I love my Merrell Jungle Mocs, which I've worn the past few winters, so I'm not surprised that these clogs are just as supportive and comfortable. Just snug enough, with good arch support. Nothing eye-catching about the style -- but that's not what I was looking for. The "tan" is kind of an army green (?) which is neutral and works great for my color palette.

I have been wearing Merrell's shoes, starting with these Encore Breeze's for the past 6 years, mostly for pleasure. When I began having bilateral hip pain, which would wake me up at night 2 years ago, I tried stretching, soft tissue rolling with painful foam cylinders, icing, and tons of Aleve. Nothing worked except the Aleve, but who wants to take that indefinitely? Finally, I decided to start wearing Merrell's at work and bought a few pairs of sandals for the summer and to wear around the house. I switched from the Dansko clogs I wore to the barn to the Encore Breeze and Encore Nova. (This accounted for 4 hours/day for 3-4 days a week.) Within a week, my hip pain was completely gone. How rare is that to switch one simple thing and resolve a physical ailment? Oh, and I am very careful about arch support since I have had plantar fasciitis in one foot. If I could buy stock in Merrell, I would!

Very comfortable, extremely lightweight and durable mesh shoe. I've had my first pair in suede for seven yrs but find them too warm and wanted the same comfort. I don't wear socks with these shoes and find that size 7 fits better than my usual 7.5. You might want to order 2 sizes to see which fits better the way you prefer to wear them. This is a supportive, sporty slide that I wear with jeans and shorts.

I must report on my original Encore Breezes. I wore one pair on my trip to Iceland because I knew that I could wear socks if necessary, and I knew they were the most comfortable of my shoes. I could wear them on the plane for the extended flight, and I could match my clothes. I still have a green and a blue, but the green was the one I chose to take. I did much walking and hiking. My shoes got wet at times. I climbed into remote and challenging places for a woman in her 60s. These were the best shoes I could have taken. I ditched the hiking boots. The Encore Breeze stayed on my feet and were easy to use when climbing. They resisted wetness and saw me safely off more than one volcano. The bottom line is that when I looked at the bottoms when I got home, they didn't look worn from the lava rocks and other harsh terrain. I love these shoes!

I basically have not taken these shoes off since they arrived. I have fee that need TLC and these shoes provide that in spades. Fantastic arch support and a comfortable foot bed. Cool for the summer.

One of the nicest pairs of summer clogs I've ever had. Lovely khaki color. They run a little big without socks but are a perfect size for me with socks (my normal size is 8 1/2 which is what I ordered). If you plan on wearing them without socks, order a half or whole size down. My husband found this to be true when he ordered Merrell clogs also.

These shoes are great! I had to go for a full size larger than normal, as am recouping from foot surgery, and have some swelling. The arch support is just right, and toebox is roomy. All in all I would get these again.

I am a huge fan of Merrell clogs. I normally take a wide width when available so I tried an 8W. Big mistake--they are huge. The 8M is best even though I have a wide foot.

Very comfortable, bought a pair of the fleece lined in the winter and was hoping that these would be just as comfortable. Glad I did. I can wear them all day and feet still feel good.

Most comfortable light weight shoes ever. These are my second pair and I will definitely buy another once these wear out. I have some foot problems and these shoes are still comfortable.

I just purchased my 4th pair of these shoes and agree with other reviewers that these shoes run large. This recent purchase in size 7.5M was definitely 1/2 size too large so I exchanged them for a 7M. The 7M pair fit loose just like the 7.5 pair so Zappos is going to send a different 7M pair in hopes this was just a glitch. As always, Zappos was wonderful about it which is why they are #1 in my books.

I bought these for a 2 week trip through France. So glad! great support, lightweight, and easy to take on and off.

I am really enjoying my Merrell Encore Breeze 2 shoes. I have worn Merrells for many years and was looking for a vegan shoe as I have been vegan now for three years. I have to have good arch support as I'm on my feet a lot during the day teaching. I was able to put these shoes on and wear them all day. They fit great and are very comfortable. The tiny air holes make them very cool and they are extremely light in weight. I plan to order another pair in the lighter color. I wear a 9 to 9 1/2 and ordered a 40. I'm very pleased with these shoes and VIP.Zappos!

I have worn German brand, cork soled shoes for many years, and these Merrell clogs gave them a run for their money, as they are now among my most comfortable and favorites! I love that the mesh uppers allow your foot to "breathe". After a year, they are still looking great, even after wearing almost every day during the winter months. They have great traction and tread. I suffered from plantar fasciitis for many years and along with calf stretches, these shoes helped me overcome the problem. I would recommend these to anyone wanting a comfortable, durable, slide-type shoe.

These are great. I had some suede clogs, but they were a little heavy and hot with a shearling lining. So these are lightweight and cool with the mesh and no "fur." Good little slip-ons to keep by the door.

I love Merrell shoes and just purchased my third pair of the Encore Breeze. Once again I find it the perfect shoe for everyday, travel and comfort. My first pair got me around Peru...the second, China. So far my new ones have only seen San Diego...but who knows? (I wish they still made them in orange...my favorite!)

These are perfect with my orthotics:I just remove the one that comes in the shoe and pop mine in. The color goes with jeans or khakis year-round. I wear them when it rains or is chilly in the summer. This is my 4th pair, and I have bought the leather ones for winter for years. I live in them because they and my Mephisto Helen sandals are the only shoes that consistently improve my plantar fasciitis. They have such good support that I ditched my running shoes with a custom orthotic and am walking at the mall in these now.

I can't say enough about my shoes. This is my second pair. They are more comfortable than slippers. Quality is also great.

This is my third pair of Merrell Encore Breeze 2. They really fit well and are true to size. They are very comfortable. I can wear them all day, which I can't do with any other shoe. They are worth every penny.

I love Merrells and have worn them for years. I recently have required a wide width. I was thrilled to find my favorite shoe in wide. I have ordered and returned a dozen pairs of shoes, not realizing that Merrell now makes wide. Hallelujah! My feet did not hurt today...first day in eons. They are big enough to insert my orthotics and wear with complete comfort.

On my third pair - what am I going to do if they start not making these? So incredibly comfortable and stylish. I'm a trial attorney and I wear them in court.

Having just had a bunion operation, I was anxious to finally get some comfortable shoes. I knew Merrell was a good bet for being wide enough and they were. Add to that comfort and support. And looks. After reading the reviews, I figured I might be able to go down from an 8 to a 7 1/2 wide. Thanks Zappos for letting me try both and return the one that was too big. Wish I could afford all the other colors!

These are comfortable and a bit cooler (air flow) than the Merrell Ice. Love them. Only wish they came in half sizes. My Ice's fit perfectly and these are the tiniest bit too small. Leaves my toes a bit sore by the end of the day.

Been wearing Merrells for years, and now found best way to buy them - Zappos.com!

I absolutely love these shoes. I have a foot problem and have a narrow foot, and these fit just great. I went to an outlet mall to find these, but they were made much cheaper than the ones I bought from Zappos. Don't be fooled at Outlet's -- they are inferior!
