Ive used Classic Tall UGGs for 3 years happily (warm, comfortable). But the new pair I ordered some weeks ago: a flop. Same boot, same size! After wearing twice a hole at the seam behind. 52.- EUR for the return from Germany. Please read Service Comments also.

I am a frequent customer with great past experiences, so I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch but this pair of classic chestnut tall was horrible. I returned them after 3 days of wearing because the boots were falling apart (it was purchased on uggaustralia.com). I got a full refund with no hassle but am not sure if I will be purchasing any more, as I feel the quality of the boots have strongly gone down. I don't mind paying the price, just give me a good boot.

Too tight in the legs. Not comfortable

The return policy was such a pain!! They make it WAY to complicated to return the product and get your money back. Just a complicated "mailing back" process all around.

My husband bought me my 1st pair of uggs just over a year ago. I loved them and wore them every chance I got. I ended up investing in 2 more pair in different colors. Just the other day my 1st pair tore at the seems and ripped open. I contacted ugg through email and phone and was told they would evaluate them if i shipped them in & they still may not be replaced. REDICILOUS forhow much you pay for them! Very unhappy and EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

Totally disappointed with the redesign of the classic tall boot! The material is much thinner than previous years uggs. They aren't even shaped the same at the toe. These new boots actually put pressure on the bed of the big toenail. I have 3 other pairs that I purchased a few years ago and they are much better quality and thicker. I won't buy another pair of uggs until they make them with better quality like they used to. So disappointed!

THE SERIOUSLY SUCK

Unfortunately this was the first time I bought my daughter a "real" pair of Ugg boots, and they did not hold up as well as the "imitation" ones that are a fraction of the cost. I'm still waiting to get a replacement pair for the ones I had to return after only 2 weeks of wear and they ripped.

We paid $140 for that UGG tag and it is falling off!! Not happy at all...

I've had 3 pairs of UGGs previously, but this year I was highly disappointed it seems that the sizing has been altered. I'm a size 10 and my other UGGs fit just fine but my new size 10 boots were too snug, so I ordered the 11 but there's not much difference, I'm extremely unhappy.

Disapointed with the durability. Having paid over [$] I expected these to last a while. I was soo exited at first! However after a few months of a little wear the sheepskin thinned out and a hole appeared at the toe! I wear my look alikes a heck of alot more, paid $30 have had them for two years and not a hole or tear in sight! Very disapointed! I feel like I've been robbed!

these are horrible i had these 4 a month then it started to look like [*]! their called uggs because they are ugly@ DONT BUY THEM!!

my boots has worn out after only having them for 2 monthes. the bottom is coming off of the boot itself and i just bought another pair of the exact same kind but a different color, and the heel snapped in half. the boot also slouches when its walked in.

I was so disappointed with my UGG boots. I have been wanting a pair forever but the price always seemed a bit much. I finally decided so many people have them and they always seem so cute and comfy that I would buy a pair two. In less than two months with little wear and even after buying and treating them with the UGG care package they got this weird discoloration and hole in the toe. Now my boots that I love so much truly are "uggly."

I liked the boots right out of the box but the sheephair at the bottom of boot wears OUT! There are NO INSERTS for these and you end up with just the sole and matted down stuff. Feels really good on your skin (NOT)...SO NOT COOL after you shell out the major cash for these! Buyers BEWARE!

I Love Ugg's. BUT....I purchased the tall classic in black & they fit perfect. I usually throw them on to go food shopping or to the mall. After having them for only 1 week I put them on & they ripped. They are now broken. I am very upset because they are not cheap. I paid [$] & I didn't expect them to break in 1 week. This is the worst feeling ever. Out of my money & no Ugg's to wear. I would not buy Ugg's again. They are a waste of money.

Some things I found not so great about these boots are that they are not waterproof, and wear quite easily. I previously owned a pair of the Classic Tall in Chocolate, and found that in one winter's time, they had worn quite easily, with the suede wearing thin, in addition to finding that they were not waterproof after recieving them as a Christmas gift from a relative, but before actually wearing them. These are guaranteed to be of high quality, yet proved not to be in just a matter of two months, and this is the exact reason why I, myself, and my family, will never purchase another Ugg product again.

this boots are HORRIBLE!!!!!!! my boots ripped only after 3 months completly down the back! not worth the [$] i am very dissapointed and never buying this brand again!

I had to return them twice. Both times for defect. If I shell out as much as they are priced you expect quality. Maybe it's just the childrens. They use poorer materials because they expect them to get messed up. Except some kids do respect the things they are given. Never dealing with Ugg again, and will tell friends about this experience.
