Amazingly comfortable. So lightweight. Wore all day the first day. I have many foot/ankle problems, these boots have been wonderful, a new favorite.

I'm buying a second pair of these for my 12-year old daughter. She wears them constantly. They are cool enough to wear in the spring and fall (we live in Los Angeles) and great in winter. She is now outgrowing her first pair and simply wants to replace them. The look is fashionable without being too trendy, and they look great with skinny jeans and even with dresses.

I was hesitant to buy these because of the price, but Wow, I'm so glad I did! They are just perfect, and very very comfortable. Almost like wearing slippers to work! They have a very strong arch support, which takes only about two minutes to get used to, then you don't notice it anymore. I love them and would love to be able to get them in more colors! I haven't tried washing them yet.

Super cute boots, I really like them. Can't zip them up entirely, I have pretty wide calves even that low, so I find them tight. They have a neat kind of supportive sole. It feels like there's a balloon hidden under there, I like it. And the purple color is scrumptious !!

The boots were lovely but too large by 1/2 size. Had to return them.

I love Arcopedico boots but I wear a size 12 and they feel more like an 11. My big toe hurts when i wear some of the Arcopedico boots I own. Please consider making a more generous size 12 or initiate a size 13.

These were cuter in person than in the picture, and I was really hopeful. I have bunions and can wear Arcopedico shoes in size 43 (12) if they are the suede fabric (it stretches a bit). Even though these are a 43 and the suede fabric, they are too snug all over, including the ankle - there isn't any give at the top of the boot. They are uncomfortable, and I am returning them (sadly).

They fit great, and were comfortable, but attracted lint.

These booties are so comfortable and soft… except that the arch support is extremely high. I wanted to make these work but it was like walking on a rock under my arch.

The arch support is great, the purple color is vibrant and the fabric is soft and hugs my ankle very comfortably. It's definitely not waterproof -- more of a house slipper than an outdoor boot unless you have really dry weather. Also, I wish there were more padding under the ball of the foot. With the padding under the heel and the arch, the ball of the foot falls lower and feels a lot harder, more like a heeled boot than something that would be comfortable for walking.

I LOVE these shoes. I have a problem with one foot swelling, and these shoes are stretchy and have enough room in the toe box to accommodate. I usually have to get a wide size, but they did not offer it, but the shoe was wide enough. The heel height is moderate. The shoe feels a bit hard, especially on the heel. It has very little cushion. There is enough room for me to add a thin shoe insert, which I might try if I go walking.

These are comfortable from the minute you try them on! I recommend them highly. They were delivered so soon after I ordered them. I have nothing but praise for Zappos!

Very comfortable. I was hoping these would work but sadly the shaft width in a size 9 was too wide for my leg/ankle area. I have a narrow leg & they looked like a chicken leg sticking out of a bag. I tend to wear a shorter pant so the look wasn't quite what I had in mind.

These boots are really cute. I ordered both this pair and the L19 and decided to keep the L19 because the slight v at the ankle looked a little better when then were on, imho. My only complaint with both pair is that the arch support is kind of weird. I think it's a little off for my foot and so high it feels like a bump. When I first put them on its very obvious, although I think I can get used to it so I'm keeping one pair.

I bought two other pairs a few years ago and I loved them, no problems. I recently returned a pair because the heel on my right foot felt uncomfortable. It kept rubbing in one area.

I loved everything about this boot except for the extreme (for me) arch support. I felt like it dug into the bottom of my foot and by the time I took off the boots, both my feet were aching. Its too bad because the fit was perfect and I love the overall look of the boot.

I wear an 8.5, and the 8 in this shoe is a little snug. I didn’t try the 9. I wish they had an 8.5.

I've only worn this boot once, so I can't speak to how well it can be expected to wear. It feels wide in the toe box to me, but I didn't wear socks, so this extra space will allow for that. The arch support is excellent. I have to search only for shoes/boots with excellent arch support. The heel fits perfectly and is very stabilizing. I bought this no-frills boot in navy, knowing that it wasn't made from suede or leather. I've owned a pair of boots before with this product and my feet got soaking wet in the rain, but I expected that.

I was very close to keeping these but the arch was just too intense for my needs. They looked pretty neat but I kind of felt like they resembled the boots worn by the classic Star Trek characters. Also, the material was a little cheap-feeling (that spongy kind of costume material). Returned.

I have had these boots for two years and I love them when it's not raining. They are light-weight and great for traveling because you can walk all day in them in total comfort. They are warm enough in the winter when I pair them with a light pair of wool socks, and I will sometimes wear them in the spring and fall on warmer days with no socks. Since you can through them right in the washing machine, no worries about them getting stinky. Super Cute with jeans or leggings. The ONLY issue I have with them is that they are not water resistant. Since I live in Seattle, I really have to pay attention to the weather before I wear them out because even a drizzle will soak through to my socks. Other than that, I love them and highly recommend them if you are looking for a comfy, casual boot.

I was looking for a comfortable bootie for a city vacation where I anticipated a lot of walking but I also wanted something a bit stylish that I could wear from sightseeing to a nice dinner. These were a lot cuter than I thought they would be and I loved the color but as soon as I put them on the arch of the shoe was too high and was digging into my foot. I do have flat feet and maybe if I tried to wear them longer they would break in but - for the price - I wasn't going to take a chance being stuck with them! If your arches are high though, give them a chance - they'e cute and so light and soft!

The size length-wise is great - I am between 8-8.5 and those fit great length-wise, however, these are are very tight around the toe area, so I had to return them. I tried a size bigger and they were too long and my foot had no support, plus the wdith did not change. I love the way they look and the arch support. I am very bummed they don't make these in a wide width.

I love these boots. They feel like I'm wearing bedroom slippers... with good arch support. I have bunions, but these leave lots of room in the toe box, and they don't crowd my toes at all. They are soft and very flexible. I followed the sizing and even though I generally wear size 8, the size 39 was way too big. I had to exchange for size 38. I have not tried wearing them in any kind of "weather" yet but just as a "go to" wear like a shoe, they have really made me happy. I also like that they are very light weight. They fit the lower leg comfortably without looking too wide or feeling too narrow. I like wearing them with leggings and a jumper, my usually outfit for teaching art. Standing on my feet, or walking long distances, is a breeze.
