Good but not enough cushion

Great styling and fit - haven't worn it a lot, but looks to be a fabulous shoe.

My husband has been wearing these for years; this is his third pair. His go-to comfort shoe. The last pair is still good but getting worn after 5 years, so time for a new pair!

My husband ordered these for house shoes and wearing out to get the mail and newspaper. He has foot problems and these are great for him.

My husband has purchased the same shoes for more than ten years. He likes them so much that he just buys the exact ones again when the ones he is wearing wears out. They have the comfort of a slip-on, but they don't look flimsy like sandals.

I got these shoes for my husband, who is in and out of his shop multiple times a day and likes to slip out of his shoes and leave them inside the back door (to keep from tracking stuff through the house). He loves them! He says that the support is great (more like an athletic shoe). We are VERY pleased with this purchase. I will mention that my husband has a very high instep (which can sometimes affect how a shoe will slip on), but these work just fine. The leather is very nice and easy to wipe clean. Perhaps I will order a second pair for him.....

Love the Merrell Encore Gust. I have been wearing them for years.

Since these Merrel Encore Gust are not available for women I bought a men's size 8.5 and they are comfy. I hope they are offered in women's sizes again, I wear a women's 10. Comfort seems to vary mainly in how the toe box is made. It can be a bit short or tight depending on how its made. There seems to be less quality control and some variation in sizing in the shoes that I've bought lately. But overall these are great long lasting shoes that offer good arch support and comfort for people on the go.

Very comfortable, fit true to size lenght and width. Very pleased.

A good shoe/style/fit and the service Zappos provides is excellent. I'm arthritic head to toe so shoes make days a win or lose scenario. Leather is attractive and durable. My toes have nodules that interfere w/comfort to an extent, but even then these shoes offer room enough to be forgiving and still offer my narrow foot support it needs. Thanks for your help Zappos! Will keep shopping with you!!

These are my husbands absolute favorite shoes. I bought him a pair to try years ago and he’s hooked. At any one time there are 3 pair in our home, there are the ‘best’ or newer ones, used for travel or when he needs to ‘dress up’ :) - when these start to show wear they become the ones to wear out and about with jeans and even shorts. When that pair really starts to look bag they become yard shoes and the cycle starts all over. It’s time for a new pair. I never thought he’d like open back clogs but wow, was I wrong.

Great looking and comfortable slide

This is my second pair and probably not my last.They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They require no break-in. I have plantar fasciitis and lower back issues and can wear them all day long.

Great for a slip-in house shoe or for an old retired guy who gets away with wearing his house shoes all over town.... Like my Merrell hiking shoes these appear to be quite sturdy and well made, and much better looking, too.

This is my 7th pair of these shoes. They're comfortable, stylish, and look good with jeans, dress pants, or shorts.

This particular size and style were out of stock for a while. Signed up for notification when they became available. Minutes after the notice, I ordered! When I find a shoe that fits my troublesome feet, I stick with it. Thanks Zappos.

My husband works in healthcare and wears these at work with his scrubs. This is his 2nd pair and probably won't be his last! He says they are extremely comfortable.
