the cut is too low - I bought these hoping that they might be as comfortable as the karin mary janes that are my wear everywhere shoe. Come on Crocs - please bring these back again for adults.

Overall, I was afraid that the shoes I love so much were irreplaceable, and it turned out to be true.

I ordered a 7 like I always do, but these shoes feel like they may have been stretched out. Too big, but don't want to go to the trouble of sending back. Six would be too short. Disappointed!

Super cute but I had to send them back because they ran too big.

The shoe fit but when I tried to walk on it; I wobbled. The raise sole in the back was too small in comparison with the actual heel of the sole. It put me off balance. For someone else it might be great but not for me.

Where the strap comes across the inside of the show, it rubbed and gave me blisters on both feet. You definitely need to wear socks.

Great style, but the strap around the instep was a full inch too big for my size 12 foot, and is not adjustable -- definitely a design problem there.
If Crocs would only arrange for ONE of their many attractive slip-ons to be available in size 12, I would be SO, SO happy!!!!! Olive, Kaydee, Sienna -- all cute, comfortable, and look great with professional clothes, but they stop at size 11. Olivia used to come in size 12, and I wore my pair until there were holes in the bottom. I would gladly buy three more pairs if they were available. Please wake up, Crocs people! People are getting taller, and there are thousands of fashion-conscious professional women in size 12 (I know three, myself) who'd just love to buy your shoes -- you are missing out on a big market here.

I really like the style and color but the shoe is too narrow for me. I wish this style came in the more relaxed type fit.

I ordered size 7 which was too big. I them ordered size 6 which was too small. They made my feet feel sweaty. There is no ventilation.

A little too tight across the front of the shoe. Not comfortable for work. The clips on the side holding the strap digs in to foot.

I got these and the website suggested going down to the nearest half size. I should have gone up. There is also a lot of toe showing so the shoes aren't helpful at work.

They're super uncomfortable. If you don't mind not being able to feel your pinky toes, go for them. Awful for long work days.

Not too cute. Very low cut on both the sides and the toe crack. Also squeaky. They don't have air holes like other Crocs, so the stink foot is an ominous possibility. I usually wear an 8.5, but because they don't have half sizes they recommended sizing down. They fit in an 8, but just barely. They were tight.

I own three pair of AlIce Work, two in black and one in brown. All are size 9 and fit beautifully. I was excited to order a pair in white. I am SO DISAPPOINTED with my recent purchase of Alice Work shoes, size 9 in white. The shoes are stamped as size 9 on the bottom, but are at least a size too large. Not only is the fit too large, the white pair is visably larger when compared to my black and brown Alice Work shoes. I don't know if the white shoes are mislabeled or if there is a new manufacturer making the white ALice Work shoes. I don't know if I should try a size 8 in white, or if I should order another size 9 if this is a mislabeled pair that was sent to me. My advice is to BEWARE OF ALICE WORK SHOES IN WHITE!

This stay just did not fit my foot very well. I did send these back.
Had nothing to do with the quality of the shoe. Just some styles fit different on different feet.

I usually love Crocs and have a variety of styles, but this shoe fell flat and I am returning. The picture of the shoe and the actual shoe do not match-up. Shoe felt very wide and too big, overall. Disappointed.

The fit of these shoes is as sized, so, I ordered my size and it was appropriate. I thought they were wonderful, but quickly discovered that for a server working a long shift (anything over 5 hours) they are terrible! Also, I found that I had to wear socks with them or I had terrible blisters. They aren't a shoe I would buy again. If you want something comfortable that you won't realize you are wearing while working, stick with Sketchers or New Balance. They are good for non-skid, however, no issues with slipping or sliding around.
I'd also recommend:

This shoe is just okay. I've worn them about 8 times. Today I put them on, started walking and the strap across my foot popped off. So, now I have to either fine some rubber glue or toss them. Without that strap, the shoe won't stay on my foot. I love crocs, but won't buy anymore with a strap like this one.

I wore these with socks and they didn't give me a problem... I didn't like the look of the socks with the shoes so I wore them without the next day and the part where the strap connects to the shoe pinched and scraped my arch really bad. I also had pre existing callouses on the base of my pinky toe and the base of my big toe and these shoes irrirated them and Turned them red... I wouldn't mind them so much if the strap didn't pinch my arch.... I really wanted to love these shoes after hearing great reviews but without socks, they're very painful.

They feel good or the first three hours, but after that they start to pinch my pinky toes and I don't like that. So I may send them back!

These shoes seemed ideal for me, since I work in retail and am on my feet 8-10 hours a day. After arriving, I was disappointed at how narrow these shoes were. Over the course of a week the shoes hurt my pinky toes, as the inner strap buttons rubbed against my arches, causing a lot of discomfort.
I own several pairs of Croc styles which I love, but the Alice are meant for narrow feet.

Not happy with this at all! I wanted a work shoe which was cute and yes they are, but working in hospo I'm on my feet for 10 has plus a day and my feet and ankles ache after every shift! The ball of the foot is too narrow giving no ankle support. Such a pity that my $10 ballet flats from big W are much more comfortable! I suggest try before you buy.

These shoes unfortunately really hurt my feet, mostly my toes. I bought them to wear for my job as a back waiter at a bar, because I'm on my feet all day and wanted something that gave me support but was relatively cute. The shoes fit fine, though maybe just slightly large and a little wide, (which is actual ideal when your on your feet a lot) but once I was walking around in them there was nothing I could do to keep my feet from shoving forward into the front of the shoe, subsequently crushing my toes. The nail on one of my toes actually started turning black after a couple of days of this and I had to stop wearing the shoes altogether. It's also difficult to find socks to wear with them that don't show because the toe part is so small. The strap is placed awkwardly, and the shoe itself is so shallow it doesn't really give much support. The only good part about it is the thick, squishy heel which did help prevent my ankles from swelling. Overall though, these are plastic shoes, cheaply made and clumsy, and slightly ridiculous looking.

I used to love these shoes! I've owned three pairs and have worn them all down to the nubs. I'm a 7 1/2 and have always fit the 8 well, so I ordered a replacement recently. They don't fit! They are too large and only the strap is holding them on to my feet. Odd thing is I compared them to the older version and they have the same footprint. Something changed in the mold for my foot just to swim in them. Additionally, the sides in the curve in more sharply and rubbed up against my ankle. I then ordered the 7, thinking those will now fit based on the new molds. They do stay on my foot, but my toes touch the front and I can feel the buttons that hold the straps on. I'm so disappointed that I will have to return both pairs.
