I purchased this book bag for my 5 year old. I wanted something that he'd be able to wear for a while so I opted for something without characters. He loves his book bag and has received so many compliments on it. He loves the chest clip as well.

I bought this for my son, who is in Kindergarden, and it is working out great. He loves it and it is roomy and strong enough to carry what he needs. It has a nice inside pocket for small stuff. We are very happy with it.

I got this for my 5 year old to take on a flight from Ca to Fl. This was a perfect fit for her. She loved the colors (purple and teal) and all the pockets inside and out. It will work for a kinder or first grader since it is large enough for a couple of folders and a lunch sack. It was such a great backpack I even ended up using it in Disneyworld LOL! Great buy. :)

This is a great backpack. We bought it for my daughter, who started kindergarten. She loves it. It is light, not bulky yet it offers good support and cushioning.

I love this bag. The colors are vibrant and it is super sturdy. Have gotten great compliments so far. Can't wait till my son starts school and rocks his new bag.

I have purchased a few of the youth recon squash series back packs. I would purchase more but because they are so durable and last forever, I dont need to! This is perfect size for my son entering 4k and he will use it for a few years. My daughter is on her 3rd school year with her recon squash. I highly recommend these bags!

We bought this for my daughter in preschool, she will be entering 1st grade this year, and like all TNF bags, it still looks brand new. I can throw it in the washer and it comes out looking like the day I bought it! She'll probably be able to use this all the way through elementary!

I bought this for my 7yo who is in second grade. This backpack is great quality, plenty of room and compartments. He will definitely get several years out of this.

I bought this backpack for my son when he entered Kindergarten. It held up the whole year, and I was happy that I wouldn't have to buy him a new one when he started 1st grade. The quality of the bag is amazing, however, it is almost too small for his 1st grade binder this year, which is 1 and 1/2". The depth is fine, but the width is the problem. I'm sure the bag will hold up the rest of the year, and next year I will buy the adult version of the Recon Squash...and hand the Youth size down to my youngest who will be entering Kindergarten next year.

My daughter who was entering 1st grade decided that she wanted a "grown up" backpack. It is the perfect size for her, and carries all that she needs for school. Would definitely recommend.

My son loves this pack - the colours, the pockets, the comfort, the fit. It holds his homework, library books, lunch box and water bottle perfectly. It will be great for hiking and travel as well, and I am happy with the quality. A great investment.

This is a great product but the youth recon squash bags are too small. They were bigger last year. Can you all please do something about that. I can't find no other faults with this product.

I love this product but I found this year the bag is smaller than the previous year. I now have to look for a slightly bigger bag. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

I wanted a smaller backpack so I can use it for my purse on a daily basis. I'm a average size 14 woman, I wear a large to extra large shirt, and the straps fit very comfortably. The backpack has a ton of room but looks compact. As a woman I carry my wallet, glasses, makeup bag, hair brush, cellphone, charger, medication and still have a ton of room. I suppose a Kindle, or a Ipad would fit too but not big enough for a laptop. The material seems very durable and is very comfortable; Not stiff or cheep feeling at all like a lot of backpacks out there. Price, I bought mine on sale therefore I loved the price.

Gave this to my daughter for her 2nd birthday so she can carry her own snacks and toys when we travel! The chest clasp is perfect. She will have this for years and will grow into it but she can wear it and wants to wear it!

Great size for school binders and other paperwork. Very durable material.

The first backpack we bought is still going strong 3.5 years later, and you know children are usually not kind to backpacks. We just bought another one for our 2nd child's big kindergarten debut. Great value for a great backpack

Perfect for kids!

My son has used this backback for kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade and the pack is still in great shape. And you know, kids are not "easy" on items. He will most likely be able to use it for his entire elementary career. I'm buying the same one for my daughter who is getting ready to start kindergarten

This backpack aprears to be small, but it actually fits a lot of things in it.
