I just received these shoes and wanted to tell any woman considering these shoes: do not hesitate - get them! They are incredibly comfortable and, oh my goodness, they are super cute on! The photo is accurate, but does not do them justice for how stylish they look when they are on; especially when worn with pants/jeans. I just ordered another color immediately and I am on the notification list for a third color. That is how much I love them. I have never bought multiple pairs of the same shoe in other colors before. That is how much I think of these babies.

In a word: excellent. I have sensitive/ingrown toenails and these shoes do not bother them at all. I never wear heels, but decided I should have a classic pair on hand and chose these. They got me through a funeral and a Christmas party no worse for the wear! The bottoms are grippy rubber and the entire foot bed is really shock-absorbing.

Beautiful shoe, had to return because they are very short in the toe area and narrow. Wish the toe were a bit wider and squared for the wider foot in the front and narrow heel that I have. very nice if you have a narrow front foot. sad to return, but glad the return is free...will look again to find one that will fit my foot better, as far as the length, it is true to size, just narrow in toe box.

These shoes are awesome. I was considering spending a lot of money on similar shoes at Cole Haan, and I'm so glad I found these! They are just as good and are great for the office or for a night out on the town.

I looked a long time for moderately priced, comfortable pumps to accommodate my wide feet. These worked great. Very stable without being too matronly looking. I did put in cushioned pads for the balls of my feet for extra comfort and to raise my foot as my heels were slipping. Going down a 1/2 size would have made the shoe too small.

I love these pumps. They are very comfortable and stylish. I only wish they came in dark brown. I am thinking about getting another pair of the same for a backup in case they ever become discontinued.

I love this shoe. I am 6'5", size 12 and I don't wear many heels. Because either they don't have my size or they just hurt after a while. But I have worn these babies twice and they feel so good on my feet. I don't have to be extra careful when walking on certain floors because of slippage if that's a word) due to the rubber bottom grip. It's the best pump/heel for me! I want more summer colors so if that can be possible, I would buy two to three pair. Thanks for carrying this shoe for folks like me who don't wear stilettos.

These are a classic pair of black pumps, nothing flashy or unusual but very versatile. I bought them for work where I am on my feet quite a bit, so I need shoes that are very comfortable, and these fit the bill. My feet felt great the first day I wore them--no breaking in required. I have wide feet, and the wide fits really well. I would say they fit true to size. I would definitely recommend them.

I kept these shoes because they were the best fitting of the 4 pairs of wide black pumps which I purchased. But I have to say that they are neither as comfortable nor as well fitting as I expect Naturalizer shoes to be. The leather is stiff, the toe box is a little low, and so it presses in at the base of my toes, and it is not particularly wide. I am trying to "break them in" but I am betting that I'll be looking for another pair of black pumps in a month or two.

After a day to break in these shoes, they are very comfortable. I walk to court every day, then stand in court, then walk back to the office. I can be on my feet all day and these shoes don't hurt my feet. For high heels, they are remarkably comfortable. They did pinch my pinkie toes for a day or two, but now I think I've broken them in. If you have a place that normally gets pinched in shoes, you may want to give yourself an extra day to break these in.

Great shoe! I got the wide width, and my toes felt a little squished at first. After a couple wears, these feel great. Very comfortable in the back of the heel.

I absolutely adore these shoes! In fact, I even put an email alert on my size in other colors and this morning I was able to purchase them in black leather! These shoes can be professional or sexy depending on the rest of your outfit, but either way they are comfortable to stand and walk in. I purchased 10W in black shiny. The shoes fit true to size in length and width. My toes definitely had a little wiggle room, which I like (I have long toes) but others might feel the toe box is too roomy. There is a bit of toe cleavage for me, but not much, and for someone with average length toes it's possible that they won't show at all. The mini-platform worried me at first, but once I had the shoes on they were not at all difficult to walk in. Because of the mini-platform, I didn't feel like my shoes were as high as the heel really is. In the larger shoe sizes the heel looks a lot skinnier and thus looks higher than 3 inches, but it's certainly easier to walk in than a stiletto.

