I love my shoes. My feet were hurting me but when I got my new shoes from Zappo's they don't hurt anymore. Customer service was A+++.

I just ordered another pair of Merrell Encore Gust for my husband, this makes his 4th or 5th pair. They're his staple, go to shoes that he wears nearly all of the time. We rotate them, when he buys a new pair the older pair become his garden shoes until it's time for a new pair. I never would have thought he'd love them so much but since I ordered his first pair he's sold in them. Comfort, excellent for travel, easy off and on for security lines at the airport, they look nice with jeans and even his khaki slacks, now he's Wearing them with his khaki shorts! Money well spent for comfort. Thanks Zappos. We'll be waiting for this pair!

more volume than expected but true to length but since use Superfeet works fine. Very comfortable with excellent workmanship. Quite pleased with value.

This is my second pair. Used as a house shoe. To fit I buy a 91/2 for my 10 1/2. I have a narrow foot. Only slip on shoe I've have every been able to keep on. Ended up wearing the first pair everyday. Provides excellent stability for this old man. My wife also owns a pair which she wears everywhere.

I have had at least six pairs of Merrells. They fit well and are very durable. I am troubled with neuropathy and these shoes are the most comfortable I have worn for walking. As an aside, the service level provided by Zappos is nothing less than outstanding!

With a history of foot problems, I've learned to choose shoes wisely. A foot pad recommended by my podiatrist wasn't necessary for these very comfortable slides. They are good-looking enough that I can get away with wearing them to quasi-formal events, too. 4 stars for looks 'cause they are a bit clunky, after all!

Very comforable and stylish clogs. Fit a little differently from other clogs: less sloppy and tension across the instep, more overall snugness in the toe box and heel. I can wear these things all day. Love them.

This is my husband's very favorite pair of shoes. They are a good fit for his more narrow feet. This is his gazillionth pair. And now he promises to throw away his old ones.

This is my second pair of these shoes and it is practically the only shoe I wear to work (unless there is a lot of snow). They are extremely comfortable. I really like them because we don't wear shoes in our house so I can easily take them off and put them on. I wore a pair of size 10 for years. Just bought a new pair and size 10 was too big. Returned them for a 9.5 and they fit great. I highly recommend these shoes.
