I was very happy with the customer service when I had to return the medium width. They sent me a new pair the next day! With free shipping for the return, it was a relief. The other reviews are right, these shoes are very narrow. Go for the widest size. Very comfortable for work, and I get compliments all the time!

Love the shoes; however, I ordered the wider shoes, and one shoe didn't fit properly.

I took a chance on these shoes, as I was worried about them being too shiny, but they were absolutely perfect! They were so comfortable, I bought them in black too. The black pair were not as comfortable, I'm guessing because I didn't buy the patent leather - this may be the one time patent leather is more comfortable than regular leather. I was still happy with the black, but I love the nude!

6.5M feels slightly narrow on my slightly widish foot...but everyone is different, eh? I bought the jungle snake as something "fun" to wear with a black dress and these don't disappoint!

These are the most comfortable heels I have ever had. I have such a narrow foot that I was in shock that they fit and felt so good. Wish I had every color. You will love these shoes.

They're beautiful and seem very comfortable for the short length that I tried them on. Can't wait to wear them somewhere nice!

Great shoe, but I am a 7 wide and when you put the shoe on you have a "gap" at the heel, not quite 1/2 inch bigger. Even though love the shoe, have to return it.

This shoe is great! It is very stylish. It is just enough heel to be trendy and comfortable at the same time. The only thing is that I have wide feet. Usually when I get a wide shoe I have no issues. However, I felt that this shoe was slightly more narrow than usual even though I got it in a wide size. Over all this shoe is very cute and I am even thinking about getting a second pair in black.

I love this shoe! Bought them in taupe and they'll go with everything. I've been wearing them all day; they are amazingly comfortable. I wear a 5M and find them quite true to size. Might go back and get the black patent pair!

I adore these shoes! They are sassy, fun and comfortable. The tiny platform makes these look like a high heel but walking in them is a breeze.

The shoes are attractive, but I am not a fan of toe cleavage, and this shoe showed too much for my taste.

Very stylish, and oh so comfortable! I knew to order it in a C width because I have the same Lennox in black C width. Normally I wear a B width.I will always shop with Zappos first!!

I really like these shoes very much! They fit very well, they are comfortable and look very nice. It is very problematic for me to choose the comfortable shoes, but in this case I am really happy!

These are comfy, and I get tons of compliments! Though, the one drawback is there's no venting, so your feet might sweat a bit. Also, there's zero arch support, but I fixed that with a thin insert from Target. There's no rubbing or sore spots, which is awesome on a heel. The heel height is perfect for daywear or can be dressed up for evening wear.

The 9 and half wide fit great. I was afraid they were going to be too wide but they were not. They are very comfortable and stylish. I go the nude color and I am happy with it.

I loved this shoe. It would have been comfortable had it not kept slipping off my heel as I walked. I really don't want to order 1/2 size down. Afraid it would be too small [probably wouldn't]. I was able to put my index finger in the heel. I ordered 9N. I didn't see any smaller heel offered. I am going to look for some sort of padding to see how that works. I got many compliments.

I love how this shoe looks but I had to return them because they slipped off my heel and were very tight in the toes. I need a narrow and was very excited to try these, so sad they did not work out for me. I love Zappos because I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit my feet and I can order, try on at home and return if they don't fit for free. I am so happy I found Zappos!

Great shoes! I wore these to a wedding in October. They were very comfortable for being heels. True to size. I do not normally wear heels for long periods of time, so after awhile, my feet did hurt and I switched to flats.

Beautiful shoe and fairly comfortable for the heel height. Zappos' service is incredible and I would recommend buying shoes from this company to anyone.

Beautiful shoe. A bit stiff out of the box and still somewhat inflexible given the small platform on the bottom. Feels a bit tight for me around the toebox, so I wouldn't walk miles in it. But nice for a day at the office.

Very nice looking shoe. I wear with pant suits and business dresses. Looks clean and polished but not too high or over the top. Very comfortable for a heel but not quite 5 stars because the toe box is too small/narrow. My toes are not large but this shoe still squishes them and they hurt after a day in these shoes.

These shoes are very attractive on the feet, however I found that they ran very narrow in the toe box. I first purchased the medium, then exchanged it to the wide and it was still too snug in the toe box. I have owned other styles of Naturalizer shoes, and never had an issue. All is not lost, I found a pair of Clarks with a similar style and they worked out great thanks to much patience on Zappos customer service and awesome return policy. It was quick and easy to find the perfect nude pumps. If your feet run narrow, I think these would be the perfect fit for you.

These look great. They felt comfortable on but unfortunately were too big at the heel and when I walked my heel would slide out. I am consistently a size 5M but these were too big, even with a foot pad. Too bad as the style and color were perfect.

I bought these for a special event that is about an hour or so long. They reasonably comfortable and look great! I haven't worn heels in years...literally. So I was happy about how stable and comfortable they are. After two hours on my feet, I was hurting, but that was to be expect with a non-heel wearer like me. They do run about a half-size large. So order down.
