These had an inch long scratch but were also the wrong color so I tried to exchange them

I have had my boots for 3 weeks or so and im very disappointed because the fur on the inside is falling out this has never happened to me before

My return was wrong color, I have yet to get correct color, will be second time sending boots back. The first pair were irregular, one boot larger than the other. I paid a lot of money and can't get what I paid for.

I wanted to love these boots! Unfortunately, I ordered my usual size and they were alarmingly tight! My daughters Uggs, which are a half size smaller than the ones I ordered, fit me better than mine did!!! I was very disappointed.

Gave to my daughter for Christmas and front trim all worn out after only wearing for a little over 2 months

the boots were so tight around my instep. i called and the customer service lady was so rude and she suggested i keep them and wear them even after I told her I could not put my foot in the boot. it was so narrow and tight.

There are burn marks on the shoe. QA team did a terrible job on quality check. Ask for exchange

I purchased a hat for my grandson, who just turned four years old and is an average-sized boy with an average-sized head. The size is supposedly for ages four through six, but the hat would not even go all the way down on his head. I believe it is sized incorrectly, and I was very disappointed.

I've owned knock-offs before and they always wore out so quickly- so I decided to treat myself and purchase a pair of Uggs, which I assumed for the price would be more well made. I bought the classic tall in Navy blue and loved them when they first arrived. Within 6 months the leather had ripped away from the sole on the right side, and then ripped further up onto the top of the boot. When I returned them (albeit a couple months later) they would not replace them because they're out of warranty? I bought them new and have had them for less than a year, but I guess because they were manufactured over a year ago I'm out of luck. It's kind of lame for a huge corporation to not stand by their workmanship. Why would I spend so much money on a product that I can't depend on from a company that would rather save a buck than make a life-long customer by making it right? Too bad...

I ordered a pair of classic tall chestnut uggs but what I got look like nothing! My boots did not look like the picture. I was so upset that I return them. The uggs didn't always look like this they use to really be the pretty chestnut color but not now a days.. Best beat would be to go to s store to pick the pair you really want;~{

don't FIT! not true to size, fits like a child boot in the narrowing of the calf.. i have these boots in chestnut and they fit perfect.. same size .. why dont these fit? now i have to send back and wait .. thank you will never by online again

If you want a pair of over priced slippers that will make you look like you have Muppet feet you've found your dream boot. Also, this website is going to spam you with e-mails, even if you opt out so use a fake address.

I've been wearing Uggs for years but this is the first time I had to return a pair because there was something wrong with the workmanship. It felt as if there was an extra piece of fur lining under my arch and after wearing the boots for half an hour in the house, I had a blister in that spot. In the end, I had to return these boots.

I have been wearing this brand for 15 years. I've been a loyal customer and the quality has been fantastic. I went to repurchase an old worn out pair.. and the boot just looks very cheap. My usual size is too tight.. I'm very disappointed. I really hope this issue is fixed soon because sadly they will lose a loyal customer.

I have been wearing uggs for the past 15 years and this is by far the worst pair I have received. The manufacturing quality has decreased significantly. The upper part of the boot is much thinner compared to the past quality and looks flimsy. I would not purchase the tall classic again.

I have been buying Classic tall UGGS for my girls and myself for about 10 years... I have a pair now, made in China, that lasted me 3 years. I bought a pair online at a the store I have been using for years...and I thought "These must be fake?" First they were not a size larger, too small, very stiff, already fur breaking down, BLACK FEET... MADE IN VIETNAM? So, I journeyed out to try some on at local stores... The clerks had no idea, they carried both countries. They could FEEL the difference...SEE the difference in softness from the China made.. Wider, so comfortable. but unfortunately they only had my size in black from Vietnam. I would love to order another pair if you can guarantee CHINA MADE. I would recommend those only...

The shoes are pooly cut. One is VERY loose and the other is very tight. They are the same size and the soles are the same length and width but the material was cut inconsistantly. I am very unhappy with my purchase. I would only recommend purchasing boots from ugg if you are able to try them on in advance. I will never order from them again.

I use the product only in winter time, they are great because they are good for winter and they aren't so great because the boot came damaged.

This past winter, 2 different times I ordered the classic tall black boots in women's size 8. Both times the boots were uncomfortable so did not fit correctly. 1 time there was a block of wood protruding in the instep area and the order time the felt was not even throughout the foot area. I had to return the boots both times and was so disappointed! Next time, I will go to a store to try them on. I have had 2 black pairs in the past and never had any trouble ordering them online.
