Great stability shoe. Still feels light with tons of cushion.

I had the Asics Gel-Kayano 16, and now these. They did not disappoint. And, come on, they are super cute!

I love the Asics Gel-Kayano 17. Size and narrow width are perfect. Great support and cushion too. Zappos service is tremendous.

These are the best shoes, this is my third pair of this style and they are so comfortable. I have one pair for work, home and working out. I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse and my feet do not hurt after work wearing these.

I wish less expensive sneakers were as comfortable as these. I tried the other styles, and even those costing less money were distinctly less comfortable.

Great shoe. Love the all black color. I usually buy sneakers a half size bigger.

I have purchased Asics sneakers from your company in the past. It's the only running shoe I have used. The fit is always perfect. I needed a 10 1/2 with the last three sneakers due to having foot surgery. They are great!!

Pretty much the same shoe if you have worn them before. I use them for jogging and fast walking, and they have great support and cushion. Good for the 'neutral' foot. They do run small, so I had to go up 1/2 size compared to the Gel-Kayano 15's I last wore. Shoe laces are pretty big, so may want to get smaller ones.

These shoes are great! They are true to size and very comfortable. I like the color combination of lime and grey.

Same fit as previous versions of the Gel Kayano. Colors are very cool this time around!

This was my first order from Zappos. I was excited about the order. When they finally got here I couldn't wait to show them off! Love the colors and love the shoes. I am just beginning to learn to run... very slowly, but I love the shoes!!!! I did order one size larger than my dress shoe size, probably could have just gone a 1/2 size up... but still very comfortable. And, it is awesome to be able to find running shoes in narrow. I will definitely order these again from Zappos

This is a great comfortable and supportive shoe. I have fallen arches and wear a custom made support. They fit great in this shoe. Wear great and clean easily. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear because of the supports. Please do not change anything; I love them just as they are. Never found a better shoe than this.

This is my 6th pair of Kayanos and there is no better shoe for support. I stand for 10 hrs. a day and this has even improved my plantar fasciitis. Recommend them to everyone. And Zappos overnight free shipping is the best out there!!

I like the Asics Gel-Kayano 17 very much. The comments from the other buyers were most helpful. They are so comfy and so easy to wear all day long.

Love my Asics! Invested in the Gel-Kayano 17 for an upcoming marathon. Excellent support and ride. I did break them in for several weeks on short runs before wearing them on a long run. One month into it, they are perfect. I highly recommend Asics for serious long distance runners and weekend warriors. Enjoy! BTW-Rule of thumb-I always buy my running shoes one size bigger than my regular shoes to allow for swelling on long runs. This means better comfort and no blisters. :)

I started with the Gel Kayano 16's for fitness walking after not so good results with New Balance. I loved the Asics Gel and ordered a second pair after having the first pair for a month, so I would have a back up pair. After wearing out my second pair and could no longer get any Gel 16's I ordered the 17. They fit like the 16's except the right shoe for me, seems a bit tighter, I'm sure with some use they'll work in fine. As soon as I put on the new pair, I felt the difference in the new shoe vs. my worn out pair especially in the heel strike, which was much softer and felt more padded. So I guess it was time for a new pair. Since using the Asics with the offset laces, I have had fewer issues with toenails hurting or coming off so I'll continue with Asics Gel unless they change drastically. Oh and I always ordered a full size larger than street shoes and I wear heavy padded Thor-lo socks under them. If you wear thinner socks I recommend a half size larger than street shoe size, as feet tend to swell during exercise. My husband also ordered a pair (a full size larger than his street shoe size). Previously he used New Balance and complained of shin splints which he says are much improved by the Asics Gel.

I got the Asocs Gel-Kayano 16 last year, which are now worn out, and decided to get the Asics Gel-Kayano 17. This is definitely still the most comfortable run/walk/all purpose workout shoes for me. The footbed supports my foot arch because I tend to pronate. The shoes conformed to my foot shape. Pricey but worth it! To top it all, Zappos delivered these beautiful shoes the next day. Hats off to you Zappos - great products and great service.

Wow - these are great! This is probably the closest I'll ever come to feeling like I'm doing my run in a bouncy house. Asics have always been my running shoe of choice but they've really outdone themselves with the Gel Kayano 17. Cushioning is great, arch support is really phenomenal (have very high arches) and beyond that these shoes just look good. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great pair of high performance running shoes.

I own many pairs of Asics for the main reason of great support and intense comfort. It's like wearing slippers, even on concrete. I have nothing but good things to say about these and most all other Asics.

Love these. My normal shoe size is 8 1/2 wide; I bought these in 9M and they fit perfectly. I use my own orthotics in them as well. I wear them almost 24/7 for the support, also take long walks in them and have had no foot issues arise (or re-arise). I'd recommend!

This is the only maker and model I wear, and I put about 100 miles a month on my shoes. Very comfy without being unstable. The men's actually fits me a bit better; if you have skinny heels or if your toes tend to go to sleep, that will be true for you, too.

These are my second pair of Asics. I loved the first pair so much, but over the years my feet have grown so I bought these Kayano 17. They have great arch support, and because they are a running shoe they are very light, and breathable. I wear them all the time and my feet are never tired or stinky by the end of the day. Maybe I should take up running, just so I can wear them more often.

Normally I'm a 10.5 or 11 but because these have a large toe box, the 10 actually works well. Plus, sneakers always stretch out. Was skeptical about these, but they are fabulous. I go from running, to jumping rope and then typical gym/weight activities. Normally I switch shoes, but these have outstanding support (not too hard, not too soft) and are comfortable. New favorite sneaker! Oh, and it's nice to just find a classic black sneaker. Goes with all the lulu lemon spandex - so much so that it's easy to forget I'm wearing a sneaker!

Great comfortable shoes! These were recommended to me by a podiatrist for my plantar fasciitis. They are also a nice color!
