I want these shoes to work so badly. I am a true 9AA with very high arches. I ordered the 9AA and I walked right out of it. The 8.5 AA just came in the mail and the width and length fits perfectly....except...I still walk right out of it. I can almost see my arch in these shoes. If they were 1/4-1/2 inch higher on the sides they would work for me. They are stunning and comfy but aren't suited for people with high arches. Try Ivanka Trump or Vaneli if you are a high arched gal.

Such a comfortable shoe! I bought this pair because of all the great reviews on it. I was a little worried when I first received them because they seemed about a half size bigger than marked, but I have had no problems with the fit. This is the first pair of heels I have bought that DIDN'T give me blisters on my heels. The only point of pressure is on my pinkie toe, but it is slight. Super cute with work clothes or jeans. Love these shoes!

Love the Lennox, and espectially the rubber sole. When they first arrived they felt a bit tight, but after putting a shoe stretcher in them overnight, and after a couple of wears, they feel great. They're a great way to have a platform with the perfect heel height for work (so you don't look like a lady of the evening). Classy shoe, and certainly comparable to the similar Cole Haan style for a fraction of the price.

Fantastic shoe with timeless appeal and a modern day feel. Got them for my sister's upcoming wedding to pair with a red dress, and happy to have an alternative to a black pump. Toes felt pinched at contact with front piece (especially because of high heel) so went with a 10.5 to be safe.

Love these shoes! I bought the leather pair in black & the fit is the same. I wear a 12w & flat footed...these are now my fav shoes to wear with any outfit. So much so, that I'm planning to buy another nude pair so that I can switch out & not wear them down prematurely.

I bought these or my younger sister who isn't a fan of high and uncomfortable heels. She fell in love with them as she took them out of the box. They are cute, stylish and best of all comfortable. My sister says these are her "go to" shoes. I agree.

These shoes are true to size and very, very comfortable. They are perfect for the office, stylish, not too high and look good both with pants and dress.

These are fabulous shoes. I found them to have lots of cushioning and the soles are soft non slip rubber. The color is the perfect "nude" shade for me and they feel solid. These are heels that can be worn all day! I ordered it in 11W, which is my typical size and it fits perfectly!

Great looking shoe but felt 1/2 size larger than it should and I don't like when my toes show out of the top of them

If you are aren't sure about ordering this shoe (Lennox), please do! I can't believe how comfortable this shoe is. When I received the order, I walked around the house and too my surprise, I couldn't believe how well they fit, the comfort, and how they didn't make me feel like I was leaning forward. I'm sure it was because the front of the shoe is lifted which makes the height of the shoe 2 3/4. I love this shoe and will purchase more colors. Even though my foot is small 5 1/2, my foot is a little wide and it didn't pinch the widest part. The toe is a little more rounded on this shoe. I will have to put something in the back of the heal so my heal won't slip. I was afraid to order the 5 for fear it would be too tight. Can't wait for more colors.

Cute but really no arch support. And really difficult to walk in...probably because I don't wear heels this high. I really wanted to love this shoe but I think my feet would be really tired after not much wearing. I'm looking for a good basic pump...I'll keep trying!

Although I usually love Naturalizer's, I needed to return these. I walked right out of them. If you order, I would order 1/2 size smaller. Also, with the platform, there was little to no give or bending with walking. Very pretty, however, and I wished they fit.

I thought these shoes were great when I put on the right one. Then I put on the left one and it refused to stay on my foot. It was like they were 2 different sizes. There was a snafu somewhere, so they are headed back to Zappos.

Nice looking shoe for work. I have narrow feet so I ordered a narrow. I still had to add heel and bottom padding to get them to fit somewhat comfortably. I'm working it out though bc this could potentially be a great work shoe.

This was rated 5 stars by other consumers, and now I see why. This is a beautiful and comfortable shoe. I wear mine to work several times a week. Great purchase!

I never have luck finding heels that fit me and are comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. It is often difficult to find narrow sizes in shoes that I feel are best for me. I have to say that I purchased these Naturalizer Lennox shoes and was able to wear them for almost ten hours and feel very comfortable and in fashion. Thinking about ordering another pair, real soon!

Love these shoes. Wearing it barefoot is great, very stylish. If you wear it with tights, it takes a little getting used to as it's a little snug especially in the toe box. But, I love the sole, how it grips the floor, and classic look of the black patent. Love these shoes!

Lennox by Naturalizer is a simply gorgeous shoe. I ordered the Shiny Taupe, and they're very the perfect color. A soft, elegant neutral and not hint of bland or boring thanks to the bit of sheen they have. They remind me so much of Kate Middleton's LK Bennett pumps that I love. These shoes make your legs look a mile long which I also loved. The slight platform makes the shoe more comfortable and the soles have great traction so you don't feel like your feet are going to slide out from under you on a slick surface. The shoes do run narrow, and unfortunately I have a very wide foot, so even the 8W was way too narrow for me. If you have a narrow foot, don't wait! Order these shoes today. You will love them. Perfect black pumps! My favorite thing about these is that they don't look like "comfort shoes" - they are very stylish! I have wide feet and it is very hard to find cute shoes, these are great for work or fancier occasions. Just to be clear, they are not comfortable like sneakers or a pair of flats, but they did not give me blisters or leave me screaming in pain like most heels. The wide size was barely wider than the regular, but still fit. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5, the 8 was perfect.

These are so sharp looking and very comfortable for dressy heels. I'm 58 and love them--my daughters (30ish) each bought them too! I am hard to fit with wide feet and these were perfect for me.

I have a wide foot and have had a tough time finding shoes that not only fit, but are also comfortable. Well these are perfect - I couldn't be happier. I'll buy more!

These fit well and look good. They look similar to Princess Kate. Zappos provided great customer service and very quick shipment!

Love the shoe. It is very stylish and classic. The color is great for fall.

I do love these. The heel is just high enough, that it's not a kitten heel - and yes, they're squishy and therefore comfy. They're not leather, which I don't love - because the material doesn't breath as well. For me, they were a perfect 6.5. The arch support is ok (I have ridiculously high arches) - but the extra footbed padding makes up for it. - To compare, I also got Dixy (Bandalino) and Pearly (from Joan & David). These are way more comfy than both. Between the other two - it's going to depend on your arch and foot width.
