These are great boots in every way except that they have no arch support whatsoever. The inside bottom is flat, unlike many other Clark shoes that I own. I considered a size larger to fit an orthotic insert but I do not know if that would help. They run a bit narrow which is good for me. Too bad Clarks does not redo this problem.

Okay, Women of the Playa (you know who you are): Best shoes for Burning Man. Ever. I ordered in wide because I know Clarks run narrow and I wanted to wear thick socks on the playa to protect my feet, and these boots were fantastically comfortable. I walked, rode my bike, and danced all day and all night in these boots for an entire week (for non Burners, the playa is a hard, dusty, high desert in NV). It took some work to clean off the playa dust, but I did it, and I'll be wearing them again next year.

The boot was okay, but not as nice as I expected. I didn't care for the wrinkly leather, and the eyelet surround is stitched rather than grommeted, so they appeared "cheap" to me. The fit was nice, maybe a bit long. I just didn't care for the styling. I ordered an 8D for my wide foot.

Yes! I bought these in black and brown not sure which color to keep and kept them both. Put one pair on - very comfortable - and wore them all day they were that easy. I have narrow feet and I can't get narrow in a 5.5 size so I was pleased about these.

To be a "casual" boot, they are beautiful. They look really sharp. I like them because I can wear my orthotics in them without any problem, and the narrow is narrow enough for my 3A feet! I don't know how good the arch support would be for those who don't have orthotics but this is a great way for me to wear something nice looking to work with dress pants and still wear my orthotics.

I love my these shoes...they might actually be the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The zippers make it and easy on and off also.

I had a terrible time finding this type of boot...enough padding, not too wide, just comfortable all around. Finally, these work. Haven't worn them really since it's summer.

I love this boot but need 'wide'.... I thought I could make the regular width work, but for my Christmas Shopping in NY trip I needed a really comfortable boot - and this didn't quite fit my fat foot. But they are easy on/easy off with the zipper, the pull-tab is the perfect length to be useful but not get caught on my pants hem, and the crinkly leather sets them apart. They are high enough on the instep and have lots of toe room - a great boot, but no black wide - so I'll hope they continue the style next year and I'll scoop up a pair when 'wide' is still available.

I have very wide feet and most shoes take forever to break in, but not these! Almost as comfortable as socks, they look great with jeans, and are super durable. I used some mink oil on them to ensure they dont get soggy. I love these shoes!

I love these boots! I wear them to work nearly every day and they are very comfortable.

Absolutely love this bootie! I can walk forever in it. Looks great with jeans so a wonderful walking vacation shoe. For those who need lots of arch support this may not be enough, but it was totally adequate for my long hours of walking. Nice that you can unzip to pull off, but still adjust with the ties. Roomy toe box. Just perfect!

These are so Comfortable! I loved these boots right out of the box. They are very lightweight, so you do not feel like you are lugging around extra weight with every step. I ordered wide and they are the perfect width for me. I have worn these with jeans, but also with dress pants to work, so they are extremely versatile. They are great boots, I would not mind having another color to add to my wardrobe!

These boots are comfortable, roomy enough to wear with socks, and very urban chic! Could use a little more arch support, but I am not wearing them to go hiking!

These are the most comfortable boots that I have ever put on! They are so easy to put on with the handy zipper, they are not too tall or too short but just perfect! I have had so many compliments on them. They are highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

I'm a hairdresser, and I put these on when they arrived and wore them for 8 hours... So comfortable, and look real sharp with jeans...clients even noticed and liked them.

Love these shoes. A co-worker liked mine so much she also ordered a pair. They are extremely comfortable and look great! They tend to run a bit big, but that works in this type of shoe so you can wear a thicker sock. Nothing beats Zappos!

These shoes are fantastic! I work at a cafe and I am on my feet for 8 hours, though it is hard to avoid your feet hurting, these boots are very comfortable...and super cute! I would recommend ordering a half size smaller than you normally wear.

I like these boots. They rub a bit in the back of the heel so I take a day off in between. As a narrow width wearer....these are great boots!

Very nice shoes, and my daughter loved them! Very comfortable, and the side zipper makes them easy to put on. Zappos is the best online shoe store!

These were very comfortable but too clunky looking to keep. They went back and I bought a pair of black Clarks Olive Mary instead.

This is a really cute shoe/boot that goes perfectly with any type of apparel from casual to a little dressy. Very comfortable right out of the box. I initially ordered a 9 1/2 based on the reviews that said it ran small but had to return and get a pair in my usual size 9. Thanks Zappos for your excellent return policy!

I had never used Zappos before so the reviews really helped me. This boot, as reviewed by others is terrific. It did run true to size and had medium support. It is so comfortable that I wear it all day. And attractive enough to wear with skirts, if you are inclined. Highly recommend!

These boots are great for all day wear. Had to order a full 1/2 size smaller which is very unusual for me with Clarks.
