I absolutely love these! They are great when styled up or down (the buttons I mean). Size down. Here is the lowdown: I wear an 8½ in sneakers, 8½ in flats and 8 in wedges. I ordered a 7 which made me nervous and they fit amazingly! They are so cute, I got the black ones.

I've been ordering from Zappos for a few years now and they are the best! Have never had an issue with anything with Zappos. Highly recommend this site! Ordered this boot for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves the comfort of this classic.

My first pair of Ugg boots! Love the boots - so comfortable and they feel like you are wearing slippers. I normally wear a size 8 and ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly. Would not hesitate to order another pair of UGG boots...very happy!

So happy with Zappos! The ordering process was simple, shoes arrived in great shape. All I had to do was put a bow on them. These are replacement Uggs for a 5 year old pair that finally gave out after constant wear. So nice to see they are still available.

I have several pairs of Uggs, and like the rest, these are comfy and warm, fit true to size, and will get lots of wear over the next few months. Zappo's never fails to deliver on time, in great condition, and with excellent customer service.

These were a Christmas gift for my daughter. Once she tried them on she said how much she loved them and never wanted to take them off. This is her first pair of Uggs. She found them extremely comfortable and warm. She also loved the versatility of the style.

Love this very warm boot. Very cute with leggings or skinny jeans! I put my own arch support just for a little extra comfort. I have worn them several times and have not had any trouble with stretching as reported in other reviews. I have these in the navy and black color in a size 6 (my normal shoe size) and they fit perfect even with thin socks.

Perfect 13 year old girl gift - roomy and true to size. Very easy to slip on and my daughter loves them. She has figured about three different ways to button them! Uggs are not not about arch support they are about ease and being comfortable. And these are easy, trendy and super comfortable!

I love these boots! They're so comfy & very warm. Not waterproof, but I've never had wet socks after walking in the snow either.

This style of Uggs fits a little looser than the classic Ugg style. This is my first pair and after trying on a classic pair, I decided to order a size up. The Cardy style is more of a true to size style. I am sending them back to get my usual size in Uggs and like always I love the one day shipping!

Love these boots. They are super comfortable. They are very warm tool, just avoid big puddles of water. Also I get tons of compliments every time wear them too.

I never thought I would wear Uggs. In fact I told myself many times, "You are not the sort of girl who wears Uggs." But then I saw these, in no way typical Uggs, and I was possessed and had to have them. I could not be happier! They look and feel like they are from outer space. Like I am an extra in a post-apocalyptic sci-fi movie. These are good things, in my book. And they feel amazing. Like they are made from future technology. Getting so many compliments. And now I am very happy to be a girl who wears Uggs. My only complaint is that they will not stay in their fully extended position; they will always slouch a bit. But who cares. Because they are awesome boots!

I love these boots! They keep my feet warmer than socks with tennis shoes. They are completely comfortable too! So perfect for casual Vegas winters! I wear a woman's size 8 and ordered a 7 based on other reviews. They fit perfectly! Thank you Zappos for the speedy delivery too!