These are gorgeous shoes. The patent leather is beautiful and looks expensive. I love the elegant oval toe and the mini platform. On my foot, there was minimal toe cleavage, although toe cleavage is not something that bothers me. However, the best part about these shoes, besides the way they look, is that the are so comfortable! It doesn't even feel like I'm wearing heels. The inside is nicely padded, and the mini platform on the front sole gives that little extra lift to make the heel feel less high. I also found there to be plenty of room in the toe box for my toes to wiggle. When I first put on the left shoe, it felt a bit tight, but it loosened up after walking around with it for about 10 minutes. I normally wear a 7 1/2 in most shoes but I went with a 7 in these because I usually go down a half size for sandals and pumps and found the 7 to fit perfectly. If I bought the 7 1/2 they would have been too big. I highly recommend these shoes!

So disappointed. I love this shoe. I've worn a 5 in every type of shoe my whole life - but when I ordered these in a 5 they were way too tight. Tried a 6 - way too long but perfect in the toe box. Next tried a 5 1/2, toe box kind of tight and I step right out of them. Three strikes and I'm out. I really wanted these shoes!

Love this shoe - I haven't worn heels this high in decades. So comfortable from the first wearing. I stood a lot, ran through airports all in total comfort - a very pleasant surprise. Wish I had ten pair!

These are comfortable, stylish basic pump. Wish it was a darker brown. This color is too dark for neutral and too light for dark bottoms.

This is a very nice looking career shoe; I'm pleasantly surprised! I purchased the black and ordered my true size, 5.5 medium. The pump fits very well although a wee bit tight in the toe box. I don't have a wide foot. Since the shoe is lined it may not stretch, so I may have to send it back. I'm still debating.

These are lovely shoes, but size 10 was too big so I returned it and reordered a 9½.

This was the second most comfortable shoe I tried on in my quest to find comfy pumps, and they are keepers. Indigo by Clarks won my test, but since they only came in shiny black, I'm keeping the black leather and dark red in these shoes (what a great color). I'm excited to wear them. They are true to size, and have a very nice cushion throughout. I can't believe I can get a comfortable shoe this cute!

As someone with a history of foot injuries and hatred of anything with high heels, I've been on a long search for a pair of classic, closed toe black pumps for all-purpose wear (specifically for interviews, work, speeches, etc. but also able to wear out to dinner and the like). I love these heels. They're shockingly comfortable, and I'm confident that I can comfortably stand/walk for a decent amount of time in them. The soles are moderate to heavily padded and the heel is a great height. They're also really stylish and may be worn in a business or dressy casual setting. My usual size fit perfectly. I actually ordered the Sofft Ramona heel , and it wasn't nearly as comfortable. Definitely worth the money!

I love Zappos! I also love Naturalizer shoes & boots as they are one of the few brands that make a wide width. I originally ordered these shoes from manufacturer due to being hard to find in my size & width. Had to return them for 1/2 size larger. But only returned them did not exchange due to high cost of shipping & return to manufacturer. Ordered from Zappos...free shipping & free return if needed. I got them very fast. Again I love Zappos. Will be ordering from Zappos again.

Honestly, I think this shoe is practically the perfect pump. Perfect fit, style, and a level of comfort I have never had in any other 3 inch heel. I'm considering other colors. (I ordered the Taupe, and it's exactly what Taupe should be, a light brown with tones of warm gray.

I love these shoes! They are as cute as the other reviewers said and so comfortable! I wore them on the very first day for 10 hours on my feet with no pinching or rubbing. That is unbelievable! They fit like a glove! I am going to see if they come in other colors.

I originally wanted the patent black Lennox to match my Cole Haan purse; however, I had only the leather to choose from and decided to take the chance as I really need a work heel. I slipped it on today and I was amazed by how comfy it felt immediately. I think that I'll try wearing it to work tomorrow for the ultimate test. Lennox shows some sexy toe cleavage. I am a size 7.5M, so I selected 7W and I believe it's a perfect fit! Initially, I felt it to be a tad snug when I slip it on, but as I walked around my room for a few minutes, I felt it stretching and it felt appropriate on my feet. I am very happy with my buy and looking to get them in more colors. Unfortunately the red one is out again at this moment in time, but I already got an alert on their arrival to purchase! Recommend the shoe for work and going out.

Pretty finicky about shoes, as I get blisters very easily, but these worked for me. 4 stars for comfort because I wore them for 10+ hours without blisters (major accomplishment), but the toe box is ever so slightly narrow on my foot that is ever so slightly larger, and the cushioning isn't as soft as I prefer (usually buy Born or Sofft). However, the style is awesome, perfect heel height for going out and pairing with some work outfits.
