If only there were a wide width option. I can shop a larger size to compensate but it still is not quite right. For the high end price it seems this should be available. Uggs would be sooo easy to love if only....

Not quite the same as the 'identical' pair I have from a few years back. Those finally wore out and needed replacing. These have a slightly different fit, and I prefer the old sole. Also prefer the old fleece, which was kind of curly, to the new fleece lining, which is straighter and more fur-like. But they're fine, and kept me warm for the 8 days without heat in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

Love the black color, however, whenever I wear a pair of light colored socks, the black dye bleeds onto them. I feel limited because I can only wear them with dark colored pants.

When ordering this boot I was told to buy one size down. What happened to quality control? I have been buying Uggs for many years. There is less fur lining inside, boots are stiffer and the soles are thinner. I would like to see you bring back the higher quality products you've been known for in years past.

They're cute at first, but after you wear them for a while, they begin to wear out. they get creases and little spots.

I love my ugg boots! But i recommend getting one size down from your normal size. The classic tall used to be about 120 or 130 dollars now they have gone up an outrageous price of [$] personally i don't think its worth it.

Nice product and comfortable but feel they are over priced. Worst part is the company has no actual connection with Australia so feel that is a bit of a con.

I had them for about a week or so and they got a hole. I didn't hit anything sharp it just happened. When wet a few times it would loose its color for a few days. I love uggs but wouldn't recommend them. I still wore them ever single day.

Is it just me or does the fact that the prices keep raising kinda turn off others from buying theses shoes too. You'd think that in this economy they would be helpping us by lowering the prices not raising them. I was eyeing the classic tall gray uggs and now that I have enough to get them the pice has risen! not fair...

i loved this product. my parents gave it to me this christmas and because i cross my legs when i sit and i wear skinny jeans it turns my uggs blue. now all the side on the top are blueish greenish.

Any Ugg that you buy is going to be a well made, durable item. The problem was for me that the fit around the calf is too small.

Your product wears out too quick and your customer service is helpful but your online shopping and returns are awful. Very unorganized. I sent about 3 emails and never got a response. My boots are also half a size too small because there are no half sizes but if I go up in size they're way too big and uncomfortable. I'd rather shop at [@] and actually get some decent service.

I've had sheepskin boots before and expected this brand to be of comparable quality. Unfortunately they are not the soft, supple sheepskin my old ones were, and the place that made the old ones is no longer in business. It was a family business in Oregon. Also Uggs kept my other $50 on the exchange for these! What's up with that?

My daughters love this boot, it is stylish and comfortable. The only problem is, they love them so much, they wear them every day. That wouldn't be a problem if it was always pleasant outside. If it rains or snows during the time they are at school and they have to go outside in them, they can't stand up to the weather. I have coated them with protector and they still don't hold up. **The cloth ribbing around the sole is less durable than it was in the past, and freys almost immediately, and the sheepskin looks thinner and less classy than it used to.** We have been customers for a long time, and I see the quality diminishing... it's too bad :(

Loved the look and tried at least 7 pairs in different stores to get a right fit. The shoes did vary in fit, even tho the size remained the same. Need to offer 1/2 sizes. I highly recommend that you put in support into the arch area as well as the ball of the foot and heal. It would be worth spending a little more to get a shoe that is not going to damage your foot for a life-time than to look great for a season. You are spot on with the look and warmth. But you have missed the mark and I feel you are going to be doing long term damage to feet down the road because of not taking precautions as to what goes in to the shoe now. I ended up sending the shoe back. Walked about the house in them for 3 days and aggravated the ball of my foot and am now seeing a foot Dr. Wish I could wear your shoe with the look I chose, with some better care taken as to what went inside.

Nice boot, too expensive! Ugg should consider lowering the price of the boots.

I wear my uggs very often, they are very styilish for the winter months, and a wardrobe staple. This year i purchased my 4th pair (classic tall chestnut). I noticed compared to my last years pair (classic tall chocolate), there is a lot less fur throughout the inside of the boot. It's really sad to see a company like UGG who is known for great products and craftsmanship, decreasing in quality.

Love the style of the boot. Would like a little more give in on/off of the boot. The stitching could be tighter, it seems the stitching in the boot could pull apart easily. I have had this problem with this style of boot in the past. Stitching pulled apart. First time UGG buyer.

i received these in black on Christmas, i loved them. but the fur on the inside was grey not black ...i compared them to my cousins boots...mine were more stiff and more greyish then black...tip to customers, when you receive your uggs check them very well before use because i noticed flaws after the i had had them for a year :(
