Look great, like suede. Wear almost daily where I am on my feet a lot working with kids as a professional. After about a year a small hole in the outer layer wore through due to pressure that was created by a bunion on one foot. I continued wearing them anyway since it wasn't that noticeable and also bought a second pair, but I have a hard time telling the difference between the two. Best arch support for me with high arches, but might be too much for someone else. Warm but definitely not waterproof. Can wash in machine, but I don't put them in the dryer.

I always wear an 8.5, always. I got the 8-8.5 in the faux suede and it fits perfectly. I love them. I've had them nearly a year and they still look and feel great and I wear them often in cooler weather. They are so soft and comfortable. Never had to break them in they just fit straight out of the box. I'm very happy with them and plan to purchase the L19 next.

Fit as size guide indicates. So light you don't do t know you are wearing non skid wedge heels. Purple is so soft and smooth suede. Wipes clean instantly with damp cloth.

These look almost like slippers in their lush, pleasing shade of suede purple. Is a delicate boot. Extremely comfortable wedged sole. Not a hiking or long nature walk shoe.

Boots fit great. I love wearing them. But the black suede always looks dusty. I brush them before wearing but cannot seems to keep them clean looking.

Love these boots! I wish the blue were just a little darker, but they are so comfortable to wear, especially for someone (like me) with narrow heels. I don't walk out of them.

it is with pleasure that I write this review. I ordered the 40 (I'm between 39 & 40). At first thought this bootie was too large (w/o socks) however, with a thin or medium sock is perfect. After a winter of wearing a heavier boot, it was lovely to wear this one - light, flexible, supportive generally and with a good feel to the fabric (soft & durable) with insole well cushioned, has been a pleasure to wear. Another reviewer said she forgot to remove her shoes as is her habit coming home - I second that as it is as comfortable as barefoot. I ordered the grey (on sale) - it's a battleship gray, very neutral. The shoe's profile is slender, (not elfin or scuba as sine gave bites imo) and that for me is also is a welcome change from winter's bulkier snow boots. Very happy with this purchase. While not high styled, less may be more also imo and very functional. Zipper works beautifully also.

Arcopedico boots are the most comfortable shoes I own, including sneakers and trail shoes. The sole design and arch support are perfect for long days of running around, and the stretchy fabric uppers never cause pressure points. I've had a pair of Luana shorter boots in black "suede" for 2 years and they still look new - they can even be machine washed! The L8 style is a little taller, look great with 7/8 length leggings and shorter jeans.

I just can’t quit buying a boot that has all the qualities in which i am interested. I have 4 pair of Arcopedico boots in different colors & styles. They are comfortable, fashionable & easy to put on & take off. I give them an excellent rating.

I love the vegan leather. The boots are comfortable easy to walk in and stylish. I have ordered a similar boat in a winter style. I hope it’s just as good

Fits really well. Very light weight. Soft outer material. Purple is pretty.

This is a fantastic boot. I am an avid traveler and I like to travel lite! This is always my "go to" boot. It is comfortable on the plane, packs down to nothing, great for walking and moderate hiking and is washable! Over many years, I have owned 3 pairs. I have the L19 in red and love that, too!

love these. comfortable from the start. i tend to have wide feet, and while these were not available in a wider width, i was hoping i could fit into them, and BINGO! they were perfect. i think the material will stretch a little with wear, making them even more comfortable.

I own these same boots in brown in a size 38. My current brown boots fit fine. In placing the soles together on the new boots and the ones I already own, the new boots are 1" shorter in length than my current boots. When I tried them on, my toes were completely cramped. Zappos is a wonderful company. Thank you. I will order other products again soon.

I love these boots. I've had a pair for about 11 years, wearing them every winter. I was so sad when they finally started to wear out, but I was thrilled to find that they were still available! I reordered the same shoe as last time. It was so nice to unpack them when they arrived to find that they fit perfectly. I've never really been a "boot" person, but these are so comfortable, so easy to wear, and so easy to care for! The material is so soft and cushions my foot, while the arch and the sole are well constructed and fully supportive. I hope they will still be available 11 years from now if I need another pair!!

I spent a lot of time looking for an ankle boot that maximized comfort (I'm at that age...), but was stylish enough to wear with both casual slacks and more dressy skirts. I decided to try these, based on reviews. They are all I had hoped for--and more! I can't say enough about these boots. They are unimaginably comfortable. High quality. And I like their tastefully simple style. Not to mention they're light as a feather. Looking forward wearing them on an upcoming trip to Austria, where I plan to do a lot of walking. I always wear a size 7 Medium width shoe, and the size 7 in this worked perfectly.

My absolute favorite Southern cool weather bootie

After over 10 years with my first pair of these boots (wearing them nearly every day during the winter), I was sad to see that they had finally started to wear out. I am thrilled to see that they are still available here and I have ordered a new pair. They are comfortable and just the right weight. I can't wait to get my new pair (fortunately, I won't have to wait very long!).

I have a pair of size 39 Arcopedico L19's in dark brown which I love. I needed a pair in blue, which is not available in the L19 so I ordered the L8 in a 39. The color is beautiful and matches with all of my dark blue pants and skirts. This boot is incredibly comfortable but the 39 was too short--exchanged it for a size 40 which fits perfectly. I wore them today in freezing weather and they kept my feet quite warm and cozy. The arch support is excellent.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can wear them for hours and not even notice that I am wearing shoes. I love them and will probably buy them again in an additional color. They also look really nice.

So I have finally found the boots I want for Europe trip!! Its THIS ONE! But, I will concur with all reviewers who said this runs an entire size smaller than the L19!! I bought the L19 in a 40, and kept them for a while but hoped to find a little higher bootie. Well I found it in the L8, but the 40 was really tight! Im just glad they had a 41 left in this!! Perfect!

I love these and have a pair in navy. This year bought the same size in black. They were too small. I got the next size. They were too big. This has happened not only with Arcopedico brand. I don't understand why the sizing isn't the same unless they use different factories. It's a puzzle. But, I do like Aropedico.

My second pair. Not that the first pair wore out - only because I was concerned I wouldn't be able to replace them if they did. My favorite go-to for comfort and style. They look great with black tights...oversized sweater... finishes off the look and feels good!
