Great fit. I need a shoe with a wide toe box and good support and this fit great. True to size. Very comfortable right out of the box which I rarely find. Fit is snug enough to stay on but not with enough room to wiggle. Lining is fuzzy and warm perfect for winter days.

This shoe is comfy and warm, but it seems to run large. I have the suede version in the same size and it is smaller. If the shoe came in half sizes, would have returned and gotten a half size smaller. The style doesn't lend itself to looking great, especially in size 11, but I ordered it for warmth. I am happy with the shoes.

These shoes are so wonderfully comfortable! I was a little concerned that there was no wide width available, but the many positive reviews convinced me to give these a try. I'm very glad I did. Great soft lining and enough of a heel at the back to keep my foot in place comfortably.

I love this style. I had a pair of blue ones years ago and I wore them down so much I had to throw them away. Ordered my usual size 10 and they are too big! They will have to go back but I will try them in a 9.5 and a different color (Cinnamon).

These are my go to fall/winter casual shoes. Very warm and comfy, easy on off. I have in brown and black. Both mine are suede though, and they hold up pretty well to salt/water.

I have narrow feet. I ordered two different pairs of Merrell shoes. The others were sloppy wide, but these are very comfortable. I think the fur fills in the gaps. I think if you had a medium foot these would also fit, the fur would just be squashed more. I wish it were winter, because they are pretty hot, but I will really enjoy them when it is cold out.

Great shoe comfortable, but the insole didn't last long at all - couple months had to take it out and buy one. The outside wore quickly also. I love Merrells and will keep buying them. I wear 11 1/2 and the size 11 fits just right so that is a plus also.

I wanted a slip on that was comfortable, supportive, fit well and in all black. I got that. My only disappointment is that it is clunky/chunky. I wear ladies size 11, so they are not very flattering on my feet.

I find that Merrells are consistently a half size smaller than my regular dress shoe size. I'm a 7.5 and the size 8 always fits me perfectly. The same is true with the Encore Ice. It doesn't have any arch support, but I can easily fit my Sole athletic insoles in them. The shoe has a fleecy liner that is easily removed if you want to replace it like I did to create arch support. The one thing I don't care for is how low the back heel of the shoe is. I wish they would make it a bit higher. My heel does not slip out, but it doesn't feel very secure either.

I thought this was the house shoe that beats them all, but after 2 hours, it didn't turn out that way. Now too stiff for home use. Great shoe though. I'll keep looking.

These are very comfy and soft, however I found that the toe area bothered my arthritis, so I am returning them. Also my heels slipped out easily. I really wanted them to work.

This shoe is comfortable and warm. The only issue I have is the picture looked more brown, and the shoe is actually more dark gray. Still goes great with jeans. I will buy more colors in this style!

I've had these shoes for about a month and a half. I got them in the incense/otter color which is a light tan. They are comfortable and keep your feet warm but I would strongly suggest putting some type of suede protector on before you wear them to make them easier to clean. Getting them wet has not been a problem, they dry on their own without any issues (however, I live in a Southern climate where it doesn't snow a lot so I don't know how well they might hold up to snow). The problem I've had is with getting even minor stains on the top of the shoes that are almost impossible to remove. The light color makes it even worse because every stain shows up in dark contrast to the very light smooth suede even more. These shoes are not weathered looking so you can't hide a very obvious spot right on the top. The incense color is pretty but maybe getting a darker color would show fewer stains. While making dinner one night, a single drop of oil from a salad dressing bottle fell on the toe of my shoe. I have tried to remove the stain with everything you can possibly imagine but nothing has helped. So, I now have a kind of pricey pair of shoes that while they are comfy, I can no longer wear them outside the house because of the horrible stain, not exactly what I was hoping for after owning them for such a short time. I was so excited to get these shoes and now I am extremely sorry I didn't realize how easily they would stain because I would not have ordered such a light color and I definitely would have put a protectant on them ahead of time. I hope other potential buyers read this and take my advice so you don't end up wasting your money like I did.

I love this shoe. The toe area is a bit large even with heavy socks. But comfortable, warm, and stylish. I believe the site suggests buying the next size up, but I had to return them for my regular size. I wear them all the time.

The Merrell Encore Ice is so comfortable. It is like wearing slippers. I wear an 8 wide and this shoe fit perfect in an 8 Med. It is a great shoe for running errands and walking long distances.

I bought these after my other 10 year old Merrell's finally bit the dust. I was looking for something quick to slip on for running to the bus stop or walking the dog in slush or mud, but that would keep my feet warm. These work perfectly. They are pretty big and cloddy, not very stylish, but who needs to look cute dog walking? Anyway, they are very comfortable, toasty warm, don't even need socks with them in the coldest of temps, and have decent traction on slushy sidewalks. Fit perfectly, and Yay for rare size 10.5. I think I've worn them every morning since they got here. Keepers. Could Zappos be any faster? Amazing.

Just received these shoes today and was immediately impressed with the overall look and the quality. They are just what I was looking for, as I have finally faced the fact that Crocs are NOT good for wading through puddles, or that comforting for my feet on cold Winter days. These were immediately comfortable, and the fur is cozy, but as I have worn them around the house for the past couple of hours, I have increasingly felt like they are a bit too snug. I know that sometimes with fur-lined shoes they get slightly looser as you wear them, but I'm not sure how much that will happen, so I'm kind of on the fence, and wishing that they came in a wide width. I also feel like they are a little shorter than what I expected. So, I ordered them in the next size up, and will see what happens. Bottom line...nice shoes, but not sure about the sizing.

These are cozy and delightfully comfortable shoes. They are great for walking my dogs, shopping and gardening. They are not gorgeous but pretty is as pretty does!

These shoes are very comfortable, warm and durable, with some moisture and dirt shedding properties. But you won't be making a fashion statement with them!

I love these shoes! I actually bought them for slippers since I have plantar fascia. In the house or out, these are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Warm, cushy, supportive and sturdy.

I'm a Merrell fan and these are my favorite. I take a 1/2 size down because my feet are narrow and this way my heel doesn't wobble. I love to wear them without socks and my feet are perfectly warm. I tend to stick with the black or brown, but wanted a change with the India blue color. I think the dyes aren't so great and let's face it, these aren't the most glamorous shoes, so why draw more attention to them. Great for general comfort, walking the dig, etc. But a little too stiff to repeatedly walk quickly or run across the street if you have back issues.

This is a nice looking comfortable clog. I gave it 4 stars because it seems less comfortable in the heel than my old pair.

Purchased these to replace a very old pair of the same shoe. They are pretty bulky and I think they changed the design slightly. They also seem to run large. I prefer the old style better but they are very cozy and easy as the are a slip on.

I love Merrell's Ice and own 2 pairs, but the black ones I just bought fit a little snugger than the gray, have a different kind of fur in them,and are just not as roomy. I prefer the gray or the brown

This is the second time I've return these shoes. The first time they were scratched and defective, like someone had worn them a while. This time, I received a size 6.5 and a size 8. I love these shoes and would like to get a true pari. Where? Ridiculous. I used to love Zappos, but where has the customer service gone? Sad.
