This is the most comfortable Keen out of the box I own. I have 6 pairs of keen all different styles. They are as light as a feather yet offer good arch support. I have a very high instep and need strong arch support and these have them. They are true to color and size.

I love these shoes! Not as much support as the other ones I own but they are lighter weight which is nice! I have planters fasciitis & these shoes still support my foot enough to keep the pain away!

I am very happy with the fit and performance of this shoe. For me, it fits like the old style of Keens that I grew to love. Like the Sydney and Presidio. I have found that Keen is changing the classic fit/style and I have had trouble finding new styles that are as comfortable as the older ones. This shoe has the wide toe bed and comfortable foot sole. I ordered my usual size 8 and it fit perfectly, no need to size up. It is made like the classic water shoe/sandal but has mesh fabric between the webbing. I purchased the navy blue and I love to wear them with jeans. I know they will be comfy and cool all summer long as well. Good job, Keen! And thanks Zappos for great service!

I love these shoes! Bought them for my trip to Israel and they were perfect. I have a wide toe area and narrow heals with high arches. Arch support was not what I needed but added inserts (plenty of room) and I never had a problem. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Zappos shipped these to me overnight! Wonderful service. These Keen shoes are quite wide at the toe box, took a few minutes to get used to. I have a low arch, and these are very comfortable. I wear a size 9 consistently, but these run a half size larger. Still okay, just unexpected. Will be great hiking and river shoes this summer.

Love the style of this shoe, but lacked the arch support I need for my high arches. This shoe is not as comfortable as my other Keens as the sole does not feel as cushioned; however, there was room enough to add an insert.

Yay Zappos! Once again shoes almost arrived as soon as I hit the 'send' button - woohoo! Great shoe from Keens but is more of a sock with thick lightweight sole. Excellent for folks who like cool feet; no socks and ability to 'feel' their feet but don't want the traditional sandal style from Keens. I wear an 11 and like Birks so these were comparable in width. Daughter is a 9.5'ish a/tall instep: they fit me and were a tad roomy for her. 'Scuse me, I gotta get back to browsing.

The colors of Shitake/Burnt Orange are actually very subdued (instead of the medium brown, the band is much much lighter than the photo). So the colors are blended in and very subtle. Super comfy, great everyday walking shoes that could take on the trail too. The downer is that the footbed has no arch support.

Very comfortable (like Keens), great for the beach, the mesh keeps rocks out. Don't choose these if you aren't comfortable with the classic Keen clown shoe look! I would not recommend for any extreme water sports because they are cut quite low in the heel and are easy to slip off. Wish the laces were elastic. They are great for my bunions and in hot weather. I like them, but I don't love them like I love my other Keens.

These shoes met all of the expectations that I have for Keen shoes. They are functional for hot summer weather and fit well. I like a wide toe and good arch support, and these shoes have both. The color goes well with blue jeans. I will wear these (instead of traditional sandals) for just about any summer activity.

The best thing about this shoe is that it is thin mesh and air is circulating all the time so they are light and cool and a great shoe for summer with or without socks. The not so good things is the usually the pull tie on a Keen shoe is elastic and this one is not so it is not so easy to use and not as comfortable. Also they are wider even than my other Keen shoes but if you want a shoe to throw on and do anything with that does not require a lot of support this is a great shoe. I am happy I kept them because I use them in the garden, to the market and all around the house.

I had to return the first pair of these shoes as they do run a half size larger than your normal shoe size. Overall, I'm a Keen fan and these are meant to replace a work out pair, so I was pretty sure I would like these shoes. That being said, they are great and can be worn like a sandal if you want which will be nice in the summer months. The arch support isn't that great, but you could always put in inserts if that bothers you. Once again, Zappos' customer service was awesome with my return - free delivery both ways and I got the new pair of shoes back days after I returned them. Zappos rocks!

