I couldn’t make myself like this boot. I have the black ones and the construction of the boots are completely different. The quality of the leather is completely different and on top of that they came in a damaged plain box that read that the original box was damage during shipping. I don’t want these. The color is off, the whole feel is off. To be honest they look and feel like cheap knockoffs.

I bought these boots last spring. After normal use, the heels on both boots literally fell off while walking. Terrible quality.

The boot arrived and once I took it out of the box I knew I was going to return it. Not up to Frye standards. I currently own three boots made by Frye. Honestly, the boot looked like a fake Frye. The materials used to construct the boot did not appear to be leather, the grommets were cheap and the laces were flimsy. For three hundred dollars, I can do better.

These boots are way too heavy/clunky. They run small. The distressing is nothing like the picture and they scratch easily. Not worth the price at all. I wear my $35 combat style boots from Target way more often. Bummer.

Oh these shoes look like something I would enjoy wearing. Unfortunately it is made out of leather and I cannot justify buying it. I do not have to conscience to wear some animal. Off to looking for a similar boots made with more eco friendly and most importantly animal friendly boots.

I was looking forward to my first pair of Frye boots. The boots arrived with peeling footbeds. So I exchanged those, expecting the replacement pair would be perfect. Instead, the left boot of the second pair I received had a badly sewn exterior. I am still deciding what to do. I want these boots, but for the price I really think they should be perfect. Very disappointed.

I got a pair of these in the Whiskey Soft Vintage leather about two years ago, and an 8 fits pretty much perfectly. Ordered an 8 in the Black Stone Wash, and they are SNUG. Way too snug. So I sized up and tried an 8.5. Still snug, but could break in decently, but now they're about an inch and half too long. (And for the record, this would be my 4th pair of Veronicas; all different sizes)
Newer Fryes I've tried in the last few years seem to be getting lower and lower around the arch for some reason, and I wish they'd go back to making them a little closer to standard sizing.

These are beautiful boots, but I have ordered and returned 2 pairs in 5 weeks because the heel is separating from the actual boot. My last pair arrived in this condition (see photo 2). :( very sad!
