These are my first Merrells, but they won't be my last! Great comfort and warmth, perfect stay-on-your-foot fit and they feel safe, stable, sturdy. Great to wear if you're on the move most of the day!

This is my fourth pair of chillers from Merell. I find them great in New York winters. They are warm and non-slip. Keep making them!

I love the style and most of all, comfort of these shoes. They keep your feet warm in the winter. I do wear light weight socks with them. I have a narrow foot and since these dont come in narrow, I just ordered a size down and they fit just fine. I have several pairs of these shoes in different colors. They are my go-to shoes when I just want to be comfortable.

Love these shoes! I am a Visiting Nurse and need a warm boot-like shoe that I can wear all day while I'm in and out of my car. These fit the bill. I wear this type every winter and other Merrells during the other seasons. I am online now buying my 10th pair!

These are the warmest, most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. (I'm 52 and believe me, I have bought, returned, and given away a Lot of shoes!) I, too, have "difficult feet". And due to a recent injury, I need arch support and must keep my feet very warm. (I love my Uggs but the support just isn't there.) I usually wear a 7-1/2 to 8 in street shoes and 8 to 8-1/2 in athletic shoes. Ordered these in the 7-1/2 (dislike the look of a lot of shoe extending beyond the heel) and they fit perfectly...maybe a tad snug until the lining (which is fabulous) adjusted to my feet. My foot feels very supported in this shoe and yet it feels like I'm wearing slippers! Wearing these shoes around the house is actually more comfortable than going barefoot! Plus they are incredibly warm...every bit as warm as the Uggs I own. Granted, if you're looking for style, you need to keep looking. I was only going to wear these around the house and for quick errands, etc., but I've started wearing them to work with pants, too. (You may want to watch the video to see how they look with pants.) I teach so I'm on my feet all day, and I have zero foot pain/nerve problems at the end of the day. I ordered the color in the video (black pig suede) and I'm back to buy the brown...maybe even another pair of black in case they change the style! Zappos, as always, rocks when it comes to customer service!

I bought these for my sister for Christmas in 'Bracken'. She put them right on and went out in the snow to walk her dog. Darn! I was hoping she wouldn't like them, so I could keep them for myself! Incidentally, these shoes were available at many sites, but I didn't want any problems if my sister needed to exchange them, so I went with the best - Zappos rocks!

I have several different versions of the Encore series by Merrell and I love them all. They are true to size throughout. I wish the other Merrell shoes were as well. I'm going to order this shoe in black also. Encore also has an Encore with a plush liner. So nice in winter.

These are awesome! Super comfortable, cozy and very cute. I love them. I normally wear a size 9, ordered a 9, and they're perfect.

Purchased these as a gift for my mom, who has discomfort in her feet as an after-effect of chemotherapy treatments. Once these shoes went onto her feet Christmas morning, she wouldn't take them off. She also said these shoes are comfy with or without socks. They also seem to sit very well on her foot without slipping off; the shoe dips low in the back but does hold your heel in place. Looks like I picked right. Now I'm tempted to buy a pair for myself.

I am now on my second pair of Merrells. These shoes are the warmest most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. These shoes have become my go-to shoes for almost everything. They are initially a little snug but break in easily. Great support in a clog-type shoe. I can't say enough good about Zappos. They deserve the reputation of first in service for online shopping!

I love these. They are comfortable, so comfortable that I wear them all day long. All day long, really I do.

At first these shoes felt too tight but after the fur inside began to settle around my feet they seem to be much more comfortable. I have both the black and brown colors. The fur inside the black shoes squished nicely and evenly but the brown shoe has not squished the same. I have an uncomfortable fur-bump that formed inside the right shoe. Looks like I will have to take a pair of scissors to them. My black pair is so comfortable that I wear them all the time and am thinking about buying another pair to ensure I a new pair for next winter.

After having foot surgery, I needed a clog that would not allow for dorsiflexion of the big toe (bending the toe upward). Being that I love the Merrell brand anyway, I decided on the Merrell Encore Ice, especially since they are lined with a yummy sheepskin lining...soft and warm on the incision site. As soon as I slipped these on, I could walk without pain! As for Zappos? These folks rate #1 for customer service! It's wonderful to know that a company is out there that stands by their word! My shoes showed up on my door step within a few days, if not sooner. I was able to get back to work (I'm a Physical Therapist Assistant) just three weeks after surgery. Thanks to Merrell and Zappos!

These were the only shoes I took on a one week trip to Budapest and Vienna. They kept me warm, dry and comfortable.

Soo comfy and warm. Perfect for a cold winter's day.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I have about 4 pairs and wear them almost every day. They're great for the airport because they are easy to remove and they're warm on the plane. Warmth is the #1 reason to buy these shoes followed by comfort. You can walk all day in them!

You honestly can't go wrong with a pair of Merrell shoes, no matter the style. This particular pair in the India Ink Blue is so comfy and warm; not to mention incredibly stylish with a dark wash pair of jeans. I can slip them on and get the kiddos out to school, run through the mall, take a walk in the park...pretty much anything, since the support in these shoes is perfect for my feet. This is my fifth pair of Merrells, and I am still wearing my original pair of Jungle mocs I ordered several years ago. Worth every penny paid, and expect them to last a LONG time!!

Loved these. I have a wide foot and had to go up half size. The fur lining is great. They are padded, and keeps my feet warm.

Great shoes. Ultra comfortable with a good arch and warm. A little tight. But from my experience with other Merrells, I know they give after wear.

These shoes are warm, comfortable and fit true to size. As a person who needs to wear shoes where the heel is not much higher than the sole, these work. This is my third pair of this style of clog by Merrell. Highly recommend.

I normally wear an 8.5, and in this shoe, it was a perfect fit (give the cushy lining a day or two to compact down a bit). The shoe looks good on, even for my big feet! And it's a super comfy shoe.

I usually buy Naot, but because of the lining and look, I decided to try these Merrell Encore shoes. I love them. They fit great. The arch supports aren't as high as Naot, but they are pretty good. Overall, these have made me very happy. I wear them all the time.

When I first put these on, didn't want to take them off. So cozy, so comfy, so warm, and with wonderful arch support, and they stay on my feet, don't slip off, and the color--I got the dark blue--is a delight to the eye. A perfect pair of shoes, and one of the few things people in warm climates can't know the joy of.

These shoes are comfy, have good support, and are warm. They run large so I got a 1/2 size smaller than I normally order.
