Good mat so far, had no problems with it. It's light and very easy to carry around and fit in my yoga bag carrier. It's also a nice color. I've been using a towel over it so I cannot comment on whether or not it's slippery. But it's a really nice at so far and the quality is so much better than most mats i've ever used or seen.

I've tried all yoga mats.. this brand is my favorite. If you walk into my ashtanga shala all the students have this brand... i for sure recommend

My cheap thin folding mat was wearing through. This mat shows no wear.

At the start of using the mat was a bit slippery. After using more often it will become your partner.

I bought this mat because I wanted a more grippy and stable yoga mat. I absolutely love it! The color is exactly how it looks in the pictures and I rarely slip! It also grips well to the floor so I don't slide around. Very happy with this mat!

I bought this mat for use at home and travelling. It is a teeny bit heavier than I had expected BUT a great mat, well padded and great for outdoors use. In wind, it stays flat. Slightly longer than average is also great when staggering against your yoga neighbour without adjusting the mat.

I'm an incredibly sweaty yogi and this is the only mat that hasn't caused me any slipping. It gives great support and stability without feeling too thick, I feel super rooted on this mat. I also love that my mat came with a free manduka hand towel that especially helps with my sweat as the wetter it is the better it works!

Purchased after using a Manduka mat at my local yoga studio. Although it's a bit slippery at first, it's great after a few uses. Expensive, but totally worth the money.

After debating between the pro and pro lite, I'm so happy I went with the pro lite. It's perfect to take to and from class. I still use a towel but overall, I love it!

I bought this just a couple of weeks ago. I started practicing yoga about a month ago and decided it was time to get a "real mat". I took the mat quiz and the PROlite was recommended. The price initially was a deterrent. But after reading the story of Manduka, after reading some reviews, and after reading that it has a lifetime guarantee, I figured it's worth buying. So far, so great. I love the way it rolls out. I love the way it feels. I'd highly recommend.

I bought this mat recently and put it through the wash process and after that all was well. Super supportive and wonderful grip, I recommend this mat if you don't feel like lugging around a large mat (pro).

It's not as large as the PRO, but it's perfect for taking on the go.

I bought this mat about a month ago, during a hard time in my life. I wanted to focus more on myself and my yoga practice. The mat I had at the time was noticeably made out of cheap material, and my cats ripped it up to shreds. Once I laid my Manduka PROlite mat out on the ground, I could tell there was a huge difference immediately. The quality is amazing, the color is so vibrant and pretty! What started as a retail therapy purchase soon turned into a doorway to a deeper yoga appreciation, and a fulfillment of what I thought I had lost in myself. Thank you Manduka, for creating a mat that is economically efficient as well as providing superior quality.

I bought this mat to replace my (5+ year old mat that was about a third of the price). For my vinyasa I felt secure, easy to clean because of the not as ripply texture. I tend to sweat a lot, so I've noticed some slipping but hoping that's just the break in process. For a lifetime guarantee, I look forward to a lot of years with my new mat. Caveat- I didn't realize my old mat was 3mm- I'm not super thrilled with how heavy the 5mm feels, but I store it at my studio so that's not really an issue for me anymore.

I usually use the PRO for practice, but noticed that it would be easier to take a mat if it weighed a little less. This is so nice, I alternate with the PRO at home, where weight is not a factor. Great mats, both of them!

I bought this mat about a month ago, and have used it continually since. I have also convinced family members to switch over to Manduka, because I love it so much!

It's the perfect thickness for my sometimes sore wrist and allows me to work through my practice without slipping a bit -- even when a bit sweaty!
