I should have listened to your reviews -- length was fine but just too tight in the toe box :-( Back they go...

I loved the appearance of these shoes and the red color is beautiful. I had hoped to wear them to a holiday party, but they were far too uncomfortable to imagine standing in for an evening. I look forward to the days when there are more attractive shoes with heels under 3 inches and more padding on the insole.

Painfully narrow! I have short feet that have widened after 2 pregnancies, but I can wear most "M" shoes fine. These are just the most narrow shoes I've ever tried. Stepping into them felt like someone was trying to crush my feet. So sad, too. I was so excited to see these came in a size 4.5, since most 5s are just a smidge too large for me. For those with narrow feet, these look great, feel very well constructed, and have a nice padded footbed. But I suspect these would feel narrow even for normal medium feet.

Ouch! These were just painful. They fit, in the fact that they were on my feet and didn't rub in any bad way, but did not feel good in any way.

I ordered these hoping for some comfortable heels. They are good for about the first 1-2 hours, but after that they kill my feet. This is even after 2 weeks of wear. Specifically the problem is in the toe box, and my heel slips out. I do not have wide feet, to it's unusual for shoes to be too tight for me. I'm looking at the Cole Haan Air Pumps, and these will stay home and only be worn on nights out or to interviews...no more wearing them all day at work. Great for a night out or short periods, not so good for all day wear.

Love the look of these shoes! But way, way too narrow in the toe box, just as others said. I literally couldn't get my toes all the way in. Very disappointing and surprising since Naturalizer usually has great fitting shoes. Also, I have relatively narrow feet but the size M were still too small. Have to return them. Not sure if I'll try the W.

Lovely shoe, however I agree with prior reviews that these pumps run very tight in the toes. Sad to be returning them.

Lovely shoe, pretty and very comfortable, good cushioning, but the toe box (even in a W) was just too narrow for me.

I really wanted this shoe to work out. It's the perfect classic pump, and I've heard good things about the comfort of Naturalizer shoes. At first I ordered a 9 1/2, my normal size for heels, but that didn't fit at all. It was fine length-wise but my toes felt squished from every angle. My second attempt was a 10 wide, although I normally don't wear wide shoes. It still felt too narrow, and actually a bit too long. I think the biggest issue is how shallow the toe box is - it cuts into the top of my feet.

Cute shoes, but sadly I have to return them, my heel kept slipping out. I tried gel heel supports (even two on one side) and I put pads to keep my foot from slipping forward. Nothing worked. They were narrow double A!

I was really excited to get these shoes, but was disappointed in the fit. They were tight in the two box and the back part cut into my heel. Unfortunately I had to return them.

My feet are between standard and c width according to shoe fitters. I like the look of these shoes, but they felt awful. Narrow--yoouch. I recommend the Ros Hommerson Cabernet shoe instead. It has a similar look, but superior comfort.

I was very disappointed in these shoes. Naturalizer shoes are often very good for people with wide feet and I used to wear Naturalizer heels frequently. For these, I ordered the C width (wide) but found these shoes still very narrow and uncomfortable in the toe and ball of the foot area. The size was not a good fit either for what is my normal size, as here was a good ½" of space behind my heel. I suggest Naot to those with wider or regular sized feet and particularly recommend the Naot Trendy as the most comfortable women's low heel dress shoes that I have found. I just wish they made them in a more neutral color.

Was excited about this shoe and it looked nice at firt sight but when I tried on, the tip was bumpy and made the shoe look unappealing. The shoes are comfy, but not my style. They are going back.

First I should say that the Zappos team was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping me with this shoe. My rating concerns the product and not the service. The shoe itself had a nice shape and would make a nice addition to a work outfit; however, the toe box was so uncomfortable (small) it was unbearable to wear even when I was sitting. My toes were crunched on the sides and somehow I received a blister near the ball of my foot due to the leather cutting into my skin. The heel fit well and stayed on for the duration of the night. Overall very cute shoe, but hardly worth the pain or the price.

I had to return these at once. The tip is too short. I don't like showing 'toe cleavage' in a closed toe shoe!

Felt a little narrow at first despite being a wide. Took a couple of months to break in, and then I loved them. However, the little platform is made of rubber and covered with a thin layer of... what? Synthetic leather. And after about 3 months of wear, the layer began to peel off, revealing the light colored rubber beneath. I wear these shoes to walk from the car to my carpeted office; there is no way they should have worn through like that. I am so disappointed.

These pumps are too cute but also too narrow! I haven't ever purchased a wide width and even that did not fit my feet. Wish they would have worked!

I must be one of the few... the shoe is very stylish, but extremely uncomfortable. I thought they needed to be broken in but I'm still not able to wear them all day without my feet hurting. Also, thought they were kind of heavy as well.

I have to update my review from earlier. While the shoe is still very comfortable, it has started to squeak! The right shoe squeaks when I walk. Not sure if this is fixable, but for now the shoe sits in my shoe cabinet. Really rather annoyed as I absolutely loved this shoe. But due to the squeak, it's now a 2 star overall but still great style & comfort.

Bought these in size 7.5 narrow Black Leather. After four to six months down the road these started falling apart...sole coming off, leather ripping at crease (normal walking crease near toes). Ended up throwing them away as I had them for 6 months but do not recommend these to others. I usually like Naturalizer so I will keep purchasing from them but felt I should warn others about these in particular!

Would never recommend or purchase this shoe again. I purchased these in May 2011, in black size 7.5 Narrow. They are true to size (length) but are wider than most narrow shoes...not quite B width but not narrow either. The quality is very poor. I only wear them to work and have multiple pairs of black shoes, so the use has been average to minimal. The rubber soles on the bottom started peeling away after a couple months and the leather near the ball of your foot where your natural bend in your stride occurs is ripping. (this is the spot that you normally see a crease on a shoe from constant bending during stride) I have owned many pairs of dress shoes and it is not uncommon for them to last 5 years and these have lasted less than 1 year. Very unhappy. I hope this is not the quality I have to look forward to with future Naturalizer shoes as I like some of their basic styles!

These are terrible shoes! They gave me a bruised toenail! I am a wedding photographer and was looking for a pair of shoes that look professional but are still comfortable since I am on my feet for hours and hours during the course of a wedding day. I have tried flats and have always had trouble with blisters and pulled muscles in my legs so - after hearing that chiropractors often recommend a low heel instead of flats - I decided to give these a try. I am used to wearing 4 and 5 inch heels so the vamp of these shoes was no big deal for me. I do not know if it is the shape of the toe box (I do not have wide feet) or what but after wearing these shoes for seven hours i was miserable! My toenail is actually bruised from wearing these shoes and it has been three weeks. My toenail is not better and I actually fear that it may fall off! Naturalizers are known for their supposed comfort so to have spent this kind of money on a shoe and have an injury is ridiculous!

I love these shoes! With the platform on the ball of the shoe, the height doesn't seem as bad. Even for tall(er) heels, these are very comfortable. They go well with everything.
