These shoes are fantastic but that goes without saying since they're Inov8's. I'm personally partial to the 230's and (now) the XF Bare 210's. They're great because they're light and let your feet really feel what's going on, but I feel like they make my foot look a little bit awkwardly long and narrow. So functionality/durability/quality wise, off the charts, aesthetically: 4/5 stars. They have some really sweet colors but my fat foot looks kind of odd in them to be honest. I'll be sticking with the 230's/210's.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned, and so far they are the best overall CrossFit shoes that I have tried.

Bought these specifically for CrossFit. They are very lightweight and are an all around comfortable shoe. I retired my old New Balance shoes when I bought these F-Lite 195s, I don't think I'll ever try another brand again. Inov-8 has set the standard for a top notch CrossFit shoe.

These shoes are exactly what I expected when searching for a lightweight, minimal, flexible trail runner. I also have a pair of inov8 x-talon 190's and these fit exactly the same. What I really like about these is they transition from the trail to the road much better than the 190's, without sacrificing a lot of traction on the trail. While the upper is minimal and looks like it won't last, I can vouch that the upper material has stood up to many miles of wet, muddy,and snowy running with little sign of wear.

Thin soled shoe, flat with zero heel/toe drop. Sole is hard for limited compression, making for a solid lifting shoe while tread gives you grip for agility workouts. Solid crossfit shoe.

Great fit right out of the box. Did a 6 mile run without any real break in period and my feet are feeling fine. The 195's look good and feel good. I think I have found the next pair of shoes I will order 3 pair of so I will have them after they o out of production. Can recommend these enough.

What can I say? I really like them. I've been crossfitting in New Balance trail 100s for the last year or so, but needed some new shoes. Thought I'd give these a shot - and I am very glad I did. So far, a great shoe!

So in love! I have flat feet and an herniated disc, these shoes are awesome for my daily 1.5hr workout. light, flexible, and my feet don't get sweaty (tmi?). I have baby feet small and a little meaty, but with a narrow heel, but i have had no fit problems at all! The meshy material conforms to my foot. I got the bright green color, beautiful- just like the photo. Highly recommended this outstanding product! Can't wait to get a 2nd pair.

Amazingly light, I wear these for Crossfit and couldn't be happier. Love them.

If you look good, you feel good. Well, I honestly feel like I look good in these shoes. I CrossFit 4-5 days a week. These shoes are super light and feel so comfortable. It's like I'm not wearing anything at all. I look forward to adding different colors to my collection.

These are great for crossfit training. They are stable and extra light. I also love the look and get tons of compliments on the this color.

Great shoe! Make sure you get the perfect size. I am usually a 13-14, I am a 12.5 in these. The 13s were just too spacious, the 12s felt too skinny on my arch and cramped. Work on getting the right size and they will fit like a glove and feel like an extension of your foot.

These are fantastic shoes for cross training. They are the lightest shoes that I own. I look forward to putting them on for each session. If you are doing a lot of lateral/change of direction, you might want to look elsewhere, but these certainly are not bad for that realm either. They are well-suited for shorter runs, especially if you can stick to grass, trails, softer surfaces, etc...

I absolutely love these shoes. The lacing system hugs your feet without discomfort. They are very lightweight with plenty of room in the toebox to allow for comfort running or walking. I run in these shoes primarily, and have found they work well on roads or trails. They allow your feet to do the work and promote natural form. These shoes are minimal, they do not offer pronation control, the heal to forefoot drop is minimal, and very little support in the upper shoe. Noting this, these shoes are the most comfortable running shoes I own, in fact, I have several pairs for that reason. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a light, comfortable, minimalist type of shoe, whether for running or anything else.

Awesome shoes. I do crossfit and krav maga and these shoes work fantastic for both (other than rope climbing). Light and airy but solid enough for weight lifting in crossfit. True to size.

Love these shoes and they are so flexible that they mold easily to wide feet. Cool color!

I run trail races all year round and these shoes are great! Very light and good looking, yet dependable. One of the scariest things in trail racing is running downhill. This pair made it a lot easier and I felt confident that I would not fall.

I absolutely LOVE this shoe! I needed something with a bit more cushion than my Vibrams and wanted something I could put on quickly and use for Cross Fit and trail hiking and running. Unlike other reviewers I like this shoe MUCH better then the new F-Lite 230. It has the teensiest bit of cushioning under the ball of the foot that makes it feel much better to me then the 230. I got the maroon/yellow combo and they are awesome!! Very comfortable, no rubbing, now I need to go workout!

These are the best athletic shoes I have EVER owned! I would suggest to anyone and everyone. I usually wear a 9 but with these shoes I go with an 8.5 and still have room.

This is the perfect shoe for Crossfit. It it super light weight and breathes great. My feet tend to get quite hot and I have never had a problem with that in these shoes. The are good for fairly short distance running and provide adequate cushioning. I like that the have less heel cushioning that most running shoes because it helps me work on my running form and keeps me more on the ball of my foot as opposed to heal striking. The minimal drop in the sole also provides good stability for weight lifting. I own two pairs of these shoes and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great all-around workout shoe.

Inov-8 F-Lite 195 is pretty much the shoe I was hoping to buy. I have been experimenting with Huarache sandals and even running barefoot on sidewalks and some roads. This shoe has a little bit of padding in the heel area. Otherwise it is a minimalist shoe and gives the runner good feel of the road or trail surface. It is very comfortable and the sole is extremely resistant to wear and abrasion. When fully laced up the shoe comes up a bit too high on the top of the foot for my feet. This is easily remedied by leaving out the top pair of holes. The shoe is about a 1/2 to 1 size larger than the stated size. I was not looking for a padded shoe with arch support and it does not have those features.

These are great minimalist shoes, I use the 195 shoes for Crossfit workouts and they have yet to let me down. The quality is good except the white paint on the base of the shoe is pealing only after a month's use. I used to wear Nike Free 5.0 shoes. The F-Lite 195 shoes are much flatter and more stable shoes.
