... as usual. Zappos aims to please... no doubt.

After reading many reviews of many similar shoes online, I got these Keen Owyhees for a trip to Belize. They fit great and actually look pretty good (I wear size 11 shoes, and many look like clown shoes - these didn't!). The real test came when I wore them trekking and caving in the Belizian rainforest. They were perfect! I was so glad to have them. They were sturdy: they had decent traction for hiking over slippery rocks and muddy trails and splashing safely through streams and caves. And they were comfortable to wear for long days of walking. They dried quickly after swimming, and my feet were neither too hot nor damp all day. I strongly recommend these when a sturdy shoe is needed for a variety of wet and dry activities.

I wore these shoes for the first time to Disney World and they were very comfortable. They got wet due to rain and water rides, which is why I bought them and they always dried out quickly. I now wear them everywhere. I really like them.

I have several pairs of Keen sandals. I've worn them everywhere, rain, snow, ice and the heat of Florida and hiking in Hawaii. I wear them fishing, and I wear them into the salt water for extra protection from rocks, stingrays and crabs. The only problem I ran into, is that if you wear them constantly, they can make your feet and ankles swell. I spoke to my podiatrist about it and he told me to get a pair of leather inserts for them. I did and now the problem is solved, but I can't wear the inserts in the water. You won't believe the difference a leather insert makes inside this already super comfortable sandal.

I like these sandals. They fit well and are comfortable enough for all-day wearing, even when I am doing lots of running around. I did wear them with socks once, and while they were comfortable that way, my intended geeky-chic look tilted a little too far in the geeky direction.

Love the shoes. They were comfortable from the moment that I put them on. I find the little bauble on top for tightening a little confusing (hard to get even on both sides) but that is really no big deal.

I bought these last year and wear them all the time during summer. The support is wonderful and the elastic cords allow me to fit them to a narrow foot.