This is my first pair of Keens and I am overall impressed. These shoes are extremely breathable and are one of the lightest shoes I own (including sandals!). The biggest downfall I find is that there is no arch support at all (the bottom inside of the shoe is completely flat), and the insole included with the shoe is very hard. I have extremely high arches and often find I need to purchase separate insoles for my shoes specifically for this issue. For others like me, this would actually make this shoe perfect because the insole in Keens are removable, leaving your foot plenty of space when you have to put in another insole, without the awkward lump that forms from other shoes with an arch built in. However, if you have need of only a medium to low arch support, without the need of a special insole, you may find there isn't enough support or cushion for you. The toebox is extra wide, which is another plus as far as I'm concerned, though this does make your feet look wider if that is something you worry about. These shoes seem to run about a half size larger and slightly wider than I'm used to. The tread on the bottom of the shoe has deep grooves, great for hiking and climbing, and I love the pullstring shoe laces! No more worrying about laces coming untied or tripping, plus it adds to the overall ease of use of the shoe! This makes it an extra good value for those with young children who need to be ready in a hurry! Overall it's a great shoe, though you may need to purchase a separate insole for either arch support or added cushion as the shoes are quite hard.

Light, airy and perfect for hot summer hikes and workouts outdoors. The cushioning is not as plush as in other keen models, but it's also not as heavy as other keen models. The shoe ran about a half-size larger than my other Keens, so I had to return my size 9 for a size 8.5. Zappos makes that easy and it's free.

Not the best for a narrow foot and narrow heel. Thought I could adjust the bungee lace and tuck it under. By doing that I actually had to tuck the lace twice under since it was so long, just didn't like the way it looked. I also found it to be too much shoe for my feet. I have the Keen Whisper shoe and have no trouble with that one, but these are going back sadly! Recommend this shoe for wider feet though, very comfortable.

The mesh on the inside of these is awfully scratchy. Without socks, I found them uncomfortable just walking across the house. These have absolutely no arch support. With socks, these were comfortable, but then the "amphibian" aspect is negated by having to wear socks. Back to Zappos they go.

I am looking for the webbed version of the Keen Venice H2 which I love - just want to keep rocks out when out walking. I had hoped this was the shoe. Alas, the toe bed is almost an inch wider than the Keens I have - looks like a Bozo shoe. The inside sole is totally flat, unlike my other Keen shoes. Unless you have very flat feet & very fat toes - skip this shoe.

I really like the look of this shoe. I have worn Keens for years but the last year or so the design has changed. The fore part of the shoe is a little wider, enough that it doesn't fit any more. There is no arch support in this shoe.

Zero support, if you need arch support do not order these. Felt like I had duck feet with these on and they make your feet look 5x wider than they are. Seem to run big, felt very loose.

Frustrating. Normally I like Keen shoes because of the wide toe-box that actually fits a footprint (Note to manufacturers of running shoes and crostrainers---examine footprints in the sand, not one of them will have 5 toes in the shape of an inverted V!!) There is no tongue on this shoe, but rather an elastic band, which, of course, is too small for anyone with an arch. Then the heel is soft, so the only way you can get your foot into it is with a shoehorn. Once you are in you have an awkward tie up with a dealie-bob to set that flops around unless you loosen it again to tuck it in. Go figure! But it doesn't really matter if you tie it up, because the elastic band that you struggled to get into is so tight that within a short time, you need to take the shoe off. I didn't know feet could get a headache! However, the shoes were a nice denim color that matches most jeans. But that rare fact isn't enough for me to keep them.

Keen is one of my favorite brands. I have wide feet and must wear an orthotic for my plantar fasciitis and I have found Keen shoes to be just what I need. This particular shoe, the McKenzie is awesome for me! I received my pair a little over a week ago and i have been wearing them ever since. I wear denim capris 3 out of 4 seasons and these shoes look right! They also accomodate my orthotic and will be a great summer shoe because of the "mesh" material throughout. These shoes seem to be very well made and are sturdy and stylish for those that like a bit of an outdoorsy look.
I will continue to purchase Keen shoes from Zappos for a very long time. Im always happy with everything that Keen makes.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable and sturdy, yet lightweight. Due to being made of synthetic materials they can get wet and muddy and then go in the washing machine when they are dirty.

I have about eight pairs of Keens already, but these are my favorite. All of Keens are confy, but something special happened with this style to make them feel heavenly. Right from the box I wore them all day, and my feet were cuddled the who;e time. I have worn them with skorts, pants, shorts, jeans, and even my swimsuit. Love them!

Cute. Comfortable except I have super sensitive feet I think so it actually feels on day one with them that there should be more padding under the pads of my feet but I can probably add some. They are quite comfortable otherwise and nice looking. Not sure if they are worth the price I spent though...ouch.
