Cute shoe but not slip resistant. Had a hard time not falling down when the floor was wet so disappointed I got them.

They look great, but the material is awfully uncomfortable. My feet were incredibly sweaty and squishing and sliding all around inside them. By the end of the day I couldn't stand to wear them another second!

I really liked the look of these shoes, and loved how stable and sturdy they felt. The price is great! They even looked great with tights and a casual/semi-dressy skirt. Sadly, they didn't work for me. I'm typically an 8 or 8.5, and the 8 seemed like almost the right size length-wise. But I have a skinnier foot than these were designed for... i don't mean narrow, it's that my foot just doesn't take up enough space in the shoe from top to bottom. They didn't stay on my foot, even with some cute socks. Also, toe cleavage. Ick.

I get compliments on these, so they are very cute as far as slip resistant shoes go. However, I slip more in these than any other slip resistant shoe I have ever had. Also, I would not recommend them for wear longer than 4-5 hours. I am a restaurant manager for over 10 years and I do not suggest these to anyone.

The totally molded shoe made it too large and the interior felt like walking on large grains of sand. Nice looking, though, so too bad.

Cute design, but they run big. Also, they are made of plastic so feet can't "breathe". The insteps have little bumps, probably meant to massage the foot, but they hurt after wearing for any lenghth of time. I will use these shoes to run out to get the mail, but not much else. Disappointed.

I got these to replace my old crocs. I am a 7W. These fit like a normal size 7. The fit was uncomfortable because it ran a little narrow. The buttons on the side pressed in so I ended up with a blister. I went to the store and the 8 was too big all around. 2 stars because it is durable and the supports for my heals.

I like the way these shoes look, and I absolutely love how they are washable. No stinky insoles, ever! But, they do not breathe at all. After a couple of hours of wearing them they start to squeak as I walk because of the moisture trapped in there. And too much moisture in a shoe is not good at all. I have to wear them with inserts (that need replacing every month or so) and that is a real pain, because constant upkeep is required just to use these shoes.

I bought this pair two weeks ago and immediately loved them. However, as the day wore on I developed sore toes. I miss my old Mary Janes. These were not comfortable for all day wear.

I would have loved these shoes but they were designed for extremely wide feet. My fairly narrow feet were swimming in a size 9, and I am normally a 9½. The little nubs on the bottom might massage some feet and poke others. I am not even going to try a smaller size because of the hobbit-like width issue.

I had high hopes for these and thought they were really cute. But after 20 minutes, the button on the inside of the shoe where the strap is attached started rubbing my skin raw. I added some moleskin padding but it didn't help. The outside edges of the shoe also tore the skin off my feet after a couple of hours. I still think the style is cute but not cute enough to justify covering my feet with band-aids every time I want to wear them!

I ordered these shoes because a friend told me Crocs would be the best shoes for me, as I am a hostess and I am always on my feet. I chose the Alice Works because they are stylish and look like dress shoes, and they were supposedly slip-resistant, so that I could walk through the kitchen without falling. This is false. I almost fell in the kitchen today at work, they slide around more than my normal flats do. Also, they're not that comfortable, my feet were very sore after only 4 hours of wear. Would not recommend.

I purchased a pair of these for work after reading how comfortable they were. I tried them on and noticed they ran a little on the large side, but more notably I noticed how the button rubbed on the inside of my right foot-- and I also noticed that the button location didn't match up to the other shoe that felt comfortable. Customer service took care of me quickly and sent me another pair--- AND has the SAME problem! I'm thinking of exchanging them for the adrianna II flat- which IS super comfy!

I love how they look.. love how they feel, but I won't be sneaking up on anyone while wearing them! They are very squeaky! I have other croc flats that don't squeak will be reordering more of those!

I adore the look of my Alice work crocs - professional and sleek, but fun and enduring! I own a pair in black and espresso and wore them practically every day during the summer. But there's a problem. A pretty big problem, actually. After wearing them for anything more strenuous than a jaunt to my car, the shoes rub so severely on my heel, side of my foot, and tops of toes that my feet bleed. I've tried band-aids, socks, patches, etc. but still: The shoes break my skin! I love the Alice crocs, but cannot understand how they can be for "work" if they can't withstand a days wear. Anyone else have this issue?

I wear a 9.5 and was advised to order down. The shoe was way too wide and way too short. I was disappointed because I really liked the look and feel.

I ordered these great-looking shoes, having several different styles of Crocs, all in size 8. They were huge, at least what I'd call a 9 but maybe a 1/2 size bigger than that. I'm surprised that the reviews said that the shoes run true to size. Disappointed to have to return them

Unfortunately, I don't buy Crocs to get a regular shoe. I buy them to get the extra toe room and the comfort. This didn't have the extra toe room and wasn't as pretty as a regular shoe that I would get in a shoe store. Had to return them.

I love Crocs! I have about 7 pairs for things other than work. I ordered Alice specifically for working in a restaurant because I wanted cute shoes, and the ones I had ordered at a competitor didn't work out. Not only did these shoes run large (although not as large as the competitor ones I returned), they were the slipperiest shoes I ever wore to work. I stood with my feet apart in the kitchen and my Alices started pulling me into the splits! This is quite a concern considering they are supposed to be slip-resistant. It pains me to rate these so low, but the comfort factor does not outweigh the potential danger in wearing them to work. Now I have to debate returning these too. Booooooooo...

Since there are not 1/2 sizes, I got the same size that I have in a regular croc. This shoe runs large, the heel slips. Also, it is much more narrow than regular crocs. After having these on my feet all day - I was disappointed -- my feet hurt because of the narrowness. I haven't been able to talk myself back into them after the first day.

Cute but tight in the toes when worn a long time. A little too form fitting for the material, and I have average width feet for a size 5.

I recently had to start wearing slip-resistant shoes to work. I've worn several kinds of Crocs' dressier shoes with great success and comfort. I've always gotten a size 11, but these were WAY too big. The 10 is just a titch too small, but I stuck with it out of desperation. It smashes my toes and is quite uncomfortable by the end of the day. The toe box is also about 1/4" too short to wear even the "hidden" sock liners, so you get unsightly toe cleavage. Because I stuck it out, I'm now out quite a bit of money on the black and brown that I purchased. It's a shame because these are really my only Crocs option for non-slip.

I was so excited when I received my shoes so quickly, however, they run big. I measured to a size 11 which is what I bought. When I put on the shoe they are too loose and I would have to wear thick socks with them to properly fit. The problem is that the size 10 are too small. I wish they had half sizes.

These swam on my feet. They also didn't cover my toes and I prefer more coverage. Didn't find out how comfortable they might be because I knew instantly that they weren't for me.

The strap is too large, I have to wear cotton socks with these shoes to keep them from sliding around too much. also they would slip off my heel if I didn't wear cotton socks. No Nylon or synthetic trouser socks for this shoe. Also, not much arch support. Overall, I'm not in love with this shoe. I bought them as a more comfortable shoe with pants, not jeans, but I wish I didn't.
