These shoes fit perfectly. They are comfortable right out of the box. They're warm and the fleecy lining is soft and cushy. I'm on my feet all day as a massage therapist and after wearing them for a week, I have no regrets about my purchase. I will be curious to see how the padding holds up after many more weeks of wear. I've always had good luck with Merrell.

I am a MN nurse who visits clients in their homes throughout the work day. When I enter people's homes I need to remove my shoes and then put them back on when I leave. The shoes need to be user-friendly; no messing with laces or balancing on one foot to put on or take off. Plus, they need to be warm; it's cold in MN! I bought these in size 7, my true shoe size. I was skeptical at first because they fit snugly, but I wore them around the house the first day. By the end of the day I did not want to take them off, they were so comfortable. Nevertheless, I ordered a size 7.5 just to be sure. The comparison was obvious--the 7 was PERFECT. I returned the 7.5 with no hassle. These shoes fit my feet like a glove, they are warm, they are stylish when wearing with pants, and they are extremely good quality. I love them. I like the ambiance of the company too, and the way they communicate. This is the first pair of shoes I have ever bought online, and the first pair I have ever paid $120 for. Zappos is my go-to shoe place now (in fact, I just ordered a pair of boots...). I will miss these shoes when the weather warms up.

I purchased these Merrills to take with me on a recent trip to Colorado knowing I would be on my feet quite a bit. I have a hip situation that may require surgery and wanted something that would be comfortable, supportive and easy to get on and off. These fit he bill. I wear a size 9, ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly. A tiny bit snug initially due to the fleece lining, but that settles down almost immediately. I wear a light-weight sock with them.

I am so, so very pleased with my purchase of the very comfy and cozy Encore Ice. I have had another pair of Merrell shoes, and have had them for 6 years and still I do wear them all the time and they are as comfy as the day I bought them. The Encore Ice are without a doubt the most comfortable, ready to wear shoes (no break in period) that I have ever worn. I have such problem feet and these are a dream come true. I live where it snows and so I really love the Sherpa lining, not too hot, just right. The look is so cute, a black, true black suede that I think is amazingly stylish with jeans or everyday pants. I have over the years ordered many shoes from Zappos and I have never been disappointed. Returns ( I've had a couple due to my feet, not the shoe, just being the right shoe for me) and I must say, returns are as easy as taking them to your closest UPS with a free shipping return label and the process is fast. Can anyone answer a question? The light grey, purple and dark brown version of this show includes the following language in the product description: "Real fur from sheep or lamb. Artificially dyed and treated. Fur origin: China. This product contains a combination of real fur (60%) and faux fur (40%)." This shoe just says: "Sheepskin lining offers warmth and comfort to keep your toes cozy. Wool fleece footbed with EVA midsole provides extra cushioning." Wondering if the stone and black colors have 100% "real fur from sheep or lamb?" although that language is not included in the product description. Does anyone know? Thanks, I want to purchase whichever one has 100% real sheepskin, not faux "fur" in any part of it.

Merrell clogs are great shoes. They are comfortable and hold up well. I have several pairs. These are especially nice for winter as they have a nice cozy lining. They are asking about the style, well they're not sexy but they do feel great.

Shoes that are comfortable and I can use my 3/4 length orthotic in. I returned the Merrell Jungle Moc because the top put pressure on my foot; the stretch center on the top of these does not. These do keep your feet warm - I had to wear them with socks in 80 degree New Orleans weather (due to a luggage malfunction) - but they are easy to slip on and off. These look professional and I will be ordering more!

Fussy Princess feet like mine adore these warm, soft, cuddly shoes. As comfy as slippers! Shearling lining is warm but because it breathes it never make the feet sticky. Great support as well. I hope they always make these shoes!

This is my third pair of Merrell Encores. I love these shoes--very comfortable--great to just slip on to run outside for the paper, but also great for long walks. Good traction on snow and ice and they keep my feet nice and warm. I highly recommend them. Love the navy color too--goes very well with jeans.

I love these shoes! I had my Right Ankle fused a few years ago and need comfortable shoes. These are it. Wonderful shoes!

I have been wearing these shoes for a couple of weeks. They are very comfortable and warm. Right out of the box, they are great.

So, comfortable, and very, very warm. Great for walking the dog on cold mornings. My feet tend to get really cold and I was the only one who didn't have frozen toes.

I love these shoes. I tried to buy low-cost casual shoes, but I've got bad knees. These are wonderful. They are comfy on my feet and great for me knees. I never wear socks and these keep my feet toasty. They are comfy like slippers but also super supportive. I really love them.

My feet bother me sometimes. So, that is why I like this shoe. Feels like more support for my feet and body. Not especially pretty to look at. Really good for in and out of yoga class. Comfortable for walking around neighborhood. I find myself wanting to wear these, mostly because they make my feet good.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in a while. They have a lot of support and stay on my feet easily. Sometimes clog type shoes slip off with the way I walk, but these do not. I love them!

These shoes have been perfect for me this winter. They keep my feet nice and toasty and they are great walkers. I'm so glad that I have them.

I have a pair of these that I bought in the fall of 2011, bug brown smooth. The style is slightly different, having a straight stitching line across the top but otherwise they look like the same shoes. I absolutely these shoes. I wear them without socks most of the time and they are toasty in our frigid winters here. They still look brand new. The lining got dirty so I took out the bottom liner and washed it even though it did not say you could. They dried great and they felt like new again. I love Merrells, I have Merrell hiking boots, and four pairs of sandals, too.

I love this shoe! It fits great and doesn't press on my bunions. I will be getting more colors!

These shoes are awesome: perfect fit, comfortable, warm and cozy. Now how I decide to get this pair was first my daughter got them, then she bought a pair for her daughter, and then of course I had to join the group. Same shoe and same color, too. This is my first introduction to Zappos, and I'm so impressed!

I love these shoes! They are easy to slip on and off at the door when coming and going in messy winter weather. They're cozy and have great arch support. They're not great when used for extensive walking but otherwise fabulous.

Fabulous pair of shoes. I wear a 9 and the 9 is a perfect fit. Warm and ultra comfy. These have set the bar for the shoes I buy.
