I love these boots! They run run small so I would strongly suggest getting one size bigger for comfort.

I live in the mountains, I love these boots. They breath to keep my feet from getting too hot and they keep me warm through the endless hours of waiting for my kids in thier outside events. I have worn this pair for 3 years, water proofing them with the recommended spray once a year. You won't be disappointed with the comfort of these boots.

I purchased these boots 2 years ago and they are still like new. Very comfortable! You seem to bounce as you walk. I didn't care much for the lacing and took them out. I have a high arch and a short fat foot, but even with that, these are great boots! With my high arch, the support is really great! They felt just a little narrow, but once broken in they are perfect.

I read the reviews and ordered the next size up. The boots arrived ahead of schedule and they look and feel great. Up sizing, especially with heavy socks, is a good idea.

Bought these to wear without socks. They are so warm and soft, plus simple to put on. I look for a roomy toe box, and these have it. I also have a foot that is not bulky, although I wear a B-width, and my heel is narrow. These boots hold my foot well. (Now, if you have a high instep, this might not be your boot.) The rubber sole has great treads, which should be good in the ice and snow. So, I wear a 7B, normally, and that fit me perfectly, barefoot. Taking the dog out has never been so much fun.

I fell in love with this boot a year ago and waited to get them on sale in the spring. I didn't get a chance to wear them until a few weeks ago and feel these are my most favorite boots ever! I've been wearing them to football games and my feet have been the only part of me that stays warm! I've had so many compliments on them. They fit very comfortably, even when walking all day in them. Highly recommended!

Truthfully, I haven't worn them yet. I fell in love with the look and bought them to prepare for winter and late night dog walking. They fit perfectly and look great. Waiting for cold weather.

I really like these boots. They are true to size and I love the lacing detail. These boots will look great with skinny jeans as well as boot cut jeans. Love Zappos for the fast delivery times.

I'm so impressed with you guys. I ordered these boots a couple of days before Christmas, but just paid for regular shipping, because it wasn't really a Christmas purchase. But Zappos shipped them overnight! And they arrived on Christmas Eve. Such a nice gift! Thank you.

Xmas present to myself! I was very wary (age 47 and skeptical of fads) and researched these boots then had to try them for myself. Arch support and just overall wearability were my strongest concerns. Got 'em, never want to take them off! Almost wore them to bed! Pillow soft cloudy feel to sole. Great to wear barefoot. Nice enough to wear under pants even to work. Tried them with a denim casual dress and looked very edgy, But the feel is everything. Moderate arch support -- but I wore for 12 hours straight without shoe fatigue and I am very foot sensitive. Roomy toebox, heel fits fine, the fluff is still fluffy after a month of consistent wearing! I really should have bought two since I want to wear them constantly! Makes my size 9s look petite -- not clunky looking like the teenage Uggs. Here's the one for us older gals. Hats off to Uggs for making it work.

I bought these to replace a similar pair of Uggs that I bought several years ago. These are the perfect winter boot if you live somewhere cold and nasty. Very comfy, not the typical Ugg sole, has more support and a lovely memory foam insole. I won't take them off until May.

I love these boots. I also have the "Cove" boots and find these very similar in appearance and fit. They are very comfortable and look great. Also can't say enough good things about Zappos. I ordered the boots on Saturday afternoon and was wearing them on Monday morning. Amazing!

These boots are wonderful and get several comments about how nice they are from fellow commuters. In fact just last night I met the girl who sparked my interest in them in a store and I told her how happy I was with them. I also told her how happy I was with Zappos and she said she had actually bought them from there and was impressed.

You should order the next size up. Very comfy, I have not tested the warmth factor yet! I would recommend them. Zappos has great customer service. I returned for the next size, no hassle, no long turn around time.

These shoes arrived very soon. I was pleasantly surprised. I had just checked on them on the internet and they were already on my front porch. The shoes were actually a late Christmas gift for my sister and I really pleased with the way they look. I know my sister will love them when she receives them. Zappos is great! They are always on time and what you see is what you get. This is now the 3rd time I have purchased something from them and all 3 times have been right on the mark. I will shop with them again. I love these boots! They are very cute, warm and comfortable. But they do run short, so order up if you wear a half size.

Very comfortable boot, easy to get on and off. Laces stay tied. Good sole for sturdy footing in ice and small amount of snow.

These are the most comfortable boots/shoes I have ever worn. I wanted Uggs for Christmas and chose this style so I would not look like I was trying to dress like a 15 year old. The leather is more functional than suede, does not absorb the snow, traction is good, they are very warm, and the style is awesome. I am considering restyling my wardrobe so I can wear these boots most of the time whether there is rain, snow, or shine! Five stars all around.

I have recently had my first experience at shopping at Zappos and I have nothing but good things to write. The service was prompt and the product all that I could expect. The boots were a gift, they were beautiful and even though return shipping is offered for free, we will have no need of that service. Thanks Zappos, you have a new customer!

Bought these for a gift for a friend. She loves them, very comfortable, warm and cute. They were true to size. She normally wears 8 to 8 1/2, and the 8 fit perfectly (wearing a thinner sock). Also, my order arrived the day after I placed it, which was awesome. Also love Zappos' great communication and return policy. Nice to know there are still some companies out there that you can trust and offer a high quality of customer service.

Bought these for my wife as a Christmas gift. She absolutely loves them. They are very stylish. The only bad thing(if you want to call it that) is they kept her feet too warm when wearing them with thin socks.

I was very excited to finally purchase a pair of Ugg low cut boots but late in the season, most stores were out of my size or the color I wanted. I went with Zappos on line, placed the order at 7PM and they were delivered before I got home from work at 3:30 the next day! I ordered up a size to allow room for heavier socks, but a full size larger only accommodated for stockings. Warm, comfortable and supportive but the laces are hard to tie because they are leather. Hopefully they will be less stiff with wear. Overall, very pleased with my purchase, and Zappos is fantastic, will return for future purchases!
