This boot looked so promising, and cute, but the top at the back has a very sharp edge that cuts into the back of your calf. I would have expected better from Clarks. I am really sorry that I have to return them, they looked so comfortable.

These are nice, at first. After about 3 or 4 months wearing them to work at my office around 3 times a week the cushioning has flattened out and they aren't that comfy. They really make the bottom of my heels ache!

These were almost perfect and nice light weight, soft lining, and I like the combination of side zip and laces for convenience + adjust-ability. However, they were just too narrow right where my bunions hit. Clarks 10 wide is usually perfect for me, but these seem to run long and narrow compared to other Clarks styles.

Shoes are longer and narrower than you would expect. Very stiff. Look well made, good quality. Really bummed they didn't fit.

I really didn't like anything about this boot. I ordered a half size larger than my regular shoes so I could wear heavy socks with them but they were really big and I think they might have been too big even in my regular size. they were also heavy and clunky looking. I don't know why they have a zipper. it is not necessary and looks weird. definitely a no for me.

I bought these in the middle of summer so I have not had a chance to wear them out yet. Despite this they are very cute and I wore them around the house for quite some time just to make sure I could be in them for a long while. They were perfect! I love the subtle zipper which makes it easy to get in and out of them without looking old lady like with a big old zipper. I cannot wait to wear them this Fall. I am giving them three stars only because they really have not been battle tested yet. Thanks Zappos for the great variety of size 12 shoes you carry. No one has a better/bigger selection

Loved these boots until I stepped in a puddle for the first time. The stitching at the bottom is not sealed and the water came right in. Wet socks are not cool! Hope you live in a very dry climate!
