These shoes are amazing. So warm and comfortable. Easy to walk in as in they stay on my feet nicely. They are my first pair of mules and I see more in my future.

They have been good for two winters. Warm and very comfortable, the only recommendation I would have for Merrell is to reduce the weight of the shoe a bit. But this is a lifetime shoe, comfortable and warm.

I love these shoes. They are plenty warm and great for walking. I need to add bit of an arch support due to an injury. These shoes accommodated the arch support only. They were too snug to fit a full orthotic in them.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. No breaking in, comfortable from the first wear, and they provide great support.

Excellent shoe, I have very flat feet; I added my insert & the fit is good. I got a 1/2 size larger for the insert. You guys at Zappos are wonderful.

These shoes are so fabulous! I gave them to my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. Then, I tried them on and ordered a second pair for myself. They are great to wear around: in the house, outdoors, on errands, any casual use. Soft and warm inside, too.

Great shoes! Great fit, well made, very comfortable for long walks. They look good too.

Be sure they fit snugly with a medium sock. Don't be fooled by the padding. I wear a 7.5 and they are perfect. Great traction in snow. Love them!

After foot surgery I was unable to put on a closed in shoe (tennis shoe) so I needed something I could slide into easily that provided good all around support (ankle to toes). I never liked cloggys before but right out of the box they felt wonderful on my still healing foot! They look best with jeans however I wear them with slacks and long skirts to work. I love my Dansko flip flops but these are now #1 for me. :) Love these shoes!

These clogs are terrific. I have Raynaud's disease and need to keep my feet warm and dry (not sweaty) and these are wonderful. The lining is soft and plush. My foot measures 23 cm and I bought a 6 1/2, which fits perfectly.I am a B width and need to wear them with thin to medium socks, which is okay since the shoes keep my feet so warm. The sole has excellent grip. I highly recommend them.

Just ordered my third pair. The most comfortable shoes money can buy. Highly recommend.

This is a replacement for a similar style in another brand. I use these as my slippers and they are great. They keep my feet cushioned, warm and dry when going out for the morning paper. At the end of the day, I love to slip these on. They feel wonderful on my feet. I am a size 8, B width with a narrow heel. These fit my foot perfectly and the taupe color goes with everything.

I was looking for a shoe that was easy to put on but that kept my feet warm in our cool winters, this fits the bill! I have four pairs now! They are durable, easy, warm, excellent traction. I could not ask for more.

I have bought at least one pair of these shoes every year since they were born. The absolute most comfortable shoes you can buy!

I lived in these last winter, and have bought several pair. Very comfortable, good support, warm and cozy. Wish they still came in the non-shiny leather option. One word of warning, the dye in the black shearling lining is not colorfast and will transfer to socks and bare feet.

Such a beautiful shoe -- sumptuous color and texture! Felt nice on my foot -- cozy and warm, but the sides rubbed against my ankles and I could tell that would not improve. I was also not sure about the shoe having that much Q-form support, since it is all lined with shearling.

I returned these because, even though they were really comfortable, they made my feet look huge. I wear a size 10.5 anyway, but for some reason they just made me look like I was wearing clown shoes.

Most comfy shoe, but not holding up at all. I love wearing this shoe, and it feels great, but the fleece along the edges started to wear off and flat out fall off after only a month. I had been wearing them out in public and even to my office but now they are only for at home use because they look very worn in only a short time. While I will continue to wear them for the dog walk, I am very disappointed in the quality, especially for the price.

I love the way these feel. However, they leave my feet black after wearing them for a few hours. I suspect there's a problem with the black dye used in the inside fabric.

Just not comfortable. Within 10 minutes my feet hurt as though I've been on them all day. Given all the great reviews I tried wearing them around the house again to same result. They force my feet to pronate, putting pressure on my knees and are simply uncomfortable -- I've never experienced anything like it. They're going back. I'm so disappointed.

The Merrell Encore Ice is one of my all-time favorite shoes, ever. The most comfortable, warm, useful shoe; indoor and outdoor versatility. These are better than Uggs- those have no arch support, and I need some which these have, along with a very supportive footbed and solid, comfortable outsole and traction. While I'm usually a size 7M shoe, my size in the Ice is 7.5M...I recommend you size up by 1/2 as the wonderful, warm, and soft shearling in these is amply thick. And now, a little over 2 years of regular use has thinned that shearling a bit, though they are still the right size. I'm beyond delighted to see these available again- thank you! I searched for a 2nd pair within a month of buying my first pair in stone (Love!), and they were sold out everywhere for months and over the last 2 years whenever I checked. And now on sale too? Christmas in February- definitely getting another pair! I can't recommend these highly enough....get at least one pair! These are my indoor slippers, walking around shoes, that I can also step outside in.....must have!

On my second pair. First pair lasted years. I can walk for miles in these--and frequently do in winter. Soles are soft and grippy and heel height keeps your feet dry in slushy conditions.

I absolutely love these shoes! Easy on, easy off. They accommodate my orthotics if I feel like wearing them. Comfortable as slippers but I can wear them anywhere. I plan to get them in more colors!

I have worn this shoe for years, but in the past had to add 2 inserts plus my orthotics to make them stay on my narrow flat foot. These fit perfectly with just the addition of my orthotics. They are cozy and warm. May not be the most fashionable, they are a bit clunky, but I love them! Will buy a different color now to replace another old pair.
