Great shoes. I bought it for my girlfriend and she likes it so much. And Zappos' customer service is amazing. Super-fast overnight shipping though I bought it regular ground shipping.

I received this boot as a gift to myself for Christmas! It is the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. Sizing is smaller than my other boots, so order a size up.

I bought these as a gift for my wife and she loves them. She usually buys 7 1/2 wide, and says these feel a bit loose, but fine. She doesn't like the leather laces because they come loose. I think they need to be leather, and she needs to tie them better.

These boots fit perfectly and are great for walking the dog in slush and snow (my intent in purchasing) but so comfortable that I'll wear them lots of other places, too.

I bought these boots a few weeks ago and love them. This is my third style of Ugg boot and by far the favorite. I have a high instep and can get them on easily, and my feet stayed so warm in the sub-freezing temps. They feel true to size. Was very fast and easy to order from Zappos and I received them quickly.

I wear a between a size 8 - 8 1/2, depending on the shoe but I purchased an 8, which fits great. I'll wear thin socks with these but I think even a thicker sock would work for me, even if it's snug, after I stretch them out a bit. Arch support seems moderate and I think should have been better considering the price. I'm on my feet all day and just sitting here typing this out I already appreciate the width of the shoe. I am learning I had rather pay more and get a comfortable shoe than less and have my feet hurt by mid morning. All the shoes I have tried on in the department stores lately (especially boots) have been so narrow and completely flat with absolutely no arch support at all. I don't see how anyone can wear them all day unless they just sit a lot! Going to save up and get another pair in maybe a different style.

I love these boots. For me they were true to size. I used the waterproof spray and have enjoyed snowball fights and snowman making while my feet remained warm and dry.

Great boots! Very warm, and very comfortable. They need treatment before heading out into wet weather because the leather will leak unless they are sprayed.

My wife had admired these when out shopping. How could I resist. I tried Zappos for the first time. All was quick, accurate and easy. Yes, my wife loved the gift.

Love them! They fit great, wide enough for thick socks but not so wide that you can't wear regular socks. Comfortable and look great. Well worth the money, and I don't spend high dollars for shoes unless they are long term wearers.

I purchased these boots and love the look and they are very comfortable. I wear a size 8 1/2 but purchased a size 9, they feel as though they are my regular size. I just purchased the black pair. Highly recommended.

These are my first pair of Ugg boots, and I can now safely say I understand why people love them! This pair is warm, soft, and required no break-in period at all. I've worn them with socks on very cold days and without socks on warmer days. I've also received several compliments on them. My only concern is that the lace seems to be getting a little worn, and I don't know how I'd replace it if it broke.

Was hoping this was the same shoe I had bought a couple years ago but it isn't. Still a good boot but the laces don't wrap all the way around the boot and there isn't a loop at the back anymore to help you pull them on. I would have rather paid more for the better style. Still a good boot especially if you never had the earlier style as you wouldn't know what's missing.

These are without a doubt the warmest and most comfortable boots I have ever owned. They are not the cutest boots, but perfect for running errands or walking around in the winter. Would definitely recommend.

I have these boots. They run very small. Takes me extra time to get them on, but once I've got them on they're very comfortable. Not waterproof at all, so don't wear them in the rain. My socks got soaked while wearing in the rain and left water marks on the boots. Might have to get them professionally cleaned. Anybody with cleaning tips let me know.

I have had these boots for two years. They are super cute. I wore them walking across college campuses for a day and my feet hurt for two days. Not very cushy support. Cute, but don't buy them to wear on a heavy walking day.

Zappos service was excellent. The boots arrived quickly and only the fuzzy around the tongues didn't match. They sent another pair which arrived immediately.

So pleased with my boots. Got them asap, and although hubby had to return his and it was so easy, quick and credit issued pronto! Definitely this is my "Store".

These boots are very stylish; however, they are too snug for my feet. I am a perfect size 9, but these were too short in my toes and cut the circulation off across the top of my foot.

Very nice boot but problem with right boot so sending back for same exchange hopefully replacement works out.

I like simple boots and this one fall in that category. Unlike my other Ugg boots, the sole doesn't have that soft "fur" feeling because it is made of leather. The only downside is the comfort of this boot, my feet hurt after long walks. Overall it's a good looking boot intended for a fashion statement.

I've been needing some short, slip-on boots for taking the dog out of the apartment, and since I love my UGG Smithfield boots so much, I thought these would work well. While the footbed and sole is one of the most comfortable I own, the other reviewers were right about these running small (I have problem feet that run a touch wide, though not sure I would go up an entire size) - I'm hoping they'll give a bit the more I wear them. I also got the UGG Broome II this year and the Caspia is a much tighter fit, even though it looks so much wider. From my point of view (looking down at them) they look a bit like wide - duck feet - but they are rather cute from the side. I was hoping a shorter boot meant I could wear my bootcut jeans more in the snowy winter, but they just look awful with anything other than skinny pants or tights and a skirt. I've worn them out in light snow, but don't trust they'll hold up to big snowdrifts or slush. Overall, cute and comfortable, but not terribly chic.
