Very hard to get boot on so folded it down, pulled like crazy to get my foot into the heal part, then rolled the boot shaft back up all the way. The fit is tight around the calf especially around the binding. It is also tight around the ankles. I have normal sized lower legs, not athletic, so I think these boots are sized wrong -- both pair.

They didn't fit so I had to return for exchange

I am a 22 year customer of UGG boots. I love the comfort and warmth of them, but my last order of the tall classics have come back with irregular sizing or sewing. The first order, the left boot was very comfortable and the right boot was too tight in the top curve of my foot. the re-order, both boots came back too tight in the top. I'm not sure I want to hassle ordering them again a third time through the mail. I may have to drive an hour to get them and try them on. Never had this problem before.

Overall I would think that these boots were great, BUT, the are super expensive. I mean for $180 I could get so many things, instead of a pair of boots. I am not rich people!

I use to love Uggs. They are stylish, comfortable, and great for casual, winter wear. I am a little disappointed with my purchase though. I feel the quality of the product has drastically changed. The cushioning on the inside of the shoe is not as fluffy or soft as it use to be. The sheep hair feels very rough and doesn't hug your feet like with previous models of this style. I still plan to keep the item, because I am into fashion, trends, and high end products. Right now Uggs are in. I just hope they go back to the way they use to make the shoe.

I wear my Uggs to school and out and about. I fold them down and there's stuff all over the fur and it felts like glue. Very comfortable though. I just wish they weren't destroyed and I wish I knew how to fix it.

Well I have a high in step after wearing them for two days I noticed at the bottom on my left foot started to have some pain so I stopped wearing them not sure what is going on never had this happened to me with any shoe :( don't know if I should return them only been worn 3 times. Thanks Peggy

They are very comfortable but dont like the fact that they stain and even had a protector on my old ones. The snow wrecked them.

I think you should provide discount option to current owners.

As I stated in an email I sent we are concerned with the fit. We had to wait a long time to save up to purchase theese boots. I ordered the same size that she has always wore in the past. She has had several pairs of Ugg boots. But the way her big toe pushes against the toe of the boot makes us wonder if it will cause a hole in the toe of the boot. We were told that we could send the boots back to you and that you may or may not exchange them for a larger size. She has only worn them about five or six times. Also finances are a concern for us and getting the funds to send them back is an issue.

-i dont like that the they stain sooo easily -they cost to much to clean -its hard to apply the coat to protect them

The style and comfort was perfect! But the seam on the back above the heal tore loose after only wearing them about 6 times.

I expected more bang for my buck but my daughter lives in them so I guess she's happy!

I wish they came with a little more design on them for the same price. they were a gift but for me highly unaffordable and would not purchase them as they are so plain for almost $200.

What I like about UGGS: they are very warm and comfortable. The reason I would not buy another pair is the fact UGGS stain too easily. Our pair is about one month old and there are big water stains on the boots even though I waterproofed them. Did not work at all.

Love them wear them all the time

These boots are very nice and comfortable. Great quality materials.. But the hole at the top is extremely tight and I can't imagine these fit anyone who have normal size calves.

I had a pair of UGGS that are seven years old I have loved. Finally broke down and bought a pair of black ones. The others were a very generous size 11, which I needed every fraction of inch. The newer ones do not seem as generous in length or in width. Also, the lining does not seem to be the same quality of sheepskin as before. I was very disappointed...I kept the boots, but doubt I order more. Why do they have to change a good product to one that is just average?

I've had these boots for not even a year and they seem destroyed the thread on the bottom part has sorta been coming out. I haven't picked at it or anything as well. I have water stains all lover from rain and or puddles. I have purchase the ugg clean care kit but didnt seem to help one bit, and I've cleaned them twice

The boots had a hole and I need to send back

I bought this for my 21 years old daughter's christamas gift that she requested me. She has been wearing UGGs for long year. She loves it and keep long years. She tried first time to buy long one. It is little bit hard to wear and take off legs because she is not too skinny. I think it takes more times for fit to her legs. But still she is happy to get it.

I was so excited to get these and I waited a very long time to get my first pair. They were so cute and comfy! But I wore them today and my feet were freezing! I thought these boots were suppose to keep your feet warm. I was very confused why me feet were so cold! Everyone says these boots are perfect to keep your feel nice and toasty. Has this happened to anyone else?

These boots are extremely warm and comfortable, however the outer appearance wears extremely quickly. If you are into a neat, polished look, do not get a drop of water on them and if you do, don't attempt to wipe it up, unless you are more into the grunge look and don't mind all the staining that wetness leaves behind. I definitely recommend these boots for the comfort and warmth but be aware that they usually look 3 years old within a couple of months unless you are extremely careful when you wear them, which is a bit disheartening considering the cost.

I love the feel and fit of these boots. Only problem is the color bleeds. I got the black boots, and literally all of my socks and tights are stained. It is a pain, and I do not want to get another pair unless it is a light color.

I have returned these twice now because they have ripped. So far UGG has replaced them both time. This should not happen when you pay so much for a boot.
