Love these boots. Perfect with leggings and very comfortable from the start. I am older and a struggle to find a comfortable walking boot. The heel is a little slick, just need to scuff up the edges.

Straight out of the box, these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I could fit my dress orthotics right in. The only thing that I found to be "interesting" was that the heel is plastic and therefore a bit slippery on smooth surfaces. The Rotterdam has a rubberized heel but they are not as comfortable as these. The bottom forefront of these shoes is rubberized. I am requesting another pair of these in a different color for Christmas from my husband!

I absolutely love these! I am very picky about my boots and it is one item that I am willing to go more expensive on. These boots are pricey for not being knee high, but worth it. The quality is superb, and they are so adorable that I just do not want to take them off. I have worn them about four times now, all day at work, and my feet still feel great at the end of the day. I highly recommend them, and I will be buying more Pikolinos.

These are the boots for me! Sometimes you just find a brand or style that fits your foot, and these are perfect. I wear a 7.5 US and have a slightly wide foot and these shoes fit perfectly both in length and width. The heel is just high enough to look nice but not too high to be uncomfortable. In terms of style, they are elegant and slimming with the rounded look, and make my ankle look very nice. They wear well, but I would say the only drawback that I experienced on another pair of Pikolinos boots was that I had to repair the heel fairly quickly. That has not happened with these boots yet, though, and I have worn them consistently since I bought them.

Super comfortable boot! I'm 65 & can't wear heels anymore. However these are constructed in a way to allow for a short heel so they look classy, but they don't bother my back! This is my 2nd pair of Pikolinos. Both pairs have been stylish & super comfortable. I marked the support as moderate only because there were only 3 choices. On a scale of 1 to 10 ( 10 being most support) I would give these an 8. One other thing I love about these boots is the perfect chocolate color. It is even prettier than the online picture. Very happy with my purchase!

I am normally a size 8 and based on the recommendations I purchased size 39 (8.5-9). They fit perfectly! They do seem ever so slightly narrow, so thick winter socks may not be as comfortable. The leather is so soft and the grey is a lovely neutral color. The heel is so low I feel like I'm wearing flats, which makes them very comfortable! They look great with skinny jeans as well as dresses, and I receive compliments every time I wear them. Great boot for transitioning into fall. Highly recommend.

First of all, I just want to say, you just can't beat the outstanding customer service from Zappos! I have ordered several things from this wonderful company and I am always glad I did! This order was no exception! I got these ankle boots in chocolate and they are so comfortable! Very similar in comfort to my Frye riding boots. Just got them today, and wore them for quite a while indoors and I just know these are the perfect ankle boots for me. They pair well with skinny jeans or black leggings. The toe part of the boot is a tiny bit snug, but because they are leather, I trust they will weather/stretch a little bit - still comfortable now though. I really like the relaxed look of these and look forward to many years use out of them. The only thing I was disappointed in is that they are made in China. With my first order, I was accidentally shipped a smaller size (38), so even though they were too small, I looked them over and noticed they were made in Spain. (Yay!) So when I received the correct size today (42 European size= 11.5-12 US), they fit great, but as I looked them over, I noticed they are made in China. I'm not sure why the exact same boot would be manufactured in different countries, even though different sizes. That was a little disappointing. But I like the look of the boot so much, I will just hope they they are just as well made as the ones in Spain. These really seem to be an awesome boot!

Beautiful boots. I have small ankles and they don't look like they're swimming in these. Also well constructed and comfortable for walking / all day.

Love this shoe. It's very comfortable. I has a bit of a blue hue to it but it's very cute.

I am a size 7, and I ordered a 37. I ended up needing a 38. the 37 fit, but it was a bit snug. The 38 was a bit large. I wish they made a 37 1/2. LOVED the boots though. I wore them around Europe for a month.

I love these boots. I have the grey in both the tall and the short shaft. This grey goes with everything! These boots are also extremely comfortable. You can walk miles.

Comfy, sharp looking boots. Perfect for in between weather. Heel height is very comfortable. Walked a mile to work in these the first day I got them, stood during the day, and walked home again with no discomfort. I followed the sizing suggestion of getting a size 40 instead of a 41 (my normal size is 9 1/2 and that usually translates to a 41), the boot is snug but comfortable. I wear them with skinny pants, leggings, loose fitting high water pants, and they look great. I expect they will look great with a skirt too, but it hasn't been warm enough to try that out yet.

These are super comfortable and look great. I had the tall version of the Brujas and decided to get this one, too. I have both tall and short styles in brown and black. I travel a lot for work and I can walk from my car and all through the airport without my feet hurting. These look great with pants over or tucked in.

I received these boots two days ago and literally cannot take them off! They are my absolute new favorite boot ever! I broke my leg (compound fracture) a few years back and have only been able to wear flats, but these boots are wonderfully supportive, kind on the feet and exceptionally fashionable. I love them!

I love these boots. First time wearing them walked for hours in Chicago. No pain whatever! I feel like they do stretch pretty quickly but that's ok, I will just wear thick socks. Most comfortable boots I have ever had - so much so I just ordered another style!

Took a long time to pick but I like these so much I got them khaki and black. The khaki is culture for sure. Just try them. You won't regret it!

Wow. Love these boots. I put them on right out of the box and haven't taken them off yet. Great fit, love the color (gray), love the width of the boot shaft (perfect with jeans), love the comfort, love the heel. Great purchase. And Zappos delivered them the day after I ordered, for free. Now that's awesome.

A year or so ago I made a pact with myself to never buy another pair of shoes that were cute but uncomfortable. I took a gamble on these, but thought them so adorable that I had to try. I'm so happy they are also insanely comfy! Love!

These boots seem a little wide or maybe a bit large for a Pikolinos. I have others in a 38 that fit perfectly and these were floppy on my feet with thin socks. I wear a 37 in some shoes and a 38 in others.

Very happy. A little bit of height, a narrow fit, a simple look. I only wish I could afford to buy the tall version as well.

Pikolinos is by far the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. These are especially comfortable because of the lower heel. Leather is so soft they fit like an ol' glove. Love the style. I purchased the grey color. A little difficult to match up with other grays but they look great with blacks. I am thrilled with my purchase. I am looking for a brown pair of boots and may just end up getting another pair in this style.
