bought them for my wife, she absolutely loves them and they look fantastic on her!

I wanted to not like these shoes, because they’re expensive and they look like military dress boots. But I couldn’t help it, I love them so I’m keeping them. They smell amazing so I know the leather is excellent quality, and they’re soft but tough. They shoes themselves are very comfortable and I like how they look with the laces only done up halfway and tied around the ankle.

These booths are hard as rock and very heavy and manly looking. Get a half to 1 size up. Had to return mine, it was so hard to get ur foot in even with bigger size. You have to untie alllll the laces. Horrible looking and most uncomfortable boots. Had to return same day I received.

Very cute boots. They seem to run a little small and are hard to get your foot in initially. I had to loosen all the laces. I wish they added a longer set of laces because I want to lace completely up. I think they’ll stretch to my foot the more I wear them. So I’m still debating will I wear these or not. Because they take time, new, to get on. But very cute boot. Little on the narrower side. Length is pretty true . Still very hard to get on new.

This is my second pair if this style They are wonderful in every way.

I have a narrow heels, small ankles that make it hard to find boots that fit, and feet that measure medium across the ball of the foot. This boot fits my foot perfectly!

I ordered a 9 and a 9 1/2, because I read people were sizing up. I debated between the 2 sizes, as I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9. The 9 in the Veronica Combat was tight, while the 9 1/2 felt floppy. I ultimately settled on the 9 and wore them hoping they would stretch out, and form to my feet. They did! And they are the cutest, most comfortable boots I own! With leather boots, especially pliable leather like these, it is better to start tight and work them in than to start loose and get looser. I’m thoroughly pleased with my purchase.

Nice boot and beautiful leather. But it does run small. And the deal killer for me was no zipper. I should’ve looked more closely so that’s on me. But it makes it so hard to get this one on or off because you have to wrestle with the laces

The leather was soft and good quality. I knew it would be comfortable around the feet area if I bought a bigger size because it felt really narrow. The deal breaker was that it was hard to put on. I have to unlace this almost all the way to get my feet in. I believe even if I went up a size I would still need to do this.

Good quality leather boots; seemed quite well-made. I have a narrow foot and these fit unexpectedly well! I did end up returning them because I was looking for something just a little bit edgier; however, they are a nice design and seem like they would be quite versatile.

These are the most lovely boots. Gorgeous construction. A great utilitarian combat look without huge clunky soles or overly aggressive styling. They fit true to size for me; my 9.5 feet fit into the 9.5 boots perfectly even with thicker socks. Takes a minute to get my feet into them because of the long lacing structure, but once they're in, they're happy. I think they'll last decades, which is good, because they're an investment.

I was looking for a well built leather lace up boot to replace a pair of Ariat ropers.I had for many years. With the Veronica Combat Boot my search is over! It was worth the wait for my size to come back in stock in the deep metallic green. They are SOOOO beautiful! Not too sparkly, they look black most of the time with green flashes in brighter light. I wore them for 3 days in a row standing for 8 hours with no complaints, the moderate support good enough for my 50ish feet. They were a little snug at first, but no break in with blisters or soreness at all. After reading the reviews, I sized up a half size with this style and glad I did. I've long dancer's toes, fairly wide feet and though the leather is stiff, they're slowly softening and molding to my foot like well made leather. I'm new to Frye so, so far, well worth the price!

These are beautiful boots. The silver/grey is stunning and they are really well made. Frye boots do seem to run a half size smaller. I am a standard 6.5. Will have to wait till size 7 is back in stock.
