I had tried these on in a store in a size 6; they were too big for me, but I found them in Zappos in a 5.5. They are very comfortable and fit great. The side zipper makes for easy on and off.

I love these Clarks. I have them in black and brown (wish they had other colors, e.g., navy). They are true to size & very comfortable (I have very temperamental feet -- neuromas). They are my winter sneakers. They are like wearing a "healthy" shoe without compromising style. I hope they never discontinue these. Excellent shoe, Clarks!

Perfect fit. Wore three days in a row on a visit to DC. A lot of walking. Hadn't broken them in enough, so they left blisters on my ankle bone. I can't wait to wear them, again, and hopefully finish breaking them in.

These little boots are EXACTLY what I was looking for last year, and this version is the best!! They fit perfectly, feel good and look good. After wearing the brown pair, I ordered them in black. I love that I can get them in Wide through Zappos. Stores often don't carry wide, so then I have to go too long to get the width I need, as I have short toes and boxy feet. The soft leather makes the high top stylish and comfy too. The side zipper makes them easy to get on and off, and you can adjust the laces for a perfect fit. These will be my go-to shoes with jeans, slacks, and long skirts all winter!

I wear an 11 wide and have wide ankles, so I wasn't too optimistic that this shoe would be a great fit. But, to my surprise, I was able to break in after just a day of wear. Like others have said, plenty of room in the toe box (which is great for those of us who have wide feet and for some thick boot socks in the winter!). It gets 4 stars for comfort only because I found the top of the shoe dug into the bottom of my right calf -- any person who doesn't have a larger right calf will probably find it a perfect fit, and this discomfort went away after a few days of wear. Very comfortable, and transitions easily from office to play!

These are some really nice, stylish boots at a lower cost than you might pay for a similar pair by Dansko or Wolky. They're a little wide at the toes, but the top of the foot is about what I'd expect for a women's wide. I've only had them for a month and change but they're comfortable and look good. They only have what I would call 'normal' arch support for a shoe, so if you have high arches I'd suggest getting Wolkys instead (or custom inserts made, whatever is more appropriate to your budget).

I just got these boots today and absolutely love them! They are comfortable right out of the box. They looks great! I ordered the brown. I will definitely order the black once they are available in my size. I hope Zappos gets them in stock soon! I am very happy with the fit and feel of these boots. Thank you, Zappos!

I bought these boots because they look like a pair of favorites I had years ago. These are more expensive than those were, and seem well-made. The sole is not padded, but should be adequate for average city wear with jeans. I'm not planning on hiking in them. Another reviewer mentioned feeling the edge around the ankle. This is true, but wearing soft socks prevents discomfort and I think wear will soften these edges. Overall very comfortable.

Love these, but not for long walks. Great fit, very comfortable, minimal arch support. Love the way they look!

I adore these boots they are the most comfortable shoes I own. I can walk for miles to school and back, to the grocery store, etc. with no problem whatsoever. It\'s true that the ankle does have a bit of an edge in the back but as long as you wear socks that go above the ankle you will have no trouble at all.

Living in the Pacific Northwest I needed a practical boot that goes from city to country. It is comfortable, very well made, and love the sole - does not trap mud in the tread design. Looks stylish but not fussy. Good to wear with warm wool socks. Also, love the quick zip on/off system while able to adjust the laces. The width of the front of the boot allows plenty of toe room.

No break in time. Comfortable right out of the box. Not clunky at all. Very light on the feet. Great practical boot with a cool edge.

Fit - I absolutely love this shoe! It is comfy beyond belief. This is my first pair of Clarks shoes and will not be my last.

Very comfortable boot. Thought I could use only the zipper for on and off but have to undo laces also.

Cute shoes true to size wide is good the only thing is hits wrong around leg and hurts when driving some fur around opening would have been great easy on off.

I ordered a half size larger so I can wear thick socks. A very comfortable pair of shoes for walking. It has added ankle support and the fit can be adjusted with the laces. I haven't had a chance to test outside of the urban setting but am very happy with my city walking shoes!

I love these shoes. I added a shoe pad to give more padding in the ankle, and a bit more arch support. They would be comfortable anyway, but now they're absolutely dreamy. I love the side zipper, and the general style. Not real leather, by the way, but attractive nonetheless. Having the shoe laces allows for width adjustment.

I wore these out of the box all day, and they were quite comfortable. Didn't bother my ankles the way some boots do. Easy on, easy off.

Very cute and comfy shoe. I wear an 11W and I think they are a little bigger than a true 11. The width is perfect. The material seems durable and it has variations of tones, so if you're hard on you're shoes this is the one for you. Nice walking shoe.

Love this boot it is so comfy, ordered a half size larger and had to return for my reg size. Think it was because I got a wide width but perfect now. Looks great with jeans.

These are awesome, comfortable boots. I ordered D width, so I got half a size smaller than usual. They fits great and my sensitive feet do not ache in these boots. The flexible soles are very light and cushiony, I wore them for two days with no issues! That is a first!

Great boot. I have degenerative arthritis in both knees, and was able to wear these for hours with great comfort. I own many Clarks, and I'm happy to add these to my collection.

These shoes are nice, but they are a bit more worn looking than I like. They also have a very flat footbed. So they need an innersole to make them comfortable.

Amazingly soft and comfortable. Love these shoes. Great arch and ankle support. A bit more pircey, but well worth it.
