I love this boot! It's the MOST comfortable boot I have EVER purchased! The boot is stylish and beautiful. You can't go wrong with this boot.

Just got these boots from Zappos today, and I love them! They look exactly how I thought they would. I have wide feet and wide calves, so it is a pain in the butt for me to find riding boots! I have been searching forever...as a matter of fact, I have a pair that is being sent back to Zappos (but not these!). The only critical thing I have to say about them is, as I mentioned I have wide calves, so they were a challenge to zip up. Took me forever. I have band-aids on both of my index fingers now (ladies you know how that goes). I seriously spent 2 hours zipping them up...not kidding. But I loved them, and I was determined to keep them! It paid off...they are on my feet as I type this and they are zipped! I have read in other reviews that they are easier to get up once they get zipped up the first time...so that is what I am hoping for! Other than that, they are super comfortable...I ordered a half size up based on the reviews, and that seems to be the way to go!

While this is a beautiful and high quality shoe, I could not get my regular size on and the calf was too small. I was sorry to send this back.

I've been looking for black boots for weeks...had to have these but was hesitant because so many reviews said the shaft was narrow and I have "athletic" calves and wide feet. Since Zappos makes returns so easy, thought I'd give them a try...glad I did...they are gorgeous and comfortable! I ordered my size in a wide and the fit is perfect. They look great with skinny jeans, tights and skirts, very versatile boot. Highly recommend!

These boots are great! I bought a 8 D and they fit. The shaft is not too narrow. I can tuck my jeans in them. I have a AA heel so I appreciated that the buckle across the front is workable. I was disappointed that one end of the buckle has elastic. I also needed to add a few holes to the strap to make it snugger but it works.

Just received these boots in brown. Exactly what I've been searching for! The perfect combination of rugged and stylish. The suede portion of the upper is just a bit slouchy-looks nice while on, but I will keep the cardboard inserts to keep their shape when I'm not wearing them. I normally wear an 8 1/2-9. The 9 was SO comfortable right out of the box with a somewhat thick sock. The real challenge was finding a boot that did not drown my 14" calves. These fit the bill-the smallest adjustment in the shaft would even be a bit tight. I think they will be very versatile-with jeans (tucked in or boot leg) or skirts. The lug sole definitely a plus! I've researched many other brands and styles and am so happy with this purchase!

Love these boots. Every time I wear them I get compliments. I ordered the cognac color. I am between a 7.5 and a 8 and I ordered the 8 and they feel great!

I ordered these boots a half size bigger based on other reviews and that gives me room to wear socks. I love the look and feel of these boots, they are quite comfortable after an all day wear. The only problem is they are a bit tight on my calves, even though I ordered a wide width...but I feel they will stretch out a bit after several wears. Overall I am well pleased with them, and received many compliments on their look.

Love these boots! I have 15.5" calves and was worried about the fit. They were a little snug at first, but the leather has stretched a bit from wear and they are perfect. I couldn't bear to return them and am glad I didn't. These are beautiful boots, with excellent detail, and very well made. I can wear them all day and they are very comfortable and support my feet.

I love this pair of boots. Since I have a very narrow foot it is difficult to find boots that fit. With socks these are pretty comfortable and small enough through the leg. They look great. Due to a high arch I added supports.

I love these boots. They are so comfortable, stylish and functional. I love boots that not only look good, but feel good. I tend to walk a lot and need boots that will provide comfort for hours of being on my feet or walking. These fill the need. They look super cute, too.

This was my first ever order and I absolutely LOVE my boots and ZAPPOS.com I ordered my boots and I ordered the wrong size. I called zappos.com and asked to exchange them. I sent my boots back free the next day and by that same afternoon my new size boots arrived. Only way their service could be any better is if they lived upstairs in my house and carried them down to me. Awesome customer service!!! You made me a believer!

I love these boots. I've had them for a couple months and I can't get enough of them. I wish I ordered a half size smaller, but they still fit with thick socks. I may get the black ones next.

I really like these boots. I originally purchased the dark brown but they are very dark and as such don't look too different from an older pair of black boots I own. So I exchanged them for the lighter brown and am quite happy with them. I was a little concerned after the first time I wore them about their comfort but by the second wearing they were quite comfortable and my feet did not hurt after wearing them for hours. I have gotten compliments on them twice so far and I have only worn them a handful of times.

I love these boots and you can actually walk in them all day. What a beautiful rich brown color they are. The inside lining is cute too.

Love these boots. But should have heeded other reviewers. I order my regular size 9M and after wearing them for several hours in the house, I realized they would never be comfortable (on my bigger foot). I am returning them for a 9.5. I like that they have narrow calves.

Great style, nice thick suede. The leather is pretty stiff and the boot is narrow, but so comfortable and stylish. Worth every cent.

These are my most favorite boots ever! I am 5'10", and most knee-high boots are more like mid-shin boots on me, which means the shape of the shaft doesn't hit in the right places. These boots are a bit taller than most, and hit me perfectly. I wear them over jeans & leggings with no problem. If you are on the fence about these -- go for it! You won't be disappointed. But, if for some reason you are, Zappos has a fantastic return policy & customer service!

Bought the brown pair over a year ago and love them, so I had to buy the black. I've never bought the same shoe in different colors!

I have had these for three years now and they are my favorite boots ever! I constantly receive compliments as well every time I wear them. They are so comfortable I wear them on days where lots of waking is required and just as comfortable. I wear a 7½ and ordered my true size. I have athletic calves these fit with my skinny jeans! I have the light brown color which is very versatile and looks sharp. Three years later they still look brand new I buff mink oil each season to ensure they survive rain or snow. Buy them, you will not be disappointed! They are practical and fashionable.

The picture does not do these boots justice. They are so cute! They are also extremely comfortable. The earlier reviews were very helpful in mentioning that they run pretty narrow. I got the wide and am so glad I did. They're perfect. I've finally found my brown boots!! Thank you Zappos for your amazing customer service.

Love these boots and I get compliments each time I wear them! I have a wide foot, so my compliments to Timberland for making this boot in a wide. Girls with wide feet love fashion too! Having a wide foot does not mean a wide body or lacking fashion sense. I especially love the fact that circumference of the boot is normal-sized and not super-sized. I'm a huge Zappos fan! Their service and selection is second to none. This is not my first pair of Timberland boots and most likely won't be my last.
