After reading all of the other reviews. I thought I would give these a try. I'm always in search of a great pair of basic black pumps for work and play. These fit the bill for both! I was very pleased to find the fit was extremely comfortable right out of the box. I wished they came in more colors!

I really like this shoe. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. My heel kept coming out of the back of it - even with 2 heel liners!

Finally, I found the right size. The shoes are beautiful and comfortable. I now have them in three colors; the taupe, the kirsch red and a cabernet (not available at Zappos). The shoes seem to run a size large. Initially the toe box felt tight but it stretches very quickly to become comfortable.

Nice shoe! I am a real wimp when it comes to shoes. They need to be comfortable because I have wide feet with plantar fasciitis plus a bunion (glamorous, huh?). These shoes feel great right out of the box and look great. I chose a different pair because I wanted something a bit more stylish for the wedding I'm attending but if you are looking for your basic pair of black pump heels, these would be a great choice.

I ordered a 7, and one fit, the other too snug. So, I ordered a 7 1/2, both too large. These looked cute and felt comfortable, but the sizing was clearly off, which is tough when ordering on-line. I'll keep trying though.

Wow! These are tres cute. They are narrow in the toe (I have a true "B" width, size 10) and from reading other reviews, I don't think I'm the only one who feels the shoe is narrow. I returned them and ordered a wide width - and they were still a bit pinchy, but after skimming along on my carpet for 30 minutes or so, they started to loosen up and now feel fine. Only thing, now they're too long, and my heel pops out! If it's not one thing, it's another. However, they are very pretty, and look great with skirts and slacks. I'm used to wearing heels, and this is one of the more comfortable one. I'll put a pad in the heel and they'll be fine.

I ordered a 7 regular. The size was perfect but was a little tight in the toe box. I'm returning them but since it's such a gorgeous shoe, I'm reordering in a 7 wide.

Very cute shoes but unfortunately do not fit like a wide width, felt like a regular medium which is unfortunate and I've got to send them back. The shiny styles just don't stretch and are much more stiff so there's no way I could wear these. This is too bad, since the style is perfect, and the heel height plus hidden platform make it a very doable height, I barely felt like I had on heels. The wide width just wasn't wide enough and couldn't wedge my foot in.

I received it in the right size. It is beautiful. One problem is that you sent me a defected one. There are two chips, one spot at the front and the other inside. I looked like it was poked with a sharp object. I am really disappointed!

I really like how these look in person, and had they fit correctly, they would have been very comfy, but (a) "wide" is a loose term; these really pinched my pinkie toe, and (b) they run huge! I looked like I was a kid trying on my mom's pumps. Order at least a half size, maybe even a whole size, down.

This shoe has a comfortable sole and does look cute on. My only complaint is although the shoe fits true to size, my foot still slid to the front so I had to buy a ball of foot style insert. That's going to be the case with most heels worn all day (especially in and outside of the office when it's hot and feet get a little sweaty). But the quality is nice and the bottom of the shoe does offer good grip on tile and wood floors. Overall it's a nice shoe that I'd recommend.

Great shoe! It's really comfortable and I know I'm getting old when I say this, but the grippy sole is really nice and prevents slipping on slick floors.

For a darker skinned woman wanting to get in on the nude/neutral pump trend, this shoe in the Mocha color is perfect. Beware, though, that the width is narrower than marked. I'm a 12W but could not even fit my foot into the toe box. I took the pumps to my shoe repair specialist and had the toe box stretched. (Yes, even though the shoes are shiny/patent, he was able to stretch them.) Now, they fit like a charm. It cost extra to have the toe stretched, but the money is worth it to have cute shoes that make my feet look smaller. I'm tall, athletic and trendy, so flats with work dresses just won't do!

Beautiful shoe and well made. Looks great on, but a little snug in the toe area on me. If I was confident they would stretch a little, I'd feel better about them, but not sure I'm going to keep them. Zappos rocks though! Lightning fast delivery and great customer service!

Cute shoe, just the style I was looking for! I am always thrilled with Naturalizer shoes, and they usually fit like a glove. Unfortunately, this shoe was way too long and I kept walking out of it, so will have to return it. I ordered my normal size 11, so might exchange for a 10, it's that much too big in the heel. Even wearing it barefooted didn't help, so I'm sure if I wore hose they would never stay on. It was perfect in the toe box,so I hope a 10 is not too small. I don't think it was available in 10.5.

This is a classy looking shoe. I read the reviews before purchasing because I'm what they call 'middle aged' and have a few issues with my feet. So comfort is important. While I didn't feel they were as comfortable as the Bella Vita pumps that I wear a lot (these seem balanced to shift the weight off the ball of the foot), I did manage several hours in them.

As always Zappos delivered in 24hrs. Can say enough good things about Zappos. The shoes fit great. Great look and were comfortable. The narrow size is what I need as sometimes narrows are hard to find.

So sad I had to return this shoe. It looked amazing. As well as it fit in the heel, it was tight across the toes and bunion, and that's with me ordering a wide.

Looks nice but 1/2 size too large. Ordered a 7 and when I tried them on I felt like a little kid wearing my mom's shoes. Returned them and will try again with size 6.5.

These shoes have a great sexy classic profile. They just didn't fit my foot right. I an almost narrow foot, I wear narrow in Dansko clogs. This shoe was too narrow for me in the toe box, and it ran a half size too long. I was surprised it was too narrow, and would have tries a wide and for the first time ever but my Vaneli Undine classic pumps were the better choice for me.

I love these shoes. I have small wide feet, and it is difficult to find pumps that fit comfortably. In addition, I have some back pain issues that most pumps aggravate. I tried a couple of other pairs and had to send them back, either because they were too tight in the toe box, or because the heel ended up being too high to comfortably walk in. These are great! Due to the back problems, I can't wear any kind of heels for long periods, but these are comfortable enough to get me through the events where I need a dressy shoe without ending up with my feet and my back in agony. If it weren't for the back, I could wear these frequently. I wore them around the house a handful of times before wearing them out, to kind of break them in, and they didn't even pinch my toes. And they look great! Just enough of a platform sole to look fashionable and the heel is the perfect height for those of us who prefer not to teeter around dangerously. I like the rubber sole, too.

I loved everything about this shoe, except that something was strange about the angle of the toe. It had an upward tilt to it, so it felt like you were rocking forward on the ball of your foot when walking. I haven't noticed this issue with any other Naturalizer.

Very pretty unusual color, that can be worn with pants or skirts/dresses. I got more compliments with it wearing pants. The heel clicks on pavements etc...so no sneaking around in these shoes. The heel is not very high and so is easy wearing. The only downside is the toe is narrower than expected and so my toes were sore/pinched after wearing to work all day long - suggest you break them in a little before the 8+hour days. Love them though and now once broken in, are good to go.

I received these shoes and love them except the top of the shoe has a short cut and I have way too much toe cleavage. I think it is the cut of the shoe. I might be sending them back. Otherwise they are pretty comfortable.

Very comfortable, ordered 6 N, true to size the toe is very round...takes some getting used to. Nice heel height.
