The fit and size were accurate. I felt that the fabric band going around the inside made the shoe look cheap. You can't really tell this from the pictures. It is only obvious when you get the shoe. From the picture, the band looks like the same material as the rest of the shoe.

I normally love Vanelis. These felt more narrow than usual. I also did not like the fabric band around the inside that made an ordinally stylish shoe look cheap.

Totally off both size and width.

Nice looking shoe. Love that it is a true deep navy. But the sizing? Way off. I couldn't even put a thin knee-high stocking on with this shoe -- it's that tight and narrow. And, no, it wasn't mis-marked. It's a 9W which is what I ordered and, generally, have very good luck. Sadly, not here. Wish me luck as I continue to try to find a deep navy ballet flat!

Pretty shoe, seems short in the toe box.

I wanted to love these, but they were very snug and the top hit right at the big toe knuckle, making them uncomfortable to walk in.

the heel was too big. I was walking out of this shoe.

This shoe is just OK. It is not very nice quality and very plain. The heel is kind of odd and the sole is very thin.

This is a good looking shoe but was too narrow.

I always wear a 9.5 but these shoes fit as if they were at least 1/2 and possibly 1 full size too small.

Not a comfortable shoe and somewhat outdated looking on. I was attracted because they offered a narrow width, but would pay more for a better fit, look, and support.

I'm a consistent size 7, but these were too tight! Luckily, my daughter, who also wears a 7, can wear these. Maybe her foot is slightly smaller than mine? Either way, if you're a 7, it's no guarantee they'll fit. Too bad, because these shoes are quite attractive - a classic style.

Beautiful shoe! It is a little tight right around the area of my foot which is the widest (before my toe area). Also the back of the shoe has lost its color, so I had to apply black polish. Not sure why it did this.

Not wide enough at a 8WW, and felt like it would hurt my feet if worn for any length of time. I walk to/from the metro, just 10-15 minutes, and I suspect these would've been regretted if I hadn't returned them! Lovely, though.

This shoe is similar in style to a Cole Haan quilted flat I liked - I decided to give it a go because it's priced quite a bit less. It's a very cute shoe... but...(1) it's rubbing my outer heel raw, (2) the heel sole has no traction - watch out for slipping on hard floors, and (3) it squeaks a bit when I walk. Too bad it didn't work out!

I usually wear a 10W, sometimes a 9.5W and even sometimes a 9.5 or 10 B. IO tried 10W and 9.5W and the shoe is just big. It's very good looking and I so wish it had fit. But long, wide and just not an accurate fit for me.

I have a long narrow foot, so shoe selection is often limited. This shoe is OK for short term wear, runs a little narrow. No arch support.

This fit wrong in a weird way. The arch support was excellent but was a bit too far forward didn't quite hit my arch. Like I said, strange! Fit was also too tight across the tops of my toes (just where it covers the toe cleavage). I guess I'm used to shoes that show a bit of toe cleavage because this shoe seemed to make the front of my foot look long since there is no toe cleavage. Classic but boring looking shoe.

Very disappointed - these looked very cute in the picture. I couldn't take one step in them without pain in my feet. They felt too short and not wide enough - so back in the box and back to Zappos they went.

I wanted to like these, as I think they look nice and would be perfect for traveling, but from the moment I put them on, they hurt my feet. Not going to try the next size, as these just don't seem to offer my foot the right support.

Really, really narrow shoes! They were what I was looking for in style but there was no way I could wear them so back they went.

This was horribly uncomfortable and felt VERY short in the toe box. Returning.
