I had Khombus last year and I thought they wore out a little fast so I thought I would try these; I have heard so many good things. I am not totally disappointed; they are comfortable and I will continue to wear them but things keep getting in to them little rocks, bits of leaves and sticks, pieces of paper, it is not horrible but pretty annoying. I did not have this problem with the Khombu and I wore them everywhere, on the trail, city sidewalk, beach, in the classroom. I was hoping for the same with these but do not know if they will make it through the summer.

I ordered these (Owyhee), Keen Newport H2, Teva Omnium W and Ahnu Tilden IV. I don't usually have a problem with shoes fitting me but neither pair of Keens fit me right. The side straps on both pairs dug uncomfortably into the inner sides of my feet. These ones were worse then the Newports. But they are both being returned. I'm keeping the Ahnus.
