I love this shoe! The heel height is fantastic for those of us going for the sleek, elegant, sophisticated, polished look. A simply beautiful shoe with a true to size fit. Add a patent belt and/or purse. You will look and feel wonderful!

This was my first purchase with Zappos. I cannot say enough about the 365 day-unused, free return and refund policy. I had spent three hours at Macy's shoe department and came home empty handed and exhausted - which encouraged me to look at what was available online. Our daughter suggested I look at Sofft, Cole Haan and Naturalizer, none of which I owned. I bought these along with the Vigotti-Henia (which I will return) on 4/23, and they were delivered ground on 4/29/11 - great service. I wear a size 6 M, wasn't sure of the 3" heel & look of the round toe but figured I had nothing to lose with free return shipping. If you wear a larger size, the round toe will make your foot look shorter - although not my problem. These fit more comfortably in the width then the Vigotti-Henia. I am young, retired, 60ish MOB and will wear these for our daughter's wedding. The 3" heel, 1/2" platform is stable - not too high for me, stylish, rubber sole, arch support felt good, the padding inside was very nice - and also important to me, the entire heel is black. I am so pleased with my choice, especially in comfort.

The Lennox is absoulutely a beautiful shoe. You can dress is it up or down. It wasn't as wide as expected but comfort was in the padding of the inner sole.

Even the wide is too narrow. I love this shoe, and would try going up a size, if I hadn't already ordered the largest. Not sure if I will keep it.

Gorgeous shoe, however, I read in the reviews that it ran a half size larger and it's too small. I'm definitely going to try again and order my normal 7 though because it's a beautiful shoe.

Even in a "regular" width, the shoe is incredibly narrow in the toe and ball of the foot area. However, after a few weeks of wear, I feel as though I'm beginning to feel the shoe give a little which is making them much more comfortable. Even with a skinny foot (like mine) I recommend ordering a wide width so that you don't have to wait for the shoe to become comfortable.

Very cute shoe. I got the leopard print and it looks great in person. I also like the platform detail. The N5 Comfort system is really good. The only problem I have is that the upper is too stiff and the toe box is a little too small. My big toe was rubbing too much. I bought the 8.5 Wide, but it was still too narrow. My heel was also slipping out of the shoe. All the other reviews on this shoe are great. It just didn't work for me. I ended up going with the Sofft, Ramona II in 8.5 Medium.

Shoe looks great and has a lot of padding but the toe box area is too tight. I ordered a wide but then the heel was slipping. Too bad!

Great for the price! I compared these shoes with several others including some beautiful Stuart Weitzman black pumps which I really wanted. Whilst the SW were clearly better made with nicer leather these were my final choice for several reasons: the rubber sole means you don't slip when walking unlike a leather sole; the slight platform helps the heel not feel too high; and the footbed has a nice amount of cushioning. I also like that the heel is a bit wider than a stiletto which adds stability and comfort (it could be even wider). I bought the wide in my usual size as these felt a little narrow around the toes (I'm usually between normal and wide depending on the brand). As value for money these are a great, comfortable, and classic looking heel. I'm very happy with them.

Adorable shoes plus comfortable! Was very sad that my usual size 6 wide was too large: the heel slipped. Sending back for a size smaller. Hope they work----they are super cute and great for work or play.

These shoes look great and feel pretty good. They have a round toe, so you're feet don't look too long. They are just a hair too big, so I need to get something so my heel doesn't slip. They're a classic black pump. Great for any occasion.

I was looking for black pump to wear for interviews or wherever an open-toed shoe would not be appropriate. I usually wear a 7 1/2 N and can never find my size. I read all of the reviews, but despite what some said, on me, these fit like a true 7 1/2 N and the toe box was not too short. I may need to put a pad in there to prevent a lift in the heel if they start to stretch, but these are comfortable, stylish and the perfect height to wear as dressy or professional. The quality of the shoe is surprisingly good. I would buy it in the Natural color it if was available.

Most comfortable high heel I've worn. And I've worn a lot of heels. Run a little big, might want to go down a size. Wish the heel was about 1/2 higher.

These were exactly what I was looking for, however, I had to return them. They were way too small. I have several pairs of Naturalizer shoes, all of which are size 6.5 wide. I ordered these in a 6.5 wide and found that I could barely get my feet in. Nice looking though.

I love Naturalizer shoes. However, I have to return this pair. Just like some of the previous reviews for this shoe, the toe box is too tight that the leather cut into the front of my foot. The length is too long. Width, quality and shoe height is perfect. However, the length makes the shoe feel a half size bigger than it is.

Shoes is excellent. I love it and my only reason for returning is it is too big.

A cute shoe that seemed comfortable. I ordered several pair to see which one I liked best and ended up sending this one back. A more almond shaped toe won out. But these look very nice, and as always with Naturalizer, the sole is very bendy and fairly comfy.

This shoe looks better on than in the picture. Very comfortable and stylish. Would probably be even more comfortable in leather since patent leather does not give. Would buy another pair in a different color.

I ordered size 11 wide. It was actually too big lengthwise. If ordering a wide, try ordering a size down. It is cute though, and I liked the quality of the leather.

I think this would be a really comfortable heel, although it ran small for me so I am ordering a size up.

The toebox is a little tight and the front is a little more rounded than I would have liked, but the shoe is super comfortable. I think it's a perfect everyday work shoe since you feel like you are wearing flats.

These are great pumps, although they're still a little wide for my feet (even in a narrow width). My complaint: the toe box is cut a little short, so toe cleavage is visible. Don't love that, but their comfort outweighs this issue!

This is a very cute shoe and very comfortable to stand in. Unfortunately, as soon as I took a step, my heel came right out of the shoe. I never have this problem! I was very disappointed because the heel doesn't look wide and they were so cute and comfy.

These shoes look great. I'm not completely comfortable in them just yet, but unless they have the real soft leather it takes me a while to get them broken in. I ended up putting insoles in them.

My expectations were high due to the number of positive reviews but these shoes did not work for me. I bought my usual 9M, and they were tight in the toe box and my heel was slipping out. Personally I am not a fan of toe cleavage either. Perhaps a different size would fit better but I will try a different style.
