I normally wear an 8.5, which is an 8 in Crocs.. I ordered these in size 8 , and they were too long and too wide. The strap didn't even touch the top of my foot. I'm sending these back, but hesitant to order the next size down.

Love the shoe , but reading the reviews I thought they would run larger. I usually wear a 10 1/2 so I ordered an 11 thinking I would have "plenty" of room even with socks on. Wrong ! I did fit my wider foot, but my toes were up to the top with no room to move them. Very disappointed since it seems like everyone else who wrote a review had to order down a size. Very confusing to say the least so these are going right back. Ordering online is hard enough, I wish we could return for no cost also.

I bought these to wear at my job (office). I love the look of them and the left shoe is perfect. However, the toe ridge on the right shoe is very uncomfortable. Not sure why the left fits so well and the right side feels so much different. Maybe they'll even out a bit after some wear. But, these won't be the go-to shoe I thought they would be.

While I really liked the appearance of this shoe, I found that the no-slip tread did not work in my restaurant. My guess is that the shoe was slip resistant, but not oil resistant. I can't speak to the comfort or durability of the shoe, because I only wore them for one shift.

I bought these shoes for my first serving job as a waitress at a fine dining restaurant. The kitchen was located downstairs so the servers were required to carry trays of food up and down the stairs several times each night. The reason this is significant is because the Alice Work shoe was my first pair of crocs (I've always thought they were kind of ugly, being in my early twenties, that matters to me) and I loved the look of them, but for the first month or so I could barely walk when I got home from work each night. I'll attribute some of my pain to adjusting to being on my feet all day, but I'm a college student at WKU so I walk up and down that massive hill several times a day... I developed some pretty horrific blisters in that first month on my heels and the top of my foot where the strap meets the side of the shoe. After suffering through the rather long break in period, the shoe stretched out some (and I developed tougher skin) and I broke down and bought some Dr. Scholl's inserts. In the summer I stopped wearing socks with the shoes and they began to smell, despite washing them out several times... so I decided to try the dishwasher... they shrunk! So, after shopping around, I'm back at the crocs website buying another pair of Alice Works. They must have done something right.

The shoes are cute but too wide. I wish the strap was adjustable. I am going to have to buy a shoe insert to make them fit me.

Didn't have a chance to wear the shoe, this shoe runs big. I read the reviews and some said they were perfect size, and some said they ran big. They ran big on me. I sent them back and order a smaller size.

I usually wear a solid 9 1/2 to 10 in most brands. after reading the reviews and my past croc purchases, i got a size 10 thinking i would be able to fudge it. however, the shoes were so long, if i curled my toes my foot came right out the shoe. i returned them and did not exchange for a smaller size, because the strap was already a little too snug on my admittedly sky-high instep. it's ok, though, i exchanged for the Kadee style, and the closed back with cut outs work much better in my restaurant job.

I ordered the shoes to wear to work at a hospital and loved the comfort of the shoes, but the toe is very short and showed "toe-cleavage" which I find very unattractive. I don't believe I have longer than average toes, but the toe of the shoe was just too small for me. Great online return set-up and I ended up ordering another pair of Crocs that cover my toes.

I have wide feet and they fit fine in that direction but my heels slipped out with every step. I had to return them.

Okay so I saw these shoes and thought they would be great for work. I have worked in kitchens and currently work in catering so I need the Non-slip shoe. I normally wear the crocs Bistro since I like the clog/slip on, when I saw these! Thought they would be perfect! The only issue I ran into was they ran big. I normally wear a 10 size shoe in womens which is what I usually wear in the Bistro. When I got these they were a little big and definitely would slide off. Thought about getting the smaller size, but ordering another pair and then returning was not ideal. If you decide to get these I would choose a size smaller than your normal shoe size. Otherwise still LOVE CROCS!!!

Brought a size 9 and they are to big. This is my third order where the shoes didn't fit. I'll wind up giving them to someone who they fit because it costs to much to send them back everytime. I really wanted these for work, since I work in a kitchen and am on my feet all day. Do I order a smaller size????

i could not work 8 hours while wearing this shoe and still keep my friends...because it has no holes your feet sweat,really bad....it is a good comfort shoe but it tears my socks up due to the little comfort things on the inside...so i would recomend you only wear them with a few pairs so you dont ruin them all!!!!!

Can't find any socks to wear with them that don't show. Run a little big. Not a 12hr comfort shoe.

Do yourself a favor and go one size down. I wear 7 in all other crocs (mary jane, malindi, beach), these fell off my feet. I had to ship internationally (pay for shipping/packaging) to return them. Luckily, Crocs does give you 5 off next purchase. I hope the 6 fits. I am ratimg this a 3 for now since I don't know if the 6 will fit.

I work in a restaurant and the tread on these is perfect for slippery floor situations. The drawbacks are not enough arch support. Also the part above the toe is very low and my foot flipped out of my shoe in the middle of the dining room.

Although this is labeled as a work shoe, as a person that's on the move for 8 hrs a day; I find there's not enough arch support and your feet get sweaty because the material doesn't breathe. If there were a couple of air flow holes around the toe of the shoe it would be much better. It also needs firmer arch support. i got blisters the first few times i wore it.

This specific shoe is great for the work environment. It's practical and fashionable! My experience however, has not been the best for the most part. It's downfall is that this is not a shoe that you can stand in for many hours. I stand for most of my day at work and my feet still hurt after an eight hour shift. On the other hand it is super comfortable to walk around in!! I would recommend this shoe to someone who walks or sits at a desk for a living.

Ordered a similar pair a few months ago size 8 and they fit perfectly. This pair I ordered a size 8 and they were huge. Very disappointing as I wanted them for a special occasion

These are comfortable to wear for a short period. However they have no holes for your feet to breathe and that is a must.

shoe does not come in half sizes so unfortunately the fit was uncomfortable. The bottom of the arch insole does not fit in the correct places. However the return process was very simple and easy, customer service was very helpful.

I only wore these a few dozen times, and the heel fell off!

Not true to size

I was so excited to get these for my serving job!! So cute and matched my skirt that I wear. But, unfortunately, I could barely make it through the day. My feet hurt soooooo bad!! And they made my feet so sweaty, the insides became slippery (kind of counter productive) unfortunately, I don't think I'll be wearing them much... if ever.

So disappointed that you changed the material. They aren't nearly as comfortable as they were.
