On my second pair. I love these shoes and hope that Merrell continues to make them. Zappos is by far the best online company I have ordered from!

I purchased these as a gift for my mother and she swears they are the most comfortable shoes she's ever owned. She now has them in 3 colors.

I love these shoes. But then, I've never met a Merrell that I didn't like! They are super comfortable. The minute I put them on...my feet feel happy! I ordered based on the size of another pair of Merrell's that I have, and these fit perfectly. There is a removable insole - making it easy to insert a custom insole support. This was my first Zappos purchase and I am very impressed. Just with regular shipping my order arrived in a couple of days. All around a great online transaction!

Love these shoes! Buying them for my mom and mother in law for Christmas.

I highly recommend these shoes for anyone who has to be on their feet for a prolonged period of time, and for anyone who has to stand on a hard surface. They are also breathable. I continually re-purchase these shoes.

Run a little small. Usually wear 7.5 but my toes were too tight so sent them back for 8's. These are awesome shoes super comfortable and easy on and off.

This shoe is wonderful. The fit and support, excellent. Look great. I usually have extreme difficulty finding comfortable shoes, no matter how expensive. These are excellent. Good fit, good value for dollar. And of course wonderful to do business with Zappos.

This is a perfect shoe for those of us that wear orthotics. This is my fifth or perhaps sixth pair of this model. They have more style than some athletic slides that I've worn through the years. A great shoe.

I bought three pairs of these shoes. I have tendonitis around my Achilles' tendon. They give my foot support and do not hurt. I absolutely love them. They are fantastic!

I can't say enough about these shoes! They are so comfortable that I can wear them all day! Great for anyone who stands for a long period of time or does a lot of walking! You won't be disappointed!

So comfortable you forget you are wearing footwear. I wanted new clogs to keep in my entranceway, so I can change out of messy footwear, especially in the winter. I find myself wearing these everywear. They are the same as my other Merrell shoes, in other words, very comfortable. The support is fine, but I do not have any foot problems. Just my feet are wider as I get older.

This shoe is perfect for those that don't want a fumpy shoe, but absolutely have to have support. Merrell realizes the importance of support by having a removable insole so that you can put your custom insole in the shoe without a problem. This shoe is super comfortable, very cute, and wonderfully accepting of my custom insole. Now I can shop and walk all I want to while looking stylish.

This is my first pair of this style of Merrell's. They are wonderful! My full orthotics fit in the shoe perfectly. I love the navy blue and will be back for other colors.

Zappos is a company that I would deal with again in a heartbeat. You have the whole right way of internet shopping completely figured out and there are many other companies that could take a few lessons. Your shipping/returns policy is fantastic, meaning that there are no hassles at all. The first pair of shoes I bought were based on a 10 year old pair of Merrels that are very broken in. I ordered the new ones in the same size, 6½. My feet have changed, so they were too snug. I sent them back, got my credit, ordered a size 7 and everything worked out great! It was extremely easy doing business with Zappos. I will be a lifelong shopper here. Thank you so much!

I wear these every day and they are super comfortable. I like their sleek simple look. I'm on my feet a lot during the day and these Merrell's are excellent!
