This is the second pair of these comfy, fuzzy, warm shoes I've had. The first pair were "Encore Chill". This pair is the new model "Encore Ice", with slightly less heel height, which I like. Wonderful without socks, another first for me!

Love the shoes, love Zappos. Shoes are warm with no socks and rugged enough walking on snow.

This is my third pair of Merrell clogs, my first with the fleece lining. I love them--soft and warm and yet stylish in their nice glowing leather. They are very comfortable shoes. And I love ordering from Zappos with their great no postage and return policy.

Love these. Just got my second pair, even though the first ones lasted forever. I wear them barefoot and use them as slippers that I can also wear outside to walk the dog. So cozy and comfortable.

top shoe for walking the dog in NYC in frigid winter! very cozy but make sure to wear pants that cover the ankle because your heels are exposed a bit. Zappos also has excellent customer service (and I don't work for Zappos)!

I recently started working retail again after being an at-home freelance writer and boy, was I sorry about trying to look cute! Heels for two days = tears. I bought these Merrell Encore Ices and never looked back -- they literally saved my feet! The leather looks professional and the fleecy inside makes them comfy enough to wear without socks, if it weren't snowy outside. I can't say enough good things! Good support, true to size, and nice size in the toe box. Will definitely buy them again!

This is the second pair of these shoes I've purchased. I have them in brown and now the merlot color. They are the most comfy shoes I own. They keep feet warm but not hot. They are very well made and while the suede uppers can mark a bit, that's just the nature of the material. A great shoe from a great brand.

Knee surgery the first of September. Since then I have been selective on the shoes I buy. Absolutely love these! Not flat and not a high, high heel. Out of the box and off to work. No break in problem. Comfortable from the get go! Awesome!

I wanted a shoe to wear to Yoga in the winter when I don't want to wear my Ugg boots that are easy on and off. These are very comfortable and keep the feet warm. Also, very comfortable.

Zappos customer service is excellent. When I had trouble with the insole in my Merrell Encore Ice clogs, they replaced them at no cost to me. Each person I chatted with, either online or on the phone was upbeat, pleasant and helpful. I will definitely shop Zappos again! I love my new shoes. They are nice and warm and very comfortable.

This is the most comfortable shoe that I have ever worn: I was able to wear the shoe immediately and it accommodates a wide foot and the osteo-arthritic changes in my first toes. Finally they are warm so I've purchased two pair - one for indoor use and the other for outdoor use.

These shoes are amazing. The furry lining goes all the way down to the toes, making it a perfect cold weather shoe. The black smooth leather adds a bit of a dressier feel to them.

Exactly as expected. Merrells last for years. I can't say enough nice things about Merrells. Zappos gives fast shipping. I'm always happy with Zappos.

These are the best! I bought them to use as slippers to wear around the house. I need slippers with good support and these have that and so much more. The instant I put them on they fit...no break in time! They look great too! I love the style! They are super, super comfortable. I also can wear them outside with the tough outersole. I can't say enough good things about this shoe/slipper. I would buy them again but it will probably be awhile because my last Merrells have still not worn out and I bought them about 6 years ago! I love, love, love these shoes! They are so comfortable and warm! They are like wearing bedroom slippers all the time! I get a lot of compliments on them and they look great. I have had plantar fascia in the past so I am always careful of what shoes I chose. I am a medical professional and I highly recommend them!

I love these Merrells. I have several pairs of their shoes and needed some Furrys' for winter. Because of the thick lining I wondered if I should have ordered 1/2 size larger but these are working out fine. I wear them all day most days.

I love this shoe! Right after I received it our temp dropped to 28 during the day. My feet were not cold at all when I wore them. I like the style. They are so easy to put on. Zappos has so many colors, too. I couldn't find many colors in stores. The shipping was excellent and fast!
